Best Air Filter Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

Fantastic service and nice people!!  We had an entire home filtration system installed in our home.  They completed it in a half of a day!  Great work!

When I called for Saturday service ReddiService called back promptly to schedule and came on time. Jorge wasted no time fixing our problem and when we asked him about another thing he was willing to go after it. He also suggested a simple fix we could make ourselves and offered to do it for us if we wanted.  I am always impressed with the plumbers they send and the clean prompt service.

So I previously had an issue when I contacted grotto for a plumbing issue with my kitchen sink backing up.  I had an issue with them up charging and changing my appointment to a different day than it was scheduled for.  After getting the run around to speak to a manager I was finally able to speak to one.  The plumber came out on Sunday as scheduled and the clog appeared to be cleared.  Goettl followed up with me on Monday to find out why went wrong with the booking to address the issues.  On Monday night the drain backed up again so I called them and scheduled them to return.  They returned without a new charge for returning and said if it was just a clog they would snake it again as a part of the original service which I was pleased about.  The also followed up with me to make sure that the service was not lacking.They also made sure to send out a mor experienced tech to examine the issue when they returned today.  He listened to what my issue was and performed a few tests before telling me what the issue was and presented multiple ways to fix it.  I still had a charge for the new work but am okay with it because it was a different treatment and he explained why the original snake did not work and made sense.  The tech did give me a discount for my previous issues which I appreciated and feel that the review needed to be updated.  Had it not been for the original issues that I had when I first contacted them I would consider giving a higher rating.

I had s good experience in 2011. However, 4 years and 3 weeks later- my experience was drastically different.

1) they don't give you a window of time for a technician to show up: which is common practice for virtually every area of service. Instead: I waited for 8 hours! 8 hours! And the technician still didn't show.

2) there doesn't appear to be a connection from the front of the house to what is actually needed to service a customer.
