I needed to have tankless water heater and water softener installed . I got 3 estimates from plumbers through Yelp. What I liked about Sam is that I could tell he really cared about his customers. He was almost half the cost of his competition . He gave me options and explained the pros and cons of each . The other companies were bigger and sent employees to give me quotes . Just the way they they banged around the house assessing what they needed to do left me with the feeling that they didn't really care about my property or the quality of the work. This was not the case with Sam. He respected the property and the owner. He was very knowledgeable. He was neat , orderly, clean and organized. The quality of his materials were the best and he was almost half the price of the competition. He showed up on time and completed the project in the time he said he would. I could not be happier. These guys fixed an ac unit that has never worked right. My little boys and I are loving life now that it was repaired. I had two previous technicians from other companies over the past year come and troubleshoot and didn't find anything out of the norm, these guys found it in 10 minutes and it works like a new unit now. I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

PlumbSmart did a great job on my property in Mesa. I called them to get a free estimate for re-piping the hot water system. Service Manager Gary Kelliher showed up and he walked me through the house and explained how the layout of the new piping from water heater in the garage.
He also assured me that it will be done in one day. They have to run the piping in the attic and down in the wall in four locations, and I was amazed of the nice and neat cut in my walls. Gary came back the very next day and inspected the job.
To summarize, they are very professional, on time, fair and reasonably priced.

Our toilets in our shop backed up.  They came same day and snaked the line.  The whole appointment was 35 minutes from start to finish.  They charged us $389.00.  The same day service was appreciated, but not the exorbitant price.  We will be going elsewhere from now on.

We recently purchased a new dual fuel gas/electric stove from Costco. Upon installation, they weren't able to push the unit flush against the wall. After some troubleshooting, we determined it was due to the way our gas pipe was (sticking vertically up and down) and it needed to be turned 90 degrees in order to fit in the inset space behind the oven.

Joe came out and gave us a quote, and we scheduled the work for the following week. Joe came out again and had the issue resolved very quickly. Our stove is now flush against the wall and looks fantastic.

Had the Tune up special for $159.95 by Tech Austin Allen.  He encouraged buying a new unit for greater efficiency and signing up for 24/7 monitoring, but he was courteous when I said not interested at this time.  Austin was friendly and helpful and provided a good service.   Peggy J

Someone from customer service called me back after I had issues with the cost of my initial service.

Cancelled on me twice!!! Needed an electrical repair.  THEY cancelled my appointment the day of and asked me to reschedule.  I asked for new times.  THEY told me their availability and then I confirmed the time immediately after.  The day of the appointment THEY said they didn't have me on the schedule.  No way I'll give them my business again.

Highly recommend Walker Plumbing . We had a difficult problem which other plumbing professionals were unable to resolve-multiple opinions/fixes by others which were unsuccessful .Jody was the plumber assigned to our job. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and persistent to get to the bottom of our issue. As this was a challenging problem, he reached out to colleagues to get other opinions and solved the issue. Fees were reasonable - once again-Jody and Walker plumbing exceeded expectations -would highly recommend-!

Stop wasting your time and just call Mike. I tried 6 other guys to simply put in a mailbox, and no one responded. I emailed Mike on Saturday night, thinking he would see it Monday morning, and in a half hour he responded, and 2 days later he was out and did the job. He was polite and professional, made 2 trips to get cement, made sure everything was perfect, and his charge was more than reasonable. I have not had this level of service and professionalism in 20 years. We plan more projects in the future, and I will not waste any time calling anyone else - and you should do the same, you will not be disappointed. Top notch, all the way.
