Beware! I called this company for some simple handyman repairs because I didn't have time to go look myself and I always take care of repairs promptly for my tenants. I am in real estate and I'm always referring business to trusted contractors, but when I had a few issues on my own rental property this time, I decided to try someone new because my favorite handyman was sick. I always like to try new contractors myself a few times to continue building my referral list for clients.  This handyman went out to my rental and told me the garbage disposal needed to be replaced, and the toilet valve needed to be replaced. I declined the repairs because I could tell he was overcharging and I didn't think they really needed to be replaced at all. Needless to say I got someone else to take a look with me and there was literally a huge chunk of broken glass in the disposal ... we removed it and it worked like a charm. The water value supplying the toilet was just half way off. Again, quick fix and it worked fine. He was very prompt, and very nice on the phone ... but he tried to take advantage of me and that's not the way to run a business.

Great experience using this company.  We had our garbage disposal go out and wanted our sink faucet replaced.  We also had a terrible clog backing up our shower.  I gave Brandon a call and he scheduled me for first thing the following morning. Very professional with shoe coverings and mats that they put down. Very painless on my end, thanks guys!

We had been notified by our local water company of a leak near the meter.  I had called two other plumbers, one scheduled an appointment and never showed up.  The other was leaving for the holidays.  I contacted Graham and made an appointment for after Christmas.  The serviceman showed up on time and explained what he would be doing and the first hours charge to find the leak.  After about 15/20 minutes, he came back and said the leak appeared to be on my neighbors side.  I contacted my neighbor and she talked with him.  At that point he checked both of our meters and determined there was not a leak, and thus No Charge!!    This gentleman was very nice, professional and even left us an invoice to show the water company we had the leak checked.

Nathan was very professional and polite. He was able to help us fix some gas leaks and reroute some non compliant plumping, while also running new gas lines for our cooktop and fireplace at a fair price. Would absolutely recommend.

It was the middle of the night and something in the attic made the sheet rock fall. My husband went up to check it and turns out it was a busTed pipe. We called Ark Repipes after my neighbor referred them a few wks prior when she had some work done. They came out early the next morning and in 3 days our problem was fixed completely! They were very knowledgeable and understanding at a very affordable price! I highly recommend Ark Repipes.

I found Mock Plumbing on Google and called for a bid for plumbing related to my recent kitchen remodel. We moved the location of the sink and dishwasher and new pipes had to be run. I also needed my faucet and garbage disposal hooked up, as well as pipes run for a pot faucet. Chris came out promptly to give me a bid (which was very reasonable), and then I scheduled the work for the following week. Chris and his assistant were at my house for about 4 hours and completed excellent work. He strikes me as a quiet, honest, hardworking guy. I would definitely request plumbing work from him again and would recommend him to my friends.

After a misstep with my original appointment time, two very polite and businesslike technicians arrived at my home with flowers apologizing for the inconvenience. They then proceeded to make the necessary repairs to my kitchen sink.  Kurt and his associate could not have been nicer or more professional.  They encountered several issues that made the job more difficult but they just kept saying that they enjoy a challenge!  They were very thorough inspecting everything else and did an excellent job of cleaning up.  I could not be more pleased and would definitely call them again.  Thanks, Kurt!

I called Mike Tidwell Plumbing because they did a good job last time fixing a leaking pipe and I know they do not charge to come out and give you an estemate.  I had tried another place and they wanted over 50 bucks just to give you an estemate.

This time it was a drain in my kitchen sink that was draining too slow.  I called ahead and asked for a price and got it over the phone.  It was 150.00 less than another place which was almost double of what Mike quoted me.

They also fixed another problem I was having and made it look like it should (fixing someone elses mistake). Even with the extra work, it was still less than the other place.

I am very pleased with the service and honest prices which is hard to find these days.

I only had a few days at home so instead of doing the work myself we called these guys.
We needed the tank flush kit replaced,(we supplied) and the filter replaced(we supplied) at our well water supply.
Even though I told them that I wanted the kit replaced the guy that arrived said that I only needed the flapper. So that's all they done swap a flapper out. Then changed a filter. The charge was $153.00 per item. Yes, $306.00 if I remember correctly for about 30 minutes.
