Dutchman Drains & Plumbing

Kitchen sink was clogged and I did my best to open the drain line without success.  I looked on yelp for a plumber.  Called one who said he was too busy.  Then another one who could not come for a few days.
Finally called the Dutchman.  He was so very polite and humble.  He came and quickly get the drain open and gave a 6 month guarantee.  Price was fair. The next time we have a plumbing issue, I will call the Dutchman.

Called and Eric was going to help me out with a leak in the bathroom. But before we could figure out a date he got a big job and was honest with me about it. Suggested that I contact another plumbing company. Appreciate his honesty as many companies would either not be responsive to your follow up calls or pull you along to wait. He also expressed genuine concern and was very polite during our calls.

If you need a plumber he is the guy. Very helpful and respectful. He wants to educate and is willing to help with all of our plumbing needs. He is not there to break the bank. He is honest and genuine. I  also really like supporting a veterans business. Thank you for all your help and your service to our Country!

Had my sewer line plugged up. They came out within a half an hour and got it moving .

Our home is rather old, and we were experiencing a slow draining and plugged up kitchen sink for some time. Eric came out on a weekend, completed a very professional investigation and narrowed down the problem. He returned later to finish the job and give us advice and assistance moving forward with the general plumbing problem in our house (tree roots damaging pipes). Eric was diligent, kind, professional and knowledgeable. Although no one wants to need a plumber on speed dial, he is now our plumber. Besides going above and beyond for his customers, he's really just a great guy.  We wanted him to hang out and have lunch with us, but he couldn't because he is too busy! People appreciate the work he does. You can't go wrong hiring The Dutchman.

Transparent advice! Come out quickly to assist me with my issue and provided me with options on getting my water heater fixed. Educated me about what he would be doing and why he was doing it. Overall great experience!

Where do I begin to say what a blessing this company is to me. They DID NOT charge a weekend rate. They DID NOT charge for a estimate. The owner is extremely professional & courteous. He cleans up after himself & fully inspects his jobs. Takes his time. Very respectful. His prices are very reasonable. Did I mention he came out on a Saturday & came very quick & did the job in a timely manner. He's very responsive. Please look no further..oh & gave me warranty.

I called Eric after hours and told him I was having trouble with my pilot light on my water heater going out. He immediately came out to see what was going on. He recommended to me that we replace the whole water heater. Since mine was the original, and my house was built in 1971. I trust his judgment. He said this model water heater had a few issues with parts failing, and it would be dangerous if we didn't replace it. Since he has done great work at my other house previously I asked for a quote. The very next day he installed a new water heater. I was happy with the price, he upgraded the plumbing for the gas as well. Welp I'm writing this review because 1 month after he replaced mine. My next door neighbor had their water heater set their house on fire. And it burned our joining fence. My next door neighbor had the same water heater, and it was exactly as old as mine. I'm truly thankful for the advice and the quick work that was done. I can't imagine if mine had caught fire like this. Danger adverted. Thank you Eric for saving my house from this hazard. I highly recommend, if Eric says replace it... trust that he knows what is in your best interest.

PS My neighbor may be calling Dutchman for some help soon too

Called Dutchman's for my parents who had an issue with their master bath sink and faucet. I don't remember the ladies name in the office who took my call but she was very  friendly and courteous, she took all my info and said she'd pass it on to Eric who would contact my parents.  The communication with my parents and the work performed was exemplary.  Very reasonably priced and there was no up sale of items they didn't need.  My parents and myself would highly recommend Eric and Dutchman's to anyone  in need of an honest and reasonably priced plumber.

Thank you for being fast, honest and fixing exact problem. Affordable. Others were late. They actually arrived before the person I originally called from Roter rooter, when he was late. Shortly after, they arrived and I was like, sorry, didn't know if you were gonna make it after all so I someone else. And they still beat you. ‍

Very pleased with the level of service. It says something about someone's skill and knowledge of their trade when they can diagnose over the phone and come out and be spot on with what's going on. Eric was super helpful, and very respectful. We called for a plumbing issue we were having, and I spoke to Eric. I told him what was going on, he knew what the issue was and when he arrived and took care of it very quickly. After my son flushed toys down the toilet I had to call a plumber. Luckily I found Dutchman, quick response time and excellent service. Came on time and the charges were less than originally quoted.

I was in need of a plumber FAST! I had a leak and being new to the area had no idea who to call.  A friend recommended Dutchman Drains & Plumbing so I contacted them on-line and received a call from Eric, the owner very quickly.  He came and took care of the leak and the charges were very reasonable.  Although the price was right, what was even more important was the care he took to fix the problem.  I have already made plans to use Dutchman Drains & Plumbing for other issues in my home.  If you have plumbing issues and want it done right the first time and don't want to have to take out a loan to do it, call Dutchman Drains & Plumbing!

There are so many plumbers to choose from but I chose Dutchman Plumbing mainly because they answer every single review! This tells me that that they're proud of their craft and that they value their customers! I also always hire vets when possible.

I had water not draining down the main line, my sink and my washing machine were emptying out into my driveway! Eric took it one step at a time and eliminated the things that were not causing the problem and identified the things that were.

He explained every step and every problem and let me see through the camera to see the issues. He was worth every single penny and if I ever need a plumber again this is who I'm going to call. I recommend you do the same.

Our bathtub faucet began leaking abruptly on a Saturday morning leaving us with our main water shut off after another service provider we reached out to never showed up. I called Dutchman Drains and Plumbing late that evening and they arrived within the hour. Eric was very professional, polite, and took appropriate Covid precautions when entering our home.
He was very knowledgeable about the problem, the products used to repair the faucet were quality and he took the time to show me and explain to me why the problem occurred in the first place. Extremely affordable price for an evening weekend call, even for a single parent of 5 children. Highly recommended. Professional, Fast, and knowledgeable. We just moved into our new house out in the country, and every time we ran our washer it would both pour water back out of the receptacle in the wall and fill up our sink. Eric came out the next day and was very polite and professional. After he cleared the line he even stayed for a few simulated wash cycles just to make sure we had no more issues before he left. And on top of that his price was extremely fair!  I highly recommend!

Great service, called my home warranty company and the guy came  out and said he couldn't do anything today to assist and home warranty would not cover. As the shower was flooded and sewage was coming out of the back drain so it was in need of immediate assistance. Called Dutchman before 5 and he came out after 5 but didn't charge for after hours fixed both issues at a fair price and didn't charge for after hours, great pricing great work!!! My parents raved about this gentleman!! My parents were in need of a plumber since both toilets and sinks were draining slow. I called, the gentleman that answered was kind and professional. Was available within the hour! I was not available due to being at work and was concerned about a slight language barrier. My parents called ame and told me that everything was taken care of, the service was great and the gentleman was a total professional!! My kitchen flooded because of a faulty dishwasher and poorly installed plumbing. Eric went out the same day, and fixed everything perfectly. He kept me posted about what he was doing and did a great job. I would recommend him without hesitation.

It is important to have a plumber that you can trust when you need someone at short notice. Eric went above and beyond to do everything quickly and correctly. I don't think that I could have found anyone better to do the work. If I ever need plumbing work again, I know who to call.
