Being a first time home buyer it's easy to be scammed by contractors, electricians, roofers- you name it. I wanted to be sure I found someone who was honest, clear and good at what they do. I'm so glad I found that with Elvis and his wife Maisa. From day one they were straight with me on what needed to be done and what they can do within my budget whilst also being super chill people to talk to. Gilbert, from Royal Construction Services, was great to work with. He helped me replace 3 wood porch and carport posts at my older home.  Unlike the old posts, the new posts have been installed on post bases, which should help keep them dry and secure for years to come. Gilbert was fast, flexible and affordable.

I've been using Eddy for the last few years and I highly recommend him.  He's worked on multiple projects big and small for me, with rental properties, selling a home and buying a new home that needed a lot of work, and I even flew him out to the east coast to work on a bathroom renovation at a vacation home.  He's very meticulous with his work and always makes sure you're happy with the results.  Very trustworthy and reasonable with his rates, much better than other handymen I have used before.

I contacted AJ a few weeks ago about a bathroom remodel (mainly bathtub to shower conversion).  A meeting was setup for a couple of days later.  Meeting went well and I was told I should expect an estimate soon.  Being new to the process, I figured I'd get an estimate within a week or so.  Never received a response.  I even contacted and left a message for them a little over a week had past.  No response.  I figured they weren't interested in the job for some reason but I would have preferred them to just say so instead of no response at all.  If they needed longer for the estimate, that would have been fine also.  However, no response. No worries though.  I'm just going in a different direction.  Just unexpected from all the reviews I've read and the work I've seen in the pictures.

It's very hard to find reliable people for what many may refer to as a small job. Finally I found a company that does a great job for large and small jobs around the house. I would highly recommend Ruben and B4 and After Home Repair for home projects or repairs.

I paid David Roberts $9000 for a home project in Kingman that he has done little work on that was to be completed in June 2021. I understand that he has personal issues that have complicated his life, however, he is a businessman and needs to complete his contract with me. I will replace this adverse review with a positive recommendation upon completion of the project. David did call me today assuring me that he would get back on the job. Let's get it done, David. Until then I could not recommend doing business with you.
