Oh how I wish Yelp had the option of 10 stars!  We recently tried out Mercy to put in new drain lines on a rental property after all of our nightmares with ARS.  They were prompt, efficient, and HALF the price ARS quoted us.  We had to get an estimate from Mercy recently for replumbing another house and again, well below ARS.  While in the process of scheduling this major job - yesterday the sinks in my house started filling up with water.  I called John at Mercy to ask if he could come out at some point and check it.  He told me it was coming from a backed up AC drain and he would be here within the hour!  He said if it was backed up to that point, it could get worse during the night and he didn't want us to have overflowing sinks in the middle of the night!  He was at my house in 30 minutes.  What he said would take 30 minutes to fix, ended up taking him about 3 hours due to previous garbage done by ARS - BUT, he fixed their work, had to run for parts and had our drains flowing clear again before he left and AGAIN, charged us so reasonably even when he had to do extra work that I actually felt guilty for not paying more!  He was prompt, courteous, understanding, neat and clean and didn't make a huge mess and even cleaned up what little mess he had to make.  I can not begin to express my relief and gratitude to have found a plumber that cares about the quality of his work and cares about his customers.  Mercy Plumbing has earned ALL of our plumbing business from here on out!   John and his company are absolute Mercy after having dealt with ARS!!!!!!!!!!!

Was able to schedule me same day within a couple of hours.  Great communication as technician rescheduled due to previous job running long.  Really expensive for 20 min job.

Great service. A friend recommended them when we needed our dishwasher drain/air intake fixed. It was leaking rather than draining. I called, they came on a timely basis, explained the problem, gave me two options, fixed it and charged me fairly. The gentlemen were very nice and thorough.

Great plumbers, friendly guys. Dave and Jeff showed up right on time, did fast efficient work under difficult conditions, and charged a very fair price. I couldn't be happier. DPS is my new plumber of choice.

They came out and fixed my pipes after this winter storm in a little more then 24 hours after calling when most plumbing places have a 3-4 week wait! Very friendly staff and service, will definitely recommend to everyone I know and will most definitely use them again.

Can't say enough good about this company.  I had a problem with my hot water and when I called, the plumber came out right away.  Lou diagnosed the problem, quoted me a replacement price, and got it taken care of without any drama, sales pitch, or gimmicks.  I was really comfortable that the price was fair and I was happy to get it fixed so quickly.  I recommend them for anyone that needs an honest plumber!

The plumbing work was excellent for  extensive repairs after the Texas freeze.  But the charges were for two  master plumbers and actually there  was only a master plumber and a  plumbers helper working.  This was way too much.  I needed an invioce  wih a listing of parts used and labor to submit for my home owners  insurance.  The company would not provide anything other than a single  line each for parts and labor and not on a company letterhead. Because  of this - I was not able to recover from my insurance.

I'd give these con artists -stars if it was possible. So let's start. I call them for a quote to connect a gas dryer to an existing line for my girlfriend while I out of town. They say they need to come out to quote. $35 but if we have them do the job then the price of the quote is deducted from the work. She takes the time off of work but they never show or call for the appointment. So I call, the tech is stuck on a job and can't make it. No problem, it happens. Then the guy comes out Monday, barely make the appointment window and not only has the nerve to provide almost a $600 quote to connect two hoses that cost less than $30 combined and when she obviously says no still charges her the $35 consult even though they missed the original appointment. Long story not so short these guys are either going to refund that fee and get reported to the BBB or there going to get hit with a chargeback from the bank and reported to the BBB. Either way they are not getting my money. Please make sure to use anyone but these scam artists. Seems to me they just come out, quite something ridiculous and take your consult money if you're smart enough to say no.

J & C plumbing sent two of their plumbers out to fix a clogged drain between my home and the sewer system.  They ran a cutter down the line and got it fixed for a reasonable price.  Very polite and easy folks to work with.  Recommended.

Husband called  for three days, and left a number of messages after Phillipp Plumbing was recommended to us; he never managed to reach anyone, nor did he ever get a call back from anyone for any of the messages he left.

I am very busy and hardly ever take the time to do reviews but I felt compelled to do this one based on my first time experience with this company. I had a plumbing issue happen at 5 am that I thought was going to require a new water heater and was dreading having to find a plumbing company without much time to research several of them. I went on my neighborhood Nextdoor app. and saw some positive reviews so I went further and looked them up on Google and found some really good reviews there also. I called them at 8 am when they opened and was given an appointment between 2-4 pm, got a call just after 2 stating that Chad was on his way. I also received a text withing a minute after the call with a picture of Chad and a link to track his time and distance to my house. Chad and his assistant were very professional in every aspect and looked over my situation and answered all of my questions. I was fully expecting to be sold a water heater and probably would have approved it since I am not a plumbing expert but instead got an estimate for $291.00 before any repairs were made. I was told that the issue was a valve that was causing my all of problems and not the water heater. I was very surprised and happy with this news and so was my wallet. They did inspect my heater and told me that it is 15 years old and should be replaced soon based on they age and gave me some options but never any hard sell or pressure. I know many of these professions have a reputation of trying to really stick it to people but I can honestly say that this company did not and I will most definitely recommend them and use them for any plumbing needs in the future, including my new water heater. Called at 11:30pm on a Friday. Great initial phone service...set us up for a window of 9am-1pm the next morning. Kept my phone close all morning. Phone rings one time and ends call before I can answer. I call back immediately, get disconnected, and call again. Finally reach someone who says we've moved on. I asked for more clarity and they just said you have been moved in the queue. One minute after one ring and hours of waiting. The queue ended up being 2 days later...we canceled. Really though?? One ring. One minute. Awful customer service.
