Fort Bend Electric is only a phone call away!  This is the 3rd house Fort Bend electric has serviced for us, my son recently purchased a home that was electrical nightmare!  The home had been previously owned by an under achieving DIY person.  Tony worked tirelessly to get the home safe for my son.  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND making your home safe with Fort Bend Electric.

You can always tell what kind of company it is when you leave a message at 730am and they do not call back. Our first impression is the operator, she is very friendly and attentive. She said they will call back by 9am.  I tried back at 3pm and she asked if I wanted to leave another message.  

Word of advice, if someone dropped the ball, escalate the call and not asked if they wanted to leave another message because that did not work the first time.

I do not know where the breakdown in communication is, but if that how they handle business, you have to wonder how they will handle your repairs. Disappointing.

We had 5 recessed lights, a tv wall outlet, and bar lighting.  Very prompt, and professional service from the estimate all the way to the install.  Cleaned up as they continued through the jobs. Technicians were very knowledgeable of what they were doing.  Very happy with the work they did, would definitely use them again.  Very reasonable rates too!!!

These guys are responsive, kind, communicate well (i.e. explain what they are doing and why), and are cost effective.  We had some electrical issues after a nearby lightning strike and they had us all fixed up within hours of the incident.  Highly recommend this company!!

Affordable Services Houston has been a joy to work with. The skills that the crew we had work on our house were unmatched. I remodel my house and Empire electric did an excellent job rewiring the house, recommending and installing all my LED lights and getting house back in code after previous owners freelanced multiple additions. Highly recommended for all residential electrical needs.

Glen is the real deal! He came out in the early morning today and replaced two breaker circuits in less than an hour. Super reliable and friendly. Definitely give him a call if you have any electrical problems.

I have used Apex for many years and am a loyal customer. Leave a message and someone will call you back.  Very knowledgable, dependable and reasonably priced. He has done many small jobs for me,  and even replaced my whole electrical box.

Really professional from the first phone call to after the job was done. They came out the same day, arrived on time and did a great job without any fuss. Very reasonable rates. I will definitely use them again.

I discovered bad wiring in my daughter's kitchen while hanging a light fixture and couldn't fix it myself. I discovered TES via a Google search that turned up a couple of 5 star recommendations. I left a message on his voice mail and Jason Trevino returned my call within 1/2 an hour. He came out the same afternoon to scope the job and did the work the following day. I was expecting to pay through the nose because of the short notice but the cost was very reasonable.

I checked with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Jason Trevino carries both a Texas Electrical Contractor's License and a Master Electrician's License.

After the first experience I decided to have him give me a bid on replacing the two old circuit breaker panels in my own house. Again, the cost he quoted was reasonable and he did the work very quickly. The wiring inside the new panels looks beautiful. The Lake Jackson building inspector came by to issue the final approval after Jason had left. He told me Jason's work is always very good.

These guys are fantastic!!  First off, they showed up exactly when they said they would.  I had a team  of two guys handling various repairs at my house.  They went right to it and finished up in no time.  But best of all, the bill was very low.  And I mean, really low.  I am a very happy and satisfied customer and would recommend Dailey Electric to everyone!!

They replaced our breezeway lighting and light on front porch. They recommended an alternative that gave the look we wanted at a much more affordable price.  Would definitely use them again for any electrical need. Very professional and prompt.

They did a great job installing our exhaust fan in the master bath as well as a new light fixture in our pantry.  We were worried that he wiring was bad in the pantry but they were able to save it and did the job flawlessly.

Customer service was fantastic!! The receptionist was very helpful in aiding in my making an appointment, she even recommended times that would save me $10.00. Jeremy was great. Allowed me to follow him around and ask several questions. I was provided with four different options on what could be done to fix the issues. Very professional and helpful. I will always use this company for any of my electrical needs.

Was quoted $249 on the phone for an annual service.  After the tech did the work, he said there is an additional $25.59 fuel service charge and $5.85 material removal fee to take away the old oil.  He said something like They have all these other charges they don't tell you about.  My security camera recorded him saying that.

I called on the phone and the woman who answered admitted they tell people one price on the phone and charge them something different when they arrived.  I recorded that call too.  Yelp does not have a way to post audio recordings though.

They also quoted a senior citizen discount on the phone of something like 5% percent.  When the tech gave us the bill, the discount was only 1% percent or less.  

They did offer to give us a discount if we post a review online.  I have a feeling they won't honor that either.
