These folks are very reliable; show up when they say they are going to show up, and they are professional. We have used them for plumbing and HVAC and have always been pleased.

Loved that they showed up early, with masks and footies (to keep floors clean) and they brought everything needed to replace the two p-traps. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Nice guys, good value.

Tom and his guy Mike are awesome! Same day service with great affordable prices. Came after hours without the expense. Even without the after hours where less expensive then the 'big' companies. Didn't walk away from crawling under my deck to get into the crawl space. I needed my main sewer line rodded out where the only clean out as I know was present and these guy did it without hesitation. Gave great suggestions to prevent tree roots from reoccurring. I've saved them in my contacts and plan on using them and telling friends/family about them for any future needs. If I could give 10 stars I would. You guys are welcome back for a brew anytime. Thank you again.

Whiting Plumbing does quality work for a reasonable price! They don't advertise too much so you must have been referred to them by family or friends. Lane is knowledgeable and prompt! We've used Whiting Plumbing to re-pipe our old house with new copper pipes, put in a new higher toilet, unclog and put a new wax ring on our upstairs toilet, and complete the plumbing when we installed a new tub! He also installed a new wash tub and faucet in the basement and installed a new faucet in the kitchen! I feel Lane is honest and reliable. I would recommend Whiting Plumbing to anyone who needs a plumbing problem solved!

We called Chalmers on a Friday morning for a little leak under our sink we had just noticed. We have only been in our place for a little over a month. Left a voicemail. He called back within the hour! We were busy so played phone tag a bit. He didn't give up. Thank you! He came out Saturday morning, on time. Tried to fix our leak a less expensive way first. (thought that was good) It did get a little more detailed but he was quick, efficient and very reasonable! Professional. Highly recommend! We are glad we found our plumber on the fist try moving to a new area!
We hope we don't need you often but your our guy! Thank you.

These guys were great! came over during a somewhat emergency, fixed what was needed to get me through, then scheduled the rest of the work. They practically ran in, assessed the issue, fixed it and were out in 15minutes for the first issue. Then had another minor emergency, then came back for the scheduled work. They were great!

I had great experience from start to end. They responded to my call and promptly scheduled. The technician, Bruce, was fantastic. He took the time to address my questions, performed quality work with excellent service.

Had them do a water heater replacement. Very honest guys, took the time to chat on the phone about the problem, gave me options, and we decided on a course of action. They were there the next day and got the job done quickly and professionally. No mess left behind, and friendly to talk to. Recommended!

This is the first time using this company and the service was great!! Called in the morning and Mr. Travis was here by early afternoon. He is professional and knowledgeable. If you're in need of quality plumbing services at a fair price, he's your man. Would definitely call again.

I used Karl Meyer recently after calling a couple plumbers I normally use and chose Karl because he's responsive, diligent, got the work done. Wasn't a small endeavor, replaced 18-20' of cast iron pipe from a home built in the 1950's ranch. I knew it would be around $1,800 - $2,000 with all the labor (6 hrs and two guys) and they actually came in under the estimate ($1,700). Did a professional job and got it done. What more you want in a plumber?

Alex was very responsive with great customer service. He repaired the main shut off valve and bath tub handle without issues. The estimate provided was reasonable. Great quality work!!!

Great experience over all. Requested information via Yelp and heard back inside of an hour. Had an appointment scheduled for same week.
Antonio and his associate just came out and pulled multiple small toys out of our drain and was able to get our bathtub drain (which had virtually zero drainage abilities) draining as if it were brand new - despite the roadblocks as snaking our drain is not an option because we live in a home built in the 1940s with a drum trap.
Pricing was fair and presented up front with an explanation of the services to be provided before any actual work was done.
Would highly recommend!

So, yesterday I had a slight flooding issue with the rain. Apparently there was a complete blockage of roots in our sewer line in front of our house heading to the main city line. This caused the rain from our gutters (that drain directly into the sewer) to back up and up-flow through the basement floor drains. Thank God I had a water pump and a woman that resembles the we can do it girl, lol. She was amazing. Anyhow. We just had our sewer roto rooted a few weeks prior. I think it broke some stuff loose and ended up causing a complete blockage last night. That job ended up costing $325.
Turns out through Google search, 4 seasons not only has heating and air, apparently they also have plumbers, I never really paid attention. So I called them and they came out the same day and did a temporary rooting that cost $199.. Wayyy cheaper than the other guy. He told us that it only clears a path of about 2-3 inches out of the 6in pipe. If we want a complete fix of the 6in pipe we should get it jetted (water pressure rooted).
So they came out the next day (today) and showed me a video of the roots that blocked about 90% of the sewer pipe. We had a pumping also scheduled to pump out the grease trap in our back yard sewer, but when Mike popped the sewer cap, he told us we didn't need the pump and only the jetting. That saved us about $500.
I don't know about you, but I'm my experience, a lot of contractors tend to up charge rather than saving us money.
Normally I don't post recommendations, but crap, $500 is $500. He could have easily pumped it out and charged us, I didn't know any better. I just don't want my place flooding. But after everything, he informed us, showed us what to look for, took care of our poor draining of our tub, everything on point. Highly recommend.

