Mike is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose a complex plumbing issue, and returned just a couple days later to solve our problem under time, and under budget.

Mike installed my new shower/bath faucet with all the latest plumbing tools and methods, and ensured proper operation after. He also taught me how to maintain/drain out my water heaters.  After he left, he called back a couple days later to check that everything was working just fine - what customer service!

Shawn Hampton was referred to me by a local real estate agent to help me get my water turned back on and check for leaks after the 2021 Big Freeze. Shawn texted me and arrived shortly thereafter in a proper plumber's panel van (not a pickup truck.) He was professional in appearance and demeanor, knowledgeable and able to show me what was going on and explain what should be done. He suggested repairs and repair parts, and I elected to fix everything that needed fixing. He did extensive work replacing burst or leaking pipes and was able to, somewhat miraculously, dislodge some built up of rust from inside my galvanized steel pipes that was causing lower than usual water pressure on the hot side of my kitchen sink. (I thought we might have to re-pipe that whole area, which would have been an extensive repair.)  

Shawn charged notably less than I would have paid one of the bigger Houston plumbing companies. I've used many of the more recognizable names here over 35 years, so I'm confident in my assessment on this point.

My understanding is Shawn is a LICENSED MASTER PLUMBER with 14 years of experience, some in California but most in Texas working for one of Houston's major plumbing companies before striking out on his own. It is also my understanding that Shawn has a limited service area at this time, generally in and around Houston's West Loop -- but check with him on that.

They did a great job for an excellent price. Had the whole house repiped after the freeze broke our pipes in our 1950s house. The crews for repiping and for sheetrocking and painting were really skilled and knew their stuff. Also, they cut a minimal amount of holes to complete the job. Glad we hired them.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Mitch with Doug Turner Plumbing to service our water heater. He was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and very friendly.

The work conducted was absolutely fantastic....an honest plumbing organization with quality work and excellent customer service.

We requested a quote or should I say rip off from another organization from television ads and quickly realized Doug Turner was the correct choice!

I immediately requested a toilet be replaced and Mitch was ready to service the next day and did a great job informing us on what he needed to do to make sure it was done correctly.

If this is how their organization is run, they will have all of our business. I highly recommend Doug Turner Plumbing...while I am sure all their service techs/plumbers are excellent I would ask for Doug!

We were referred to Paul by a good friend. A simple kitchen faucet leak turned into much more and that's when we called for help. We let them know we were headed out of town and Paul was there the next morning. He pretty much had to do surgery on the pipe coming in from the outside into the house. He was here 2.5 hours and did a wonderful job. It looks like the job he did will outlast the house and us.

On thanksgiving day 2022 that morning, my house had a leak over the sink in one of the full bath upstairs. What a bummer!!! Instead of having it repaired (very pricey one), I've decided to repipe the entire house (built in 1976). Previous owner did some lousy plumbing work last year and the inspector told me that I should be expected to have some plumbing issues down the road (that was December 2021). Since I am on an extremely tight budget, I had no choice but to shop around for a company who could work with me while they are very competent and legit. On a very tentative schedule (as I didn't want to keep on shutting down the main water switch to stop the leak), I spent close to 5 days (right after Thanksgiving) interviewing at least 8-10 places. I was very grateful that Matthew came to see me on 11/28. He was very punctual, friendly, polite, energetic and thorough on his estimate which covers repiping, inspection permit plus sheetrock repair. He even offered me military discount! Note that he wasn't pushy and his estimate was very reasonable! Long story short, he got me all set up for repiping my home starting on 12/9! At first I thought it was a rush, but anyway, it turned out to be the best move I've ever made)! Matthew's team (4 young men) was super duper amazing because they had the entire house repipe in 2 days! Matthew agreed to fix the leak right away and he did! He even showed me the leak was from the broken galvanized pipe! Anyway, I adored these young men's energy and vibes! I could truly tell they love their job very much! Some fun facts: I kept telling everyone that I preferred to hire Matthew as my boy has the same name (Matthias) and he looks so alike my buddy's son! Inspection was passed on 12/6 by the City of Houston. Sheetrock repair was done on 12/7. The folks who did the sheetrock repair were extremely polite, professional and hard working. They came in at 8am and left at 8pm. Now the house has no more holes on the wall! No one could tell it has a repiping job done! Everything was done right on schedule. No lies. No tricks. No scams. I am extremely pleased with the entire process. As a real estate broker/homeowner, I highly recommend Repipe Solutions to all my clients, family, and friends! My kitchen sink faucet had a leak. They came out the following morning after I called. They sent me a tex in the morning letting me know that the technician was 30 minutes out. He was right on time. Had my leak fixed within 30 minutes.

Leonard and his team are reliable and responsive to all my requests. We upgraded to an expanded custom island, new lighting, countertops, sink, stove, painting etc.  I love it all. This is the second time we hired Houston Plumbing Services to do a major remodel in our home.

Good prices with solid work. I have 3 plumbers listed just in case however his name has the stars by it to call first and a note to retry because I liked his service and prices that much more. When he saw a valve kit for the toilet I told him my husband was planning on installing it. He suggested he also install a new flapper valve at the same time and showed me why. He was there to fix a leak under the toilet my husband didn't want to deal with and it turned out to be more than just needing a new wax seal so I was very happy he was there. All around nice guy.

I needed a new valve for my refrigerator water supply line. Service tech came out same day, Carlos Delgado was his name. Very nice, polite, efficient, explained the process. Completed the work, cleaned up all in a timely manner. Yes they have a trip charge but you can get their service plan for $99 for a year and it waves the trip charge, including today. I've used numerous plumbers over the years and none are cheap but Frank Plumbing will be around in the future and as I said Carlos was a pleasure to work with.

Worst response ever!  I realize that Houston had a major issue with the pipes bursting from the extreme cold but that is no excuse for lousy customer service.  We are seniors in our 70s and called Village on Wed, Feb 17 when we noticed the leak.  The person we spoke to took all our information and told us we would have service in 24 to 48 hours.  So we didn't bother any other companies knowing that they would be swamped with others needing help.  After not hearing from them by Saturday we called again to get a recording that they apologized and were taking no new calls but would get to those who had called as soon as possible.  We waited until Monday and called again only to be told that our information was not in the system and the earliest they could get to us was March 9.  They refused to acknowledge or help with their mistake and apparently could not care less for commitments.  No here we are with no water and all other companies fully booked as well.  What a lousy customer service or willingness to fix a mistake.
