We had our heating and air conditioning go out and tried to contact a few different repair companies with many unable to come out for weeks or not even get back to us. We contacted Comfort Now and were able to easily use their online chat. Once we officially set up the authorization, we were contacted and on our way to having someone show up to our house.
Daniel showed up, masked up and he went to work on our unit. Daniel and Israel fixed our safety switch that was installed improperly by the previous company that installed our new unit. Israel also found that our return was not efficient enough for the size of our AC unit and Daniel went over the options to remedy the situation and financing.
We are very happy with the quality of service and attention to detail that Daniel and Israel took in servicing our unit. We decided to sign up for their Comfort Care program to have our AC serviced annually and save on parts and services. We are pleased, have heat and we're going to be calling Comfort Now for all of our service needs. Thank you Daniel and Israel!

Our A/C went out late Friday night in the middle of summer. We called D&S early Saturday morning and they were able to squeeze us in. We were given an 11-1 time frame, but our technician called us at 10:30 and let us know he was going to be early. Angel, our technician, was able to diagnose our A/C quickly and had it repaired within two hours! Angel was extremely friendly and knowledgable about the work he does! I would definitely recommend D&S Plumbing to anybody needing an A/C repair!

So disappointed! They got bought by Allbritten after we scheduled our appointment. On the day of our scheduled appointment I had to take the day off work, which isn't a problem, but they called at 4:30 to say they weren't coming. I said I would not take another day off work so we scheduled a Saturday appointment. When they arrived they wanted to charge me the Allbritten price, not the price agreed over the phone. It got worked out, but I'm not sure I'll use them again.

I am so happy that through a friend I found this company. we were faced with a potential $30,000 job, bid by another company. We decided to get a second opinion and bid. Danny came with leak detector equipment and was able to find our problem. He gave us a quote that was a fraction of the cost of the first one. Our water main was leaking and Danny had it repaired in one day. His crew were efficient and cleaned up afterward. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

I spoke with the owner, Dave, on a Friday night and was told he would come out Saturday morning. Him and his son showed up and seemed like nice people. We walked to my back yard and looked at my AC unit. His son Joshua H. (By the way, He just wrote a review for his own company) was testing my unit with his equipment. I was told I was low on Freon and was going to need roughly 5 pounds. Was told that the freon was 200 a pound for r-22, which is no longer made in the US. I thought it was reasonable being that it was a Saturday and we were going into weeks of triple digits, I couldn't let my wife and 5 kids suffer. So Dave(the owner) said that his son would drive down to Visalia to pick up the needed Freon. A few hours pass, and I get a call from Dave saying Joshua H. would be arriving shortly. Mind you, I'm thinking he would be pulling up in a work truck, I saw that it was a Ford Focus. I should've seen that as a sign, there couldn't have been many tools on hand, let alone parts needed. The son begins working and asks for some water, I gave him 2 bottles, being it was triple digits. Time goes by, and he asks me for a water hose to clean the unit, which he did. I get a knock at the door stating he's all done. He checks the temperature registering from the vent. It did drop a few degrees and was told that it would continue to drop. I ask for a receipt or invoice as I hand over the cash. The son then tells me, Don't tell my dad, but I gave you a little under a pound over. If my dad finds out, he'll kill me. This was a red flag being that if he can't be honest with his own dad, what makes you think he will to a stranger he just met. I leave to go grocery shopping, thinking I'm coming home to a nice cold home. Wrong it was the opposite. Muggy and well over 80 degrees. That's when all the texting between myself and the owner. I asked why it was that. He then proceeds to tell me it's a txv valve. How on earth would he know this being that 1. He wasn't here with his son while the labor was being done. 2. He was nowhere in sight of the unit to diagnose this was the issue. After going back and forth trying to get him to come out and look at the mess he made, he tells me there's nothing he can do until he gets the part Monday. So I wake up Sunday thinking the owner would try to make it right and come at least look at the unit, being it was going to be 111 for the day. I was told that his son was busy working instead of making me a priority, being that I had handed over the cash already. So I called out another company. Thank God they were able to come on a Sunday. In the first 5 minutes, the technician pointed out that there was a refrigerant that had leaked from my unit. Note I had texted the owner also hours before the technician had pointed it out. Mind you that now I have a hazardous chemical R-22 LEAKED out around the unit where the freon was added and in fear that my animals are going to get into and die. I'm no way an expert on what the leaking chemical was but was confirmed by a professional. The technician pointed out that there were no caps to where the freon was added. Long story short, I had to pay for again for another company to come out and another 5 pounds of freon, which, this time, he added the caps. And guess what the txv was not the issue, it was the 5 pounds that leaked out from no caps. When I had called the owner and told him he began to call me a liar. After an hour of two, he agreed to give me my money back, just depending on the amount he discussed with his son. I just got a message from the owner stating he was not going to refund me anything because I'm lying. I have many pics showing my house was in the 80s ever since IMD finished service. My ac is now well in the low 70s thanks to the other professional I had to have come out. If things get made right, I will change or even remove my review. I just want what's right, I'm not trying to hurt anyone's business, but hey, the public needs to know. The owner also stated in a text message which I have posted that he doesn't give a rats about Yelp. We'll see

We we're having problems with out Air Conditioner not cooling so we reached out to Lee's. The next day Aaron came out to help us with our air conditioner, he was quick to find the problem and helped us make an informed decision on what we should do next. He even took photos and video of how he found the problem. We decided that since our AC unit was 16 years old that the best decision was to replace the unit and start fresh. So we set up an appointment with Steve later that day to talk about what type of air conditioner we would need, cost and payments, etc. My only complaint is that Steve lied to us when he said that the installation would be done in one day, when there is no way that would be even possible. (It definitely takes 2 days minimum it's a huge job.) Now that would not have been a big issue if I didn't have 3 kids to worry about keeping cool and it was 105 at the time. He should've been honest and told us it was going to take 2 days. Instead the tech sent to do measurements the day before the install had to inform us. But other than that everything went pretty smooth. The next day Luis and one other tech was sent out to remove the old AC and install the new one. They worked 2 days to get that AC unit installed and I am thankful for their work. I would recommend Lee's, they did a good job overall we are happy with the new Air Conditioner.

Had a plumbing emergency on Wednesday called around locally and couldn't find a plumber. Got this number . Called talked to Ruben who said he was busy but could send his brother Pedro, after awhile Pedro shows up but doesn't want to have to take off the toilet. The main drain is next to the toilet. CHARGES $309 job is done in 30 minutes. Wake up Friday morning same problem. I call this company back since the job is less than 48 hours old. They charge another $150. When I asked why I was being charged again . Work is again done in less than an hour. The owner Ruben said he was just trying to help me. I would not ever recommend or use this company again. I managed a large complex for 5 years and never got over billed like this. Call anyone else. Talk about pandemic price gouging!! I only put 1 star because I couldn't post without putting at least 1
