I was in a bind when Best Buy delivered my washer and dryer and they told me they couldn't complete the job because the water drain line needs to be opened for them to thread the washer line down. I didn't know what they were talking about. They told me they couldn't do it because they didn't want to be responsible for any damage. And I needed to use my washer today. I searched several plumbers and a majority of them were closed on Sundays, one was closed for the holidays per their answering service and one other one said they would get back to me but they never did.

I continued my search and called Lance. He texted me back right away and was extremely responsive, was able to accommodate a same day appointment and he fixed not only accessing the washer water drain line but he connected my washer, and also helped me find out what was wrong with my dishwasher (cycle would run but no water) and my sink disposal (builders had somehow let rocks get in there). His service fee was very reasonable especially for a same day appointment which I was extremely grateful for.

We've had a/c issue for years and spent crazy amount of money on the same problem. It was ongoing leak from the 2nd floor down into the kitchen. Eventually we have been told to call a plumber to check the bathroom issue, because everything was fine with a/c.
It took Paul less than 10min to rule out plumbing issue. He knew exactly that it was a problem with an a/c, how and where to fix it. He had his crew coming very next morning and the problem was taking care within a few hrs. AN HE HIS COMPANY DOESN'T SPECIALIZE ON A/C!

I just can't highlight enough how professional, fast and fair the services are.

Had the old hot water heater changed out to a tank less gas heater. The team did a wonderful job, the quote estimate was right on , and love the new hot water.

First time calling a plumber for help. Jeremiah called within a few minutes after I submitted a yelp quote request on a Saturday and showed up next day to fix everything on Sunday. Bonus points for being able to do it so fast and on the weekend.

My kitchen sink was leaking underneath and Jeremiah said my garbage disposal was busted and needed it replaced. I had to take him on his word - I thought maybe we would look at it and identify what is causing the leak instead of straight jumping into replacing the whole thing. Not sure if I was upsold, but at some point you have to trust the professional. The blades were extremely rusted which is what he pointed to as proof, but not sure what that has to do with the leak.

$245 for installation of a new garbage disposal. I had the option of getting my own or using one of two models they had in the van. $595 total for installing an ISE Pro 750 that they had right there (this is the more expensive one). Amazon sells them for $235 so that's a $115 upcharge - quite steep, but you are paying for the convenience so I was OK with it.

Overall Jeremiah was extremely courteous, friendly, and efficient. Great service that will show up quick, at a fairly expensive price.

He did a great job: showed-up to the appointment on-time with good communication, he fixed my problem quickly and did a high-quality job. I couldn't ask for more.

The owner was very responsive. Someone came out within an hour of my request and looked at the showers and washer for me. I'd go to P&G Plumbing for future needs.

I tried San Jose Rooter & Plumbing for the first time. We have had a reoccurring plumbing problem with our toilet and pipes due to poor installation when our home was built decades ago. Johnny came out with his crew. He did an assessment of our pipes, investigated it all the way our to street,  and we are now up and running. I like that he used a camera to view the blockage in our plumbing. He is friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and their price for coming out to do this work was very reasonable. We're very pleased, and will use this company again.

I appreciate your guy Jose showing up an hour late for his appt, not bothering to call to say he was running late, wasting our time essentially. We were charged $120 for literally 10 minutes worth of work to unclog our upstairs bathroom with a snake is utterly absurd. I would understand if it was considered an emergency visit, charging extra but this appt was set up days in advance. Will definitely be shopping around for other plumbers in the future

when i called, they came in the same day to fix our sink and were super quick and efficient!! the workers were super nice and i totally recommend them!!

Was out of town when friend called to say small leak in bathroom.Called Freddie Baily and asked for service on Friday at 9:00. Plumber arrived ,surveyed situation and did wonderful job fixing the problem and explaining what   happened.
We have used Freddie Baily for 25 years and always very pleased with their work and their wonderful,educated men.

Had a house backup last night and David came and got us back up and going in no time. Will definitely keep using them in the future.

