These people are great. We recieved personal service. They helped design our solar kit from the ground up. We had designed and asked for a kit that was twice as large as we needed. They looked at our needs and scaled it accordingly. The people were friendly and enthusiastic righ down to the people who loaded the equipment in our rig.

Do you want to pay $300 per panel, or does $50.00 sound better? As a ham radio operator, I was looking for a system to get my radios off of the grid. Other Ham's had talked about what a deal the blemished and second hand panels were at SanTan Solar. It was quite a drive from the west valley, but sounded like fun, so away I went. I wasn't sure what to expect, but upon arrival, this place is huge! The showroom itself, is fairly small and has quite a few cubicles with salesman helping customers. While waiting, I browsed the displays of panels, controllers, etc. Quite the candy store for me!

After a few minutes, I was approached by Austin who said he would help me. He explained my options and so I selected panels with snail trail blemishes. I was told that the blemishes did not affect performance, so this would be a good choice. It didn't take long and I had a few panels and some connectors. After I completed the purchase, I was directed to the back of the warehouse where I was told that I would be called when the panels were ready. They were quite busy, so it took about 20 or so minutes for the panels to come out. They were used but seemed in good condition with only minor blemishes.

It was a trip, but worth it. While waiting for my panels, I spoke with a few other people, that all had come from a distance as well. This is certainly a good endorsement for the value. I definitely recommend looking into SanTan Solar if you are looking to do-it-youself, before spending a fortune elsewhere. For me, it was an awesome option!

Linda Hebert (a-bear) helped me with a racking hardware order. She suggested the K2 brand. I explained the four array design over the phone, and she sent the components. Each item arrived quickly via freight, safely packaged and arranged in order.  Maybe ten different boxes, no issue. There were well over 100 items in this order, ranging from rails, mid clamps, end clamps, grounding lugs, flashing, brackets, nuts and bolts, a dizzying number of components.

To be honest, I was anxious for months until the components were installed, are they right for the job, is the installation going to be difficult, will any items be missing, and so on. To my delight - shock and awe really - the items which I had, until the day of install, not taken account of, were all there. 100% of what I needed, 100% functional, 1,000% satisfied. I won't bother anyone but Linda when I need help! Thank you SanTan Solar for hiring talented sales reps.

The best place by far for new and used solar panels at incredibly low prices!  Their staff is wonderful, always ready to help with technical questions and suggestions.  Why pay more for panels when Santan is here!

Couldn't be happier.  I ordered some used sunpower x21-335-blk solar panels from SanTan Solar.  They shipped my 30 panels on two pallets, and they arrived safely and well packed.  Panels had small pink foam squares between the panels.  Each pallet was wrapped in shipping plastic.  Panels themselves had a few scratches on the outside, as I expected, and some of the panels look very slightly dirty both outside and below glass.  Voltages checked out fine.  I put the panels up with enphase iq7x micro inverters, iron ridge racking, and now I have an extremely performant system generating more electricity than I need.  All of the panels are working even better than expected.  The pure black color of the panels is an added bonus as they look great.  Only downside is that SanTan doesn't have any more of these in stock.
