I rent a high-rise apartment and had a leaky bathroom faucet. Dominick came and took care of it. Not only is he a professional, he is kind, courteous, and put my nerves at ease. I would highly recommend their service for basic plumbing needs.

Called DRC on a Friday night at 1130pm after our ejector pump failed. Derek promptly returned my call and was out in a timely manner to fix it. He was very professional and honest. Highly recommend.

This was def a great experience! Tony and Patrick were great as Michelle who scheduled our appointment. Same day with a pipe burst and a lot of damage. Can't say enough about how professional and efficient  this company is.  Would recommend then to everyone we know moving forward. It's hard to find a reputable company that actually cares about their customers!!! Way to go!

I called OneStop Pro because of all their great reviews and they're locally based. I wanted a second opinion about my furnace. The serviceman, Robert, was punctual and explained things so that I could understand. He put my mind at ease and offered great advise. I asked him to send a quote even though I may have to wait just a little bit (2020 was not the best year) and received one very quickly. I will be using OneStop Pro to replace my furnace. They won me over by the respect and kindness shown me.

I've found my plumber.

We've been having a drain that keeps on clogging.  Charlie came out the same day - arriving when he said he'd arrive.  He explained everything he was doing along the way.  When it took longer than he had expected (we have a tricky drain, which I knew from the last plumber and not being able to fix it myself), he didn't complain he just said they would keep working until they fixed. it.  It was 5pm when he started - 7:30 when he finished.  He gave me a fair price on it and advice on the problem, without trying to sell me anything else.

I've had to call a plumber a few times in Chicago and haven't been happy with any of the experiences.  I'm happy to have finally found a guy.

I have a satellite office in Wheaton and had some plumbing issues that the landlord was not responsible for.  I searched my trusty Yelp and LaCassa Plumbing was 5 stars and high on the list.  Melissa answered the phone right away and when I described the problem and that my folks only had 1 restroom, she and the plumbers put us in priority.  They settled the issue quickly, but also cited some bigger issues we might want to address in the future.  A few weeks later, yes, we needed to call again, as they were correct and yet again the plumbers came right out, assessed the issue and made plans to replace the toilet.  All completed quickly and on time.Grateful for quick service and creating a phased plan that didn't need us to spend a lot of money unless needed. A+

Wow! Worked with Edwin and George. Had a faulty water heater on Saturday morning. George the plumber was educational, friendly, and efficient.  I would highly recommend them again and I personally will be using them for any future plumbing needs.

I have been using Nick for years and he has yet to disappoint. He exclusively handles all of the repairs at my rental property. I can't express how great and talented he is. Reasonable prices, super responsive and very friendly - great local handyman option.

I never thought my first Yelp review would be for a plumber but I can stay silent no more: This guy is awesome. He's responsive, quick to fix any problem we've thrown at him and loyal. And, not only does he fix the problem, but he always tells us why it happened, what we can do in the future to prevent it, and how to fix it ourselves (if we want to). If not, he's always happy to come back out! We won't use anyone else for our plumbing needs, and you shouldn't either.

We use Stefl Plumbing for our association and also for our condo unit. They are always punctual, polite, professional and the work is always done perfectly. I highly recommend. Just had our hot water heater replaced by them and our small laundry room and the original setup of piping, electric, etc. were a challenge to say the least. They did a beautiful job and remained so very patient and professional when I'm sure they probably wanted to scream! We are lucky to have them right here in Forest Park, I would recommend them to anyone at any time. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I was going to hang my own Laundry room cabinets but chickened out and hired KBN.  I'm really glad I did as they're installed properly, including the side trim pieces. Pricing was very fair- and they quoted a price instead of just an hourly rate.  

They even broke down all the cardboard boxes and cleaned up when they were done.  I'd definitely use them again.

Travis and D&L are superb.  We had quick communication and a painless scheduling process all through Yelp messaging.  Travis was very patient and helpful in answering questions.  He expertly installed a new sump pump and also did a fresh install of a backup sump and battery backup.  He uses only top quality products that far exceed the quality of what other companies were quoting me.  His price is also very fair - particularly for the high-end product he installed.  While he was there, I also asked him to adjust the thermostatic mixing valve on a Grohe shower, which he was able to do quickly and at no additional charge.  In short, I would highly recommend you get a quote from Travis/D&L Sewer for any plumbing need.  This is a family owned business that values customer service at a fair price.  Glad to have a plumber I trust!

Called this guy out of a recommendation, had horrible experience talking to him, very rude and disrespectful! Stay away !!

My kitchen sink was leaking.  I called to make an apt and they were able to send someone out the same day.   Simion was great!   He explained everything to me and fixed the sink.  I also asked him to look at the dishwasher and a toilet that wasn't working.  He made sure everything worked properly.   I will definitely call this company again, they are very nice people to deal with.

don't sign anything until they get the work done. I paid 482 dollars yesterday for 15 minutes of labor and the problem was not solved.