BEWARE!! This company is a rip off. They are very deceptive. I was given a quote for $99 Hr to find a leak in my yard. The employee-owner was the one that gave me the quote on Sept 30, 2016. I called in and requested to be set up ASAP but wanted the owner to come that had quoted me the price so that there was no change of price  or misunderstanding on the per hour quote. He showed up late and also brought a helper.
I was NOT told I would be paying $140 per hour now.
Nothing was EVER mentioned of added charger. Imaging $40 per hour for a helper??? Not a plumber. Oddly enough my leak had been fixed while I was at work by a relatives friend 36 hours before. I was unaware since I was staying with friends while my water was off.
The owner of Lanco admitted my meter wasn't turning rapidly but for the next 2 hours continuous to peruse a leak. He came into my residence and looked at the toilets and said the problem was my flapper which a contractor had just changed in May. He precedes to scrape residue from under the flapper then ask for food coloring. He dropped food coloring in my tank after the fact of scraping such debris off then saying it was a toilet flapper leak. He then moved to two other toilets and immediately drop food coloring in the tank before instead of after so the first toilet was inaccurate since he did scraping before testing to see if there was truly a leak.
He proceeds to lie to me. His helped stood around on several occasions while he (owner) spent 45 minutes looking for any other possible leaks in the home and  15 minutes in his van writing invoice from his iPad.
When I was asked to sign the bill on the iPad which I couldn't see due to the darkness of the device and the sun glaring down i asked what the charges were and he then told me the helper was $40 hour. I saw he charged me for 3 toilet flappers and questioned him. He stammered around when questioned of (3) being installed. I them asked Are you sure? He looked at his helper and you could tell he knew the truth. But reluctantly agreed while also stammering in knowing he hadn't change them all. They drive away while I went to the toilets and found only one changed while being charged for 2. I called the office and the secretary contacted them to return. This company had the nerve to try to charge me for a 1/2 hour labor $50 to fix what they didn't do. This took less than 2 minutes to do both the others, however he stalled upstairs since I wasn't watching them so he could try to justify the time. When he told me he had to charge me!???!! I asked what he was talking about. Just to end this let's just say he told me the office said he had to charge me. REALLY????
I contacted his sister (co-owner) she was extremely rude and told me she would wave the charge this time but to take my business elsewhere next time and hung up.
I was the one getting screwed over here! So I phoned her which they let go to voicemail on purpose so I left a message that I was disputing the $40 HR and putting this on every social media site. Guess what?? I get a phone call back not recognizing the voice since it didn't sound like the same rude and unprofessional person. She admitted she and her brothers (owners) were wrong on trying to rip me off as well as failing to tell me the heller was extra $40 HR. I listened to her try to back peddle just to get me to not expose this crooked company. I opted out of her wasting my time to save from making this public. NEVER ONCE DID SHE OFFER TO CREDIT ME $117 for the added charge so since I have her statement they were wrong on several things I have forwarded this to my disputed department of my MasterCard!!!!
BEWARE!!!!!!' And yes I will take her advice a surely go elsewhere in the future. By the way BBB. has them at a 2.5 out of 5 and several other poor reviews. I now will continue my reporting to other sites.

I bought one of their living social deals to come and repair my toilets and do a home inspection.  Toilets are fairly easy to fix, but one of my least favorite things to do and I never seem to know what to replace.  I felt good about the deal because a trained plumber can fix water levels and identify problems before they become bad.  He did a great job and fixed 2 toilets, checked 4 in total.  He did the home inspection, tested the water.  He identified a couple broken T/P valves on my furnace and fixed them while he was there.  Reasonably priced for a certified plumber (plumbers are always insanely expensive, such is life).  

I recently had a new roof installed and he identified the furnace hoods were smushed in by the roofers, so my roofers are coming out to repair it today (under their labor warranty).  

They have one of those iphone apps to scan credit cards.

Unreliable and unprofessional - even the lady that answers the phone is rude. Our hot water hasn't been working for over a week now. We have called multiple times and have been pretty patient with hearing back - but never get a call back.  Used to think it was a great company, but then I realized they don't really care about their customers (or are too busy)

Problem: Water main valve busted while I was attempting to secure the water main. Knob came out and water went everywhere!

David Fernandez came to my house without hesitation at 900 at night. The scope of the job turned for the worst when one of the unions did not work. David drove back to the shop in Cypress (I live in midtown), assembled a valve and returned at 1100 pm! He fix the issue with a SMILE! He is a great guy and the customer service David and the company displayed was top notch!

I really appreciate David and I HIGHLY recommend you request him for your service!

I called and set up a visit to my residence which they gave me a 8-10 am window. It wasn't until 9:53am that I decided to call and check up on when they would arrive. I was told the technician wouldn't arrive until 10:30. I inquired why I wasn't given a phone call to explain that they were running late, the  receptionist stated that she was about to call. I waited until 10:34am still no technician nor a phone call. So I called back and cancelled. I explained if you gave me or another customer a two hour window you can't expect me to cancel plans that I have in the afternoon.

Nick's Plumbing has a 96% customer satisfaction rating  maybe I caught them on a bad day. I would not recommend them based on their lack of professionalism.