THANK YOU Mike at Four seasons.

They send what is supposedly a licensed union plumber who should know what he's doing. He installs a new hot water heater and vents it only to the chimney, not to the liner in the chimney. That's mistake #1. Plus the flue slope is incorrect and can lead to gases not exiting properly (mistake #2). I'll throw both these into Mistake #3: He told me he cannot see well. (Thanks for sendinig over a plumber with vision issues, that instills confidence!). And, rather than putting his tools down on the painted basement floor, he drops them, which left a number of scratch marks on the floor. Will never call them again. Their hold music should be Send in the Clowns.

After searching for reputable companies 9 years ago we chose Four Seasons to replace our Furnace & A/C unit at the same time. Both were working fine, but were 22 years old & we thought it best to replace them both with High Efficiency models that would be more environmentally friendly & more efficient for our home. We chose Lennox units that were high efficiency rated & had an excellent reputation for quality HVAC systems. Four Seasons was not the least expensive proposal we got, but went with them due to the excellent reviews & ratings they had.
From the start we had ongoing issues & problems with the installation. During the first year we had numerous call back trips by many different technicians. During the process they shorted out our Whole House Humidifier System as well. It had been replaced only a year prior so naturally I was quiet upset. When I called to complain about the damaged system I was given a great runaround. However, after several calls the unit was replaced at no charge. Unfortunately, it did not work & again several call backs with other techs trying to fix it. Ultimately it worked & we were annoyed, but satisfied.
We had many Tune Ups & Maintenance done on both the A/C & Furnace. When the A/C stopped working several years ago, we called for service & were told that there was no warranty because we did not have an A/C Tune Up done that year!! I fought with Customer Service & Supervisors about this but they stood their ground. ONLY after I posted a negative Angie's List review did they agree to split the charges for repair to the A/C. My confidence in Four Seasons really became tested as the interactions with them continued. Discussion with neighbors revealed some negative experiences with them, so we decided to investigate other local HVAC companies.
This fall we decided to try another company for the Pre-Winter furnace Tune Up. Upon inspection, the Tech showed us pictures of a totally rusted out Heat Exchanger on our 9-year-old furnace. Since that is only about half the expected life expectancy for the unit, we were obviously quite upset. The Tech showed us that Four Seasons improperly installed the exterior intake & exhaust system outside the house. All of our neighbors had the PVC pipes for exhaust facing downward with a pipe elbow. Our system was installed straight with no elbow directing exhaust away. Instead, the exhaust filled with Humidifier loaded air was getting sucked directly back into the Intake pipe! Thus all the moist humid air was being sucked back into our furnace & totally rusted out the heat exchanger!! There were a minimum of 8 different Four Seasons techs at our home over the time period & not one of them noted the problem or fixed it. I can understand a small company with one tech not noticing but we had a minimum of 12 different callbacks & service calls & Tune Ups by different techs & not one addressed the faulty installation& problems it would cause us.
In fact, the tech that showed us the problem Red Tagged our unit & shut the furnace down for fear we would have Carbon Monoxide Poisoning due to the faulty heat exchanger.
They were not a Lennox dealer so I called Lennox directly was told the Heat Exchanger would be under warranty IF it were properly installed. However, the heat exchanger was obsolete so we would need a new furnace. Again we were upset & felt TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF by Four Seasons. Lennox gave me names of local Authorized Dealers to contact. We did & another company was shocked seeing the Four Seasons Installation & the premature rust out it caused. When we explained how many different Four Seasons had come to our home during the 9 years...they were utterly appalled that not one saw or reported the faulty installation to us. To make problems worse, they found faulty wiring & the PVC pipes never had PVC cement, which is proper to connect one pipe to another. Instead, they were only caulked together...another area for Carbon Monoxide to escape or re-circulate.
We ultimately had our furnace replaced with a new high efficiency Lennox unit. However we had to pay $2,375.00 to have it replaced.
Considering the fault was 100% verified by 2 independent HVAC contractor companies, we feel Four Seasons should be responsible for the cost of the replacement.
Sadly, they have refused any accountability and have washed their hands of the matter. We want everyone to know what this company is really like and does not stand behind its products, its people, its installations and most important its customers.
Don't get burned like we did.

I am so upset with Ed the Plumber. They charged a ridiculous amount of money to show up for a simple job. When I tried to discuss this with them, I got the same sorry, there is nothing I can do speech, and if I refused the service, they were going to charge a $125 fee for showing up. The woman who answers the phone hung up on me when were discussing her unscrupulous pricing tactics. We had used Ed the Plumber in the past, but I will NEVER use them again, and I encourage anyone else NOT to use them as well.
