Very fast. I had an issue and Carlos was at my house an hour later. He was very nice and got the job done very quickly. I was also a little surprised when he told me how much I owed him. Typically I feel like people always try to charge a lot for simple fixes, but their price was more than fair. I'm glad to know that I now have a reliable and fair electrician for anything that I may need in the future.

West End Electric is one of the most reliable, efficient, fair and friendly businesses of any kind I have ever interacted with. From their friendly phone-answerer/owner Wrenn, to Ruben, the electrician who always comes right away to diagnose and fix whatever we need, they are the best. They have crawled all over our circa 1981 home in the west end of Galveston and upgraded almost every electrical part.  Everything works without a problem after they're there.  Their prices are very fair, and transparent, too. I recommend them without any hesitation.

Fort Bend Electrical had done are electrical for our house for years. When we were building my sons accessible house we needed a company we could trust. They took care during the building and when we needed to make adjustments after we moved in they were prompt and courteous.  Great company to work with. I highly recommend them!

We had 5 recessed lights, a tv wall outlet, and bar lighting.  Very prompt, and professional service from the estimate all the way to the install.  Cleaned up as they continued through the jobs. A very good friend recommended that I call Preferred Electrical Services to have work done on my inspection report before selling my home. I spoke to the owner Mr. Joe Messina regarding what I needed to have done and he listened to me and was very knowledgable.

After reviewing my inspection report he gave me a quote over the phone for completing the items that needed attention. Not only was he on time but he also was courteous and completed the job for a fraction of the cost that other companies quoted me.

I remodel my house and Empire electric did an excellent job rewiring the house, recommending and installing all my LED lights and getting house back in code after previous owners freelanced multiple additions. Highly recommended for all residential electrical needs.

This company is honest, reliable, on time, and fixed my problem. I had been told by another company that my generator was not fixable. They said the parts I needed were impossible to get, I needed a new one. I couldn't buy a new one at this time. After two power outages in my subdivision I decided to call for a second opinion. Mr. Electric came out took a look and said a fuse was out cleaned the carburetor out and it started. Mr. Electric also completely checked my system to make sure everything is working properly. The other company was trying to take advantage of me. I am so thankful to know that there is still honest people in this world.
