Recommendation - AZ Solar Concepts Makes Going SOLAR Easy with SRP!
Finding a reputable and ethical solar company is hard. There are lots of solar marketing companies that do nothing more than hand your data off to anyone that will pay for it. I hope this post will help save you some time and aggravation.
From the very beginning, AZ Solar Concepts was super easy to work with. AZ Solar Concepts is an SRP Preferred Solar Installer, which I think says a lot. Our Solar Consultant, Rick Brittain was very knowledgeable about solar and SRP and did a great job in designing a custom solar system for our home. He explained important information about SRP, the pros and cons of solar purchase and finance and explained how solar actually did make sense for our family and our home. From great communication and follow-through, to quality equipment and great pricing options, to friendly staff and a turn-key process...we highly recommend Arizona Solar Concepts.

Unable to reach anyone--phone system is always busy/down. System was installed by them and now that I need service I'm out of luck except for having to make lease payments every month.

When we bought our solar system from az solar 8 yrs ago, we discussed life of roof as we had less then 10yr on the current, so thought about replacing it prior to install. Sales rep said, no problem, you got more the 5 yrs, so just wait till you need it, it will only be $800 or so for us to come out to take down and replace.....
Well 8 yrs later I get roof replacement quote for $8k from roofer, but Az Solar Concepts just quoted us $11,000 to just take down roof system, the reinstall. On top of my 8k roof

I still have not heard anything back from anybody. AZ Solar Concepts is a scam. You will call them and the office is always closed. It's funny how the owner only comments on 5 star reviews, but won't reach back out to my several attempts at trying to make contact. BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Purchased a solar system in 2019 and have enjoyed saving with it. Part of the install included a new 200 amp service panel in our Sun City condo. Upon selling the condo, the buyer's inspector noted the HVAC rating was 40 amps and was connected to a 50 amp breaker. Not really wanting to hire and electrician I called Arizona Solar Concepts and they sent one of their electricians out the next day. He simply swapped breakers with that of the range and and we passed inspection. Above and beyond best describes the service we've gotten along our solar journey. Going to miss the Sun Power system at our new home.
