Best Damage Restoration in Phoenix AZ

Supply line in the downstairs bathroom burst and created water damage downstairs.  Called ASAP restoration and they reached in an hour to start the mitigation . Shane Rowley  was their key technician . He gave detailed explanation and then started the mitigation process. He paid attention to even very  small details during the entire process which lasted for 7 days to fully complete. All other people who came were also good and friendly (Rick, Harold, sorry but I forgot the name of other two gentlemen). In the end , It felt that I called the right company for the mitigation work.

Shauna Hensley with ATH Restoration is simply the best at what she does!  She really knows her stuff.  The customer service is top notch.  You will not get a more fair and honest quote for your restoration.  I highly recommend you call them.  They are just the nicest company and I recommend them 100% and they deserve all of the stars in the sky not just 5 stars!!!

This company was outstanding! They were very professional and called ahead of each visit to let us know they were on their way while the job was in process. They were fair and reliable, and their work was outstanding. We had received two other quotes that we now know were not fair, and engaged Good Times based on Yelp reviews only. I would recommend Good Times without hesitation to anyone, and go so far as to say not to even look further at other restoration companies.

What an honest company! Taylor and his team came on short notice for a mold inspection.  He was knowledgeable at dealing with insurance and he was able to immediately inspect the area and determined there was no mold!  Compared to 4 other companies that I met with the past two days, no other company was this efficient and honest.  Others wanted to charge me $1,000 or more just to do the inspection. I'm very happy with the entire Doan Restoration crew and their partners who have been helping with water damage in my home.   We haven't started the repairs, but so far they have been more responsive with move/storage, dry out and demolition than I would have expected.

The team has been incredible responsive and considerate.

We had a sink connection burst while we were out on a Saturday. Within an hour or so, we had a major pool of water running through half of our house. We got home to a big mess and didn't know what to do. We called All Dry and Lawrence responded to our our house about 45 minutes later. We had mopped and squeegeed most of the water, but Lawrence was able to use his electronics to determine that there was no major water seepage in the walls and that the problem was going to be resolved once the rest of the water evaporated. He helped us move some things around and also helped us place fans to speed the process. Very happy about the company response (friendly and polite on the phone), the professionalism of Lawrence, the sincere desire to help, and the ultimate resolution of a dry house. Thanks All Dry for turning a potential disaster into peace.

This company is amazing. They came out late one night to help us with a water leak and mold issue. They were easy to work with, communicated with us through the entire process, and left us with a great result. We would gladly use them again and have recommended their services to others

I'm very pleased with the work Mike's Drywall Service did at my home recently. Mike submitted a good bid with a fair price. Chris and Jay did an excellent job on the repairs. They started and completed the work on the date promised. I would definitely call them for any future projects.

Jose sandblasted off a thick layer of stucco and paint on an interior wall of my house. We love the results and they did an amazing job. Reasonable pricing, awesome service, and totally will have him back for future work.

I gave Daryl a call for some suspected mold in our new house and he was incredibly helpful. Some of the issues I brought up he was able to quickly give me simple solutions so I could take care of it on my own and he was quick to let me know what issues I should be concerned about. His rates were very reasonable too. My husband and I are going to wait to see if we're able to take care of it on our own or need reinforcements. If we do need assistance we'll definitely be calling Daryl back!

Super nice guy.  Came right on time.  Saved me money bc it was a simple window fix when I thought I might need a new window.

We had a surprise hot water leak and needed an evaluation for dry wall damage. Servpro came out within 45 mins and gave me an honest opinion of the extent of our damage which ended up being fairly minor compared to the outrageous estimate another company was going to charge us. Tyler and Dexter also did a much more thorough job than the other company evaluating the damage. I am so grateful to John from Surv pro.  I woke at 4 am to a flood in my laundry room, garage, breakfast room and part of my dinning room.  I called at 4 am and John was at my house by 5;15 AM vacuuming up the water from a burst hot water heater. John was professional and quick. he returned    to check on the drying fans  for 2 days after.  I would recommend 'JOHN  for any water, restoration problems in the west Valley.  Excellent customer service.

I had the pleasure of using Rhino Construction to help repair a 600sqft section of roofing. Due to builder flaws, this section has always been a problem. Through years of wear and tear from the sun and the rain we did get, we had tried repairing it ourselves to save money. It failed numerous times and that led us to needing a professional who was licensed, bonded, and insured. I found Rhino Construction via Yelp and was in contact with them in less than 24hrs. Everando came to walk and provide an estimate within a few days and the job was scheduled within the following week. Everando and his team meticulously repaired the roof while keeping us informed of any hidden damages that may have come up in the process that should be addressed. The job was done in 3 days and contact with Everando was consistent, timely, and professional. When doing a final walk through for the underside of the roof where drywall and painting was required, some touch ups were needed. Everando was on the phone with his team and they responded to complete the work same day.

Overall, I am happy with the work completed, the time it took to completely , and the value that was delivered. Thank you Everando to both you and your team for a job well done. We will gladly be using you in future projects where possible.
