We needed some damaged roof tiles replaced, and Stan did a great job. Just from a picture, he noticed two other tiles that were damaged which I hadn't even noticed before then. Keen eye for detail, which I really liked. Very reasonable, thoughtful, and patient with all my questions.

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

Envy is the company to call when you need anything reconstructed in your house. They were very responsive and quick to respond to repairing my roof due to time contraints in changing Insurance companies. The roof was completed within 2 days, and they did an EXCELLENT JOB!!!! We have had so many compliments on how nice it looks from the neighbors. They were very easy to work with and worked around my schedule as far as completing the job and receiving pmt. They did not pressure me in chosing them as the company to complete the job. I had 2 other companies give me quotes for the job, and they gave me the best deal. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!

Beware Homeowners of what you are getting yourself into with this company. I will list simple facts about how this company operates for you to hopefully see this before you make the mistake of signing anything.
1) The contract Tempel Roofing uses is no ordinary contract, it is an assignment of benefits contract that will strip you as a homeowner of all rights to your own claim and money that will come with it, leaving all rights to Tempel Roofing to supplement and take as long as they would like before putting your roof on, and you will legally have no say in the matter after signing this contract.(Tempel has customers that have been waiting over a year for their roof to be put on after insurance paid for full replacement.)
2) Tempel roofing will rush to get a front end check from you, the next tactic in the process is to collect money fast to fulfill a 30% cancellation fee should you decide you dont like Tempel Roofings handling of your business and the final step into fully trapping you behind the assignment of benefits contract you signed.
3) In the supplementing process between Tempel and your insurance company, you will see that they are billing your insurance company twice the amount of full replacement paid by your insurance, sometimes 3 times the amount, even after insurance paid for a full replacement, and this can take quite some time of which you have no say in the matter. Not to mention the fraud committed in the supplements such as charging for a safety class for his roofing crews. 1. this does not take place and 2. there are no in house crews affiliated with Tempel Roofing, they are subcontracted crews.
4) Should you have any problems during the process and would like to reach out to the office, good luck. The office is a vacant rented room for mailing purposes, there is no one in office to greet you or a receptionist to take your calls. It is almost a guarantee that if you call the office number you will go straight to voicemail.

The above is simple facts provided in hopes to inform homeowners, so that you can make an informed decision about the contractor you choose. There are plenty of roofing companies in the valley that will be truthful, helpful, and respectful throughout the process.

Peak One Builders did an amazing and truly custom addition and remodel of our kitchen.  Peak One was extremely patient with us during the design phase and helped modify the plans and sketches until we were satisfied.  During construction we had several new ideas and changes that we wanted to make and they worked with us to incorporate the changes.  From hanging huge wood slab from the ceiling as a dining room table, incorporating a pop up TV in the kitchen island to creating a custom wine cellar underneath the stairwell - they never said no or it wasn't possible.  Living in the house during construction the workers were always respectful and cleaned up daily.  We interviewed several contractors and we are so glad we decided on Peak One.  I would highly recommend Peak One for any addition, remodel or new build!

Jesse and team did a great job on adding drywall and double doors to our den.  He was timely with the quote and finished when he said he would.  We'll be hiring Turnkey again for future remodel projects!

Absolutely recommend this company! We had some water damage to our kitchen ceiling and needed new drywall, insulation, paint and fixtures put back up. A crew of two were available to come out a couple days after our request was made and they finished in a day and a half! Great communication all the way through and everything was covered and protected. After dealing with a handful of different companies doing work since owning our home, this was one of the best experiences we've had! We will definitely use them in the future for any other projects we have.

Installed new windows in my house and one large window had a leak over the years causing damage to the drywall. It was a large rounded window with lots of damage.  Repairing the drywall looked like a losing battle and was going to be forced to start over around my new window. Called Robbie, he looked at it and gave me a date.

He arrived today 8/15/22 on time and within 3 hours he was finished. He's done work for me before and the consistency is flawless. Not only is he talented and skilled, he's friendly, fair pricing, on time, professional, timely at his work and simply a great businessman. I will never use anyone else. NEVER! He's that good all the way around.

They will promise you they will take care of all your problems, yeah nice guys kick you when you are down.  House was flooded....came in and told me they would directly bill the insurance company.  After four days and $9,000.00 later of water clean up....without ever sending myself or an invoice to the insurance company....he puts a Lien on my home.

