Simms said everything I wanted to hear the first time we spoke. Scheduled a time without a problem. Then did not show. We rescheduled and they made up an excuse to why they did not show. I needed the help and did not want to start this process again, so we continued with them. Since they would be coming to my unit I had to be friendly vs getting in an argument why they did not show and then having them in my place.

If zero stars was an option, I would give them minus. They were not cheap and they wasted my time which is even more important.

Once you know... we all have options and instead of going in to the details, I will just say beware, they are bad... don't use them. I should have looked here first

If you keep reading, Simms has no customer service. They have little to no communication skills. We scheduled an appoinment and blocked out 3 hours. They did not show multiple times.

They do the work that is requested, but it is probably more difficult to find a plumber who cannot fix a broken item, so that is not saying much. It is very surprising in a time when people are looking for business, Simms appears to not be interested.

I would suggest to go somewhere else. Not even worth trying Simms, because there are plenty of options. Obviously I will not call them again.

Tl;dr: punctual, knowledgable, professional, friendly, cost-effective!

Had a bad leak in an iron drain pipe (with concrete slab foundation) and they were able to give a rough estimate over the phone (with the possibility of increase if they couldn't easily access a structurally sound portion of pipe. I called at like 6 yesterday and they were out to fix it today which was great because I couldn't use my kitchen or bathroom sinks as they both used this drain! Angel came within the timeframe they gave and was very professional and knowledgable! He worked really hard to make sure everything was done right and did a wonderful job! Would absolutely recommend D&S to anyone and everyone!

Just had my first service (A/C) with Lees and was very impressed with Eric and Jose.  I've had several HVAC service companies over the 12 years in this house and Lee's is by far the best.  They did a thorough job with the service, explained everything clearly, and were very pleasant.  I did join the Lee's club because the benefits were so outstanding.

Tod did a great job on my leaking faucet!  He is honest and so generous!  I am so happy I contacted him.  I will recommend and also I will call him again if something happen!!  Thank you Tod!!

All i needed was two shower heads installed and a shift of my hot and cold pipes to another wall. This apparently costs 7000 dollars. Unbelievable! I called another company and received an installation for 500 dollars and everything works. I don't know why they charged me so much.

Came home to the ceiling in our dining room leaking from kids bathroom above. Called major companies in town with the emergency situation and were told two days wait. Called Martinez and he was at our house within the hour! Super professional and thorough. Definitely recommend these guys!

Great service, called my home warranty company and the guy came  out and said he couldn't do anything today to assist and home warranty would not cover. As the shower was flooded and sewage was coming out of the back drain so it was in need of immediate assistance. Called Dutchman before 5 and he came out after 5 but didn't charge for after hours fixed both issues at a fair price and didn't charge for after hours, great pricing great work!!! I recommend this company 100%

Gary's Plumbing is my go-to plumber. Although more expensive than most ($260 for the first drain snaked), it's better to get it done right the first time. I never have trouble with Gary's Plumbing. The owner is reliable, responsive, and trustworthy. He explains everything and is willing to educate you about fixes you can do yourself if you prefer to save $.  I highly recommend Gary's Plumbing.

We had a pipe burst outdoors and called Macorro Plumbing on very short notice.  Assistance was immediate, customer service was excellent, work completed very quickly, and price quote was extremely reasonable. Shaun from Arnold's Plumbing helped me replaced a water heater at my rental while I was out of town. He made the process very easy for me and was able to take credit card payment via phone (using Square app). Shaun picked up the water heater from Lowe's and did the installation and haul-away promptly. He also took care of some minor work my last plumber left behind and again made it easy for me. Professional service and great communications, would hire again and recommend.
