Supply line in the downstairs bathroom burst and created water damage downstairs.  Called ASAP restoration and they reached in an hour to start the mitigation . Shane Rowley  was their key technician . He gave detailed explanation and then started the mitigation process. He paid attention to even very  small details during the entire process which lasted for 7 days to fully complete. All other people who came were also good and friendly (Rick, Harold, sorry but I forgot the name of other two gentlemen). In the end , It felt that I called the right company for the mitigation work.

This review is way too over due.

We had a leak that had caused water damage under our kitchen sink back in May. The plumber had recommended calling out a restoration person and had actually put in a referral. I was impatient and found ATH on yelp, and within a half hour they were at my house assessing the damages.

This was by far the best decision I made during the process. Nathan and his team were incredibly helpful and professional. They were wonderful at communicating with me about their entire process. They even came and met with the insurance adjuster and showed him pictures of the damages. I literally heard the adjuster say at one photo, Oh that's great, that will help me get them more back.

Hire them! You will not regret it!

Daryl with Moldex just completed a mold remediation in our master closet. I am so happy that we contacted him for our mold issue. He arrived on time, often early, every time he was scheduled to come out. He was professional yet personable. He is an expert but he explained everything so we understood. Also, he is amazing at repairing drywall. No one wants to deal with mold but if you think you might have it, call Moldex.

After hiring good time restoration to rescue us from a huge flood in our condo, we realized what an outstanding company this was to deal with! I came home at night to a huge flood stemming from my toilet line bursting. Several rooms were saturated with water. I had no idea how to clean up something like this so I googled the first water restoration company I could find and boy am I so thankful that Doans was the first company to pop up on my feed. They sent a crew out immediately which was after hours over the holiday weekend. Javier and Allen were the tech team that came out and they were courteous , professional,  fast and answered all my questions (and I had many). They sucked up the water out the rooms and placed fans and dehumidifiers strategically where the water damage is. There's still lots of work to do once everything dries, but I'm beyond thankful and impressed so far with this company and crew!

We had a sink connection burst while we were out on a Saturday. Within an hour or so, we had a major pool of water running through half of our house. We got home to a big mess and didn't know what to do. We called All Dry and Lawrence responded to our our house about 45 minutes later. We had mopped and squeegeed most of the water, but Lawrence was able to use his electronics to determine that there was no major water seepage in the walls and that the problem was going to be resolved once the rest of the water evaporated. He helped us move some things around and also helped us place fans to speed the process. Very happy about the company response (friendly and polite on the phone), the professionalism of Lawrence, the sincere desire to help, and the ultimate resolution of a dry house. Extremely professional and kept us updated throughout the process when we had a water heater leak.  Always on time, worked around our schedule and made the process as easy as it could get.  Can't emphasize how respectful and professional they were.

In April, 2018 my elderly mother experienced extensive water damage involving both of her bathrooms and toilets and much of the carpeting in her house.  The entire restoration process took several weeks, during which asbestos was also discovered.  Multiple companies were involved in getting everything back to normal. Five Star Carpet Cleaning did a awesome job on cleaning my carpets and cleaning my tile. They got out stains that I did not think would come clean. They made my tile look brand new. They were very affordable and the guys that came to my house were very professional and hard workers. I will use Five Star again for sure :)

They are very professional and have helped many friends of mine.  I haven't had the need to use them and hopefully will never.  But if I do have the need I feel confident that I can trust them based on my friends experiences.

I have to say that we have had an excellent experience with Rocky Mountain Restoration.   We moved to Tempe and within 3 weeks of getting here had a minor plumbing flood that inundated two walls and ruined one floor and our baseboards.   Our emergency plumber recommended Rocky Mountain and he have not been sorry!   In particular, JP has been a lifesaver to us...marshalling the entire project in an organized and expeditious way.  He also caught an expensive not necessary test (that one of their competitors had ordered) and helped us get out of having to pay for it.   JP came out within an hour of our call and set up immediate flood remediation for an indoor leak due to a faulty refridgerator water hose.   They were friendly, prompt, communicative and very helpful.  JP has been professional, responsive (he texts regularly & responds to my questions instantly), and kind...plus he and his crew have put up with our wild dog, crazy schedule, and kids.  In fact, he has even shared pastry recipes with our daughter!  Great personal, thorough touch!  Highly recommend this company!

Keep looking, please save yourself the headache and spend your money wisely. We had our bathroom done by these guys, they had to send someone after the first time because it was done so poorly. What happened the second time? It was done poorly, again. The tile was not leveled, the grout was not done properly, the grout by the bathtub was also done horribly. I had a different contractor come do work on another bathroom recently and when they saw Adams D&R work they were in shock how poorly things were done. I'm ashamed I didn't know any better but hope I can save someone else the pain and frustration!