Also, they take advantage of single women, beware.

I was referred to Joe Streckfuss through my home warranty. Within ten minutes of getting off the phone with my warranty company, a representative had already called me to set up an appointment for just two afternoons later. The technician called when he was on his way, and arrived within the window they provided me with. Once here, he was very courteous and personable, and was able to quickly replace my garbage disposal. I don't recall his name, but he was awesome!!! I am very pleased with their service. Thank you!

I contacted the company and requested an estimate. The estimate was well thought out, complete and was very competitive with other estimates we received. Although we did not ultimately have Dynamite complete the small remodeling project, we would certainly look to them in the future. Researched BBB records and reviews and found the company to have a very good record, very professional and promptly responded to our inquiries.

We were referred to this company by our insurance company. At first they seemed great. They came quickly, did nice work. However we have now been receiving non stop harassment calls bc they want us to complete a survey. I'd be happy to do so if like anyone else they sent an email. But no we are getting 5-6 calls a day and when we answer they don't say anything. We then called the office directly and asked them to stop with the calls and the person who answers the phone gave us attitude and was cutting us off as we are trying to speak. It's too bad bc I was planning on giving you great reviews but since you have proven you have the worst customer service you get the terrible review.

This is an update...after receiving a call it turns out that there is a third party that was calling regarding a survey. Something set up through my ins company. Summit didn't know about this. This does not excuse the way we were talked to when we were calling to figure out why we're getting the harassing phone calls. It's only safe to assume when we are asking to review a company that it's that company asking for a review. However that treatment we got when only trying to stop the calls is why I'm taking away one star.

Had to have my floors replaced, amongst other things, after a pipe burst in my home. The job was done horribly. I was fortunate enough to be able to visit my home while the construction was taking placed to call out all the short cuts that were being taken. It took about three months for the project to be completed. However, I had to call them back to fix the floating floor; there were about seven soft spots.  Even after coming back to fix the floors I could still feel the spaces where they didn't put self leveling, causing the floor to uneven and soft a variety of spots. The manger was extremely nice and responsive but at the end of the day the work was terrible.As a result, I'm going to have to come out of pocket to get my floors fix because its clear that they won't get it right. Nice guys but will NOT use again!

Arizona Carpet & Restoration Company has cleaned my carpets more than once because they do an excellent job.  The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and dependable to do a great job.  I have referred them to friends for any type of cleaning or restoration job, and will continue to do so.

I use AZ Fire & Water Restoration on many of my properties, and recently used them for my personal home. These guys are great! Free inspection, and they won't sell you anything that you won't need. They explain things in terms that you can actually understand, and SHOW you what they are talking about! Darren, Tyler, Andrew, Sasha, Jeff, and the whole crew are truly great! Currently working with this company after the condo complex I live in had major water damage. Only on day 3 with them and it has been a nightmare trying to get any information. Day 1 I signed their papers to do the work,  was told they would be in my unit that day to pull up soaked carpet and check the walls for moisture. No one ever showed up, no phone call, no email, no communication of any kind. Day 2 After apologizing for not showing up on Monday, (they said they thought I went with another company even though they had SIGNED paperwork from that very morning) told me they would definitely be at my unit first thing Tuesday morning. 11am Tuesday I still had not seen or heard from anyone-finally they roll in at 11:30, I have to wonder what company believes first thing in the morning is almost noon?! Day 3-Was told they would be here to remove wet drywall-guess what, nobody shows up, no phone call, no email, no communication of any kind. I call Jason at 3pm he says he will call me back in 15 minutes. Big surprise, no call back. I call again at 4pm and he offers no reason for the no-show today, but assures me they will have people here at 9am tomorrow. I'm not holding my breath. Hoping day 4 goes better, but at this point I could not ever recommend this company to anyone, and I will be making sure my neighbors that are considering using them for the rebuilding process hear this story.  I understand if they are short of staff and getting work done may take longer, I'm fine with that. But be honest, tell me you can't make it today, tell me we need to schedule it for another time. Constantly being told lies, or simply not communicated with  at all is not a very good start, apparently they are not too concerned about repeat clientele. I'll be happy to update this review should they decide to rectify this situation.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.
