Had a furnace issue over the holiday break and Brad and his partner were able to come out within about 2 hours of me calling on a holiday and got the furnace working temporarily while we wait for a new part from Carrier which they will install in a couple days. While they were here they didn't even seem to get annoyed by me hanging around as they worked so that I could get a peak at what was going on. Very personable and super nice guys! Seemed to be very knowledgeable as well. Definitely recommended if you are in their service area!

Joe is punctual and arrived on time. He's professional yet easy to talked to and able to answer our questions. We had a very bad blockage in our kitchen drain pipe and Joe worked on it nonstop till it was unclogged. Highly recommended to all my family and friends.

Derek was such a pleasure to work with. I had called about our shower not draining and he came out within a couple of hours of the call. When he was here I asked him about our sink & disposal too--both of which he fixed on the spot. I HIGHLY recommend this company and their prices are incredibly reasonable compared to many other places.

Perhaps, for some basic maintenance or smaller jobs, Lincoln is fine, but I had a problem they did not know how to fix except to recommend that I pay an additional $2K for a solution that I came to find out isn't even permitted in Chicago.  I tried a different plumber who fixed the matter in the same amount of time for just a little more than these guys charged me.

They move a gas line for me. Great work. Very efficient and professional. Would gladly hire them again.

After having dealt with a number of plumbers from both large and small companies, having used those from warranty companies also, I am happy to have found Jireh plumbing. Brandon was honest, thorough, respectful and punctual. Although he was called out to rod my sewer line, he addressed ALL of my plumbing problems and fixed a couple of minor issues without charging me. I won't call anyone else for my plumbing needs. Oh how I wish, more contractors were like him.

Called Grant and his team Saturday afternoon at like 4:30PM after another plumbing company stood us up 2 days in a row.
Grant and his partner showed up within an hour (seriously, on a Saturday afternoon)!! I was ecstatic.
They diagnosed the issue quickly and were ready to repair the issue right away, but we wouldn't be home for the whole time they needed to fix the issue. But they're coming back Monday to fix the issue for us!
I'll update again once the work is complete, but I'm seriously so impressed with their responsiveness and transparency of the issue.

We had a broken sewer main that was leaking, I contacted H20 and Todd called back quickly and set up time to look at, arrived on time, diagnosed and pointed out the sewer main had broken.  Showed where the break had occurred.  He provided price and said he could fix the next day.  His team was on time and worked very hard and completed the job that day and completed finishing touches next day.  All around great team and trustworthy.  Would highly recommend!

A big ZERO.  They charged me $900 to to fix a leak in my bathroom in December. The link was never fixed. I scheduled another appointment in March and they were a no-show. Someone showed up the next day claiming to work for this company and brought no supplies with him.  He said a quote would be delivered. Never received the quote. Honest to God the person I let in not my home could have been a criminal. I contact the company and was told I did not contact them within 90 days of the original service and as a result there is nothing they can do.  Hmmm. Contact the company in March is within 90 days. Shame on you Magic Men.  What a complete disaster.  I will file a complaint with the BBB but do not think this company is accredited.

Sean, the owner of Wedgeworth Plumbing is a very stand-up guy. He came to our house late last night at the last minute to fix our leaking toilet. I purchased a condo and one of the issues that needed to be repaired was a leaky shower valve.  My go to referral source is always YELP.  Gary is very responsive.  He replied at night and weekends to my YELP messaging. Very friendly on the phone.  Then came time for the actual estimate.  $49 to give me an estimate.  I was confident I was going to use Plumbco so I didn't flinch because the $49 would have been deducted off my cost of the job.  Well that was $49 down the drain.  Plumbco was the most expensive of the highly rated YELP plumbers.  I contracted with another company for the job.  Maybe they can get the $49 I put down the drain.

This company charged me $700 for an initial visit that did not fix the problem, broke the angle valve that shuts off the water to the toilet, charged me $440 for the fix they created BEFORE doing the work, and then cancelled 15 minutes before the appointment after I had scheduled a water shutoff for the building.  They refused to refund me the full amount for the work they didn't do yet, AND charged me a cancellation fee when it's their technician that didn't show up.  There are a lot of options out there, don't waste your time or money
