I just had my install completed.  Amanda made sure I was educated fully before making my decision.  The process and install went very smoothly.  My PM, Brian, was fantastic as well.  Every one of the products they carry are top quality.  This company is highly qualified and they do a flawless install.  Highly recommended!!

Great people to work with. They are very knowledgable of solar and provided all the information needed to make the difficult decisions. They were patient and didn't push, but more so influential by their understanding of how to treat others. The other products they offer are so much different than other companies, but make a lot of sense when trying to create a cleaner and more efficient home. They know their policies and the best option for each customer. I'll be giving them referrals for sure.

I had four solar tubes installed (two with solar nightlight, one with manual dimmer, one w/ light fixture).  Easy, no mess, and expertly centered (a huge plus, as I would have fixated on any alignment issues).  Jovane was a pleasure to work and was able to provide great advice surrounding placement, filters, proximity to ceiling fan.  I only wish I'd been able to add a couple more.  Also appreciated the multi-tube discount that was available when I purchased.

Over the last 5 years, I've interviewed at least a dozen solar providers - one thing ALL of them had in common was the need to OVERSELL the level of equipment necessary for our home. All of them making huge, unfounded claims. Many of them had been licensed under a prior business name that had closed due to false promises and poor service. I was about to give it up when I met Michael Bradley. He wasn't a salesman, he was like a friend. My wife and I pulled the trigger, and we are so elated that we did. Mike introduced us to Brad, who stayed in constant contact with us through the entire process, answering all of our concerns - we never felt so cared for. Then we met Ricky - top notch. From beginning to end, this has been extremely smooth. I cannot recommend any other solar companies, but I can, and will be recommending Arizona Solar Wave & Energy to all of my friends and colleagues. I've been dealing with the owner of this company for about 6mo now on my solar that came with the house when we brought it.  So far Tony has answered every call I've made to him, or called me right back. He has come through on some of my small issues and has fixed it right away. Dealing with Tony has been a real pleasure. He had been a man of his word.

Very poor customer service! Paid 30 k for a system and nobody showed us how to turn it on! Had to learn how off YouTube. Now 4 months down the road our system isn't meeting the company's " production guarantee " nobody will return our messages definitely use another company if you're considering solar!

Workers came out to reinstall my solar panels. Got the job done but never cleaned panels off prior to reattaching.  Guess that was not in the contact!  It is a shame they did not go the extra step. "Not in their job description nor contract". I asked one worker to clean panels and they BLEW me off.  The workers never notified me job was done--they just left.  I had requested help in reading meter--that was not done. Guess that also was not listed in the contract to notify home owner when job is done.

Live in El Paso, Texas.  We had our solar panels installed last year.  The sale person was great. I went down hill from there.  The installation was delayed and getting a hold of the installers was a nightmare.  When we finally got the panels installed they were working great we started to see a drop in our electric bill.  Well they are not working NOW! Apart from a monthly Solar panel payment my electric bill these summer months have averaged in the 250.00 dollars.  I have reached out by sending several emails and no one have bothered to contact us.  Next step will be filling suit. Worse company ever.  I will post on Facebook, Twitter, and any other social media platform I can think of. Extremely unsatisfied!!!1
