I don't know if it's the economy/inflation, but had a tune up done again this year and the guy that came out didn't have filters for the air handler. Did it last year, and they brought new ones. The excuse was that he didn't know which filters to bring , but considering they knew what to bring last year and the fact that I had purchased the system from them, it should be in the computer/notes of some sort. No biggie, it was a last complimentary tune up, hence the 4 stars, but people should know ahead of time before booking a tune up.

The representative was very good, as was the repairman. My only grip was I was quoted and agreed on the price. Then the day of the job, the same repair guy informed me of a possible additional $300 add. I was NOT happy with the mention of adding to a quote you gave. However, we agreed to keep original quote.

It seems like every time we call Day and Night Plumbing they always just want to sell us on a new water heater. Our current water heater is only a few years old and they wouldn't even try to repair it but immediately said it needed to be replaced and gave us very pricey quotes for new ones. They installed it a few years ago and didn't have any record of that either. I don't think the technicians are really taught how to repair anything, just replace things. I would choose another plumber if I were you.

I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have Hansen Family Plumbing as our go to plumbing service! We dont have many issues but when we need something installed, fixed or repaired, Erik and his team have ALWAYS been OUTSTANDING! Today we had the pleasure to meet Zack! Zack and his working partner went above and beyond. I wasn't home but he communicated very well with me. I trust not only Zack, but any of Erik's team members to be in my home when i cant be there.

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C. When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out. The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.

Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit. I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

Called to have my 3 units looked at and was having issues with one.
Said he could only look at one unit and not repair it. Said he was slammed today. How would he know if it would be a quick repair or not? First of all, why would you not repair it ? Isn't that the point of calling a repair company?
Called the office to explain that when I scheduled I asked all units to be checked out and rearranged my schedule for them to come out. Finally, she said that he could check all the units and insisted no repairs would be made. Again, why are they insistent on no repairs? That is the whole point. It is $75 for the service call but they plan to leave you hanging.
When he checks the unit I was having problems with, he came in with a list of several things that were wrong with the unit which would cost $4500+ to repair but he wouldn't recommend the repairs because it's too old of a unit. Was told I need to get a new unit which they send a sales consultant to go through the various types $4K-$20K.
I decided to do a little research and ask around for another company since obviously this wasn't going well.
My son's friend's dad has an A/C company and he came over early today (Saturday morning), investigated the problem, went over with me the cost of replacement parts which were strictly a maintenance issue. It is a Trane unit which is one of the best so maintenance is all it needed. He went to pick up the parts since Saturday they are open until noon. Came back, replaced the parts, checked the freon and it didn't even need any and it instantly became cool. Parts are warrantied for 5 years so at that time, if they are problems, look at replacing it then.
$1500 and I am set for 5 years!

This company saved the day! My a/c was not blowing cold air and this happened mid day, I messaged a few businesses on yelp and Andrew was the first one to get back to me. They were able to come out later that night and check out what was going. They do charge a service fee but it does get applied to the overall bill which is nice as well. They were able to fix the problem with a recharge of my system and we now have cold air. I will definitely be using this company for any problems I have in the future with my HVAC. I highly recommend!

Best company EVER! We 1st met them thru the home show...offering $99 energy audits. We were immediately sold on this service....so very professional and knowledgeable as our first impression. They came out did a great job on the audit, wonderful follow up report.and now as of this weekend they replaced our entire unit...gave us a new air return...fixed our crumpled duct work...sealed it...bringing us up to current requirements..new thermostat....and many other services. They are always early or definitely on time...in constant communication by phone and email...courteous, explain what they are doing and why, very honest and genuine. Cleaned up after themselves even more than they needed to. The whole crew is AMAZING. Every single one of them. It is very apparent from the moment you meet them they care about YOU the customer. Not a top dollar sale, or pushing upgrades, but truly making sure you get what is needed to better your home. We could not have asked for better service. Spending several thousand dollars is already a difficult decision but they made it easy. We can already feel an immediate difference in quality and comfort. This is a family buisness and it really shows. WE LOVE CHS and we hope to have them back for all future services

Precision Air and Heating - HORRIBLE SERVICE!
Have had a call in since Sunday (5 days ago) and they company gave us a 5-9 block for yesterday.
Around 5 yesterday they called to say it would be closer to 9.
9 comes and goes, no call and no ones shows up, so around 10pm we call and they have to page the on call guy (they only have 1 guy working at night) and he gets back to us around 10:30 saying he's still on a job for another few hours in Scottsdale (we are in Avondale!), so he could show up around 1am (maybe) told them this was not acceptable and he says he would call the office to have someone out in the morning.
We hear nothing from the office when they open, so when we call to ask on status they tell us there are NO OPEN SPOTS for us today since we declined service yesterday... apparently them overbooking and not making the 5-9 was my fault, basically we should have just accepted the 1am time frame that was so reasonable from the companies perspective (we have young children who are asleep so someone banging around in the attic from 1-3 am is not going to work when the time promised was 5-9pm).
Asked the manager to make us a priority today and she said that they will NOT do that and they can try and send someone but cant give a time and it might be yesterday all over again and the tech might show up after 9pm. ... WOW.
Mind you, the unit we have on our home is one from Precision Air that we bought new VERY recently and is still under warranty.
But I'm not a priority as a customer. Overbooking (ala UNITED AIRLINES) and missing appointments doesn't make a customer a priority, previous purchases from this company won't make you a priority, having the company hold you hostage for a week not also doesn't make you a priority.
What I've learned, this company, just doesn't care about you.

Now I'm being told that the owner is too busy to speak with me, after being assured he would be able to call me today by management to resolve this issue... but she was able to relay a message from him
That they felt they did their best to get someone out to me yesterday.
NO ONE SHOWED UP AT THE TIME PROMISED, they missed a four hour window.
The vents have been blowing warm air since Sunday when we called and this company has done their best w/ a 4 day wait and then blowing off my scheduled appt time.
I would love to see what not their best is if this is the best they can offer.
Also, they MIGHT have someone out to me today by 3pm.
I won't hold my breathe.
But she offered to allow me to use another company if i prefer - proof they don't care about my business.

Not a good start for new system warranty . I had a tech appointment scheduled from 9-12. Took the day off work to wait for the tech. Finally received a call about 1 1/2 after scheduled time (I already at another scheduled appt).-the tech could not find my house! WHAT?!! Chas Roberts installed our A/C system. An earlier phone call would have been in order. Unacceptable service. I did reschedule just hope a tech shows up on time!
