These guys are phenomenal! They responded very quickly! I had water coming out of the ground from my sprinkler system. They didn't hesitate to send a technician out immediately! He arrived right away, assessed the situation, and fixed the problem on site. If you're looking for a reliable company that won't break the bank, do not hesitate to use these guy!!!! 5 star all the way!

We have been using Winstead Plumbing for our apartment complex for many years.  They are always prompt, very accommodating in emergency situations, always an excellent job at very reasonable prices.  Big job, small job, they will be there as soon as possible and your problems will be gone within hours of their appearance!  Jeff, the owner, is great at explaining the problems and figuring out the best solutions.  He answers all my questions (even the numerous dumb ones!) and definitely goes the extra mile to give us happy solutions. Gerraldo is a God-send!  I once called him late on a Saturday night when he wasn't even on call.  He not only answered my call, he took several hours out of his own time to help me resolve my problem.  All the guys (Victor, Arturo, Raul, etc...) are amazing.  Wonderful company, wonderful plumbers!

Great guy/very professional and saved our family from needing to leave our home. We had a pipe burst and Benjamin came over at 11PM to fix the pipes so we could turn our water back on. I have two small kids and clearly we need water turned out for our day to day.

Jorge was a life savior. I just bought my first house and started what I thought was an easy DIY project. Boy was I wrong. Jorge was able to fix the damage I did to the drywall trying to remove painted on wallpaper and prep everything for me to paint. I couldn't be happier with the end results and will definitely be calling him in the future.

This is my first experience with a plumber as we recently moved to our new home. The dispatcher was able to schedule a tech in a reasonable time and our tech, Larry, was very prompt and explained the whole process to me.  He was extremely friendly. I won't hesitate to call them again should a plumbing need arise.

Daniel was amazing! I had two old drain lines that were not up to code, and kept giving me issues for months. Daniel knew exactly how to fix it! He was very reasonable and extremely knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.

Yes, they (all four) wore their masks the entire time they were onsite, but more important, they took care of our slab leak!
It was frustrating to them, to not be able to solve the plumbing riddle of our 1979 home, in their estimated 4 hours, but they did come up with a solution after 7 hours. They returned the next day and completed the project within their original expectations (which also included replacing a hot water heater).
Even though they had to open seven holes in our walls, their work was orderly, clean, and they cleaned up their messes.
I can't endorse them enough for their tireless work to resolve our situation, and thank them for their efforts.
The cost? Exactly what they estimated. What more could we ask.

Cooper D Plumbing did a fantastic job on replacing a water heater for me.  They were fast, courteous and very resonsably priced. I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

If I could leave a big fat ZERO for this company, I would.  We paid them approximately $200 to come out and test our shower pan for a leak.  They were here for 20 minutes and left.  They should have plugged the drain and filled the shower with several inches of water and let it set for a minimum of 48 hours to test for the leak properly.  They claimed the leak was from old grout.  It was the shower pan, actually.  Because of DNA plumbing, we continued to use the shower after we regrouted the bottom of the shower, per their suggestion.  Several days later the leak from the shower pan leaked through our bathroom floor and into our first floor ceiling.  It costs us $2400 for a new plumber and we had to file a claim with our insurance company, the damage was so bad.  I contacted the owner and all he did was change the invoice to reflect a leaky shower pan instead of leaky grout!  Consumers rely on HONEST plumbers to guide and direct, not steal!  It was only after I hired a 2nd plumber did I find out the proper way to check for a shower pan leak.  As soon as I saw the two idiot kid plumbers  leave after 20-minutes, I knew something was off.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!  Thief!  I also learned they changed their name a couple of times because of issues just like this.

Had a leaking AC condensate line. Jon was super knowledgeable, responded fast, and did great work. Really good value.

We called C Woods for an issue with our gas heating system. The heater has an automatic pilot light, but the pilot light was not lighting. There is also a zoning board connected to the system. Not being an expert in any of the above or really knowing anything about it at all, we had to have someone come out. We were told by the women in the office there would be a $90 diagnostic fee. We agreed and were told someone would be out later that day. The service man arrived and inspected the system. The problem was simple, our zoning board was in emergency heating zone and needed to be in regular heating zone. All it took to fix was an easy flip of a switch on the side of the board, which we had no idea was there. After the flipping of the switch, we were informed that an extra $75 would be charged for the minor repair AKA the switch. Puzzled by why it would cost $75 to do something that could be compared to turning your thermostat from off to on, we called the office back. The response we received was I can take $15 off, but I still have to charge you $60 on top of the $90 we were already having to pay. We reluctantly paid, although we felt as it was not a fair price for the repair we got. Needless to say we will not be using C Woods for any other service needs and wanted to inform other potential customers of our experience.

Reliable, great quality, friendly and family owned business that you can trust.  Highly recommend this company for all hardware and plumbing needs.  They have a beautiful new show room too!  I feel like everyone in Southlake uses them and now I know why!

We have needed a plumber to come out a couple of times in the past 2 years and have called L&L Plumbing in Emory, Texas. The plumber was very efficient and did not over charge.We were satisfied with his work.

My parents have used this company many times for years.  They called today to inquire about the cost of a unclogged pipe from the house to the main line,  when quoted the price to my elderly father it was higher than expected so he attempted to explain the problem in more detail thinking he was quoted for more than he needed.  However while he was talking they hung up on him, he thought the call was just disconnected on accident so he called back and was told No, I hung up on you because I didn't want to hear you complain about the price. What poor customer service that is.  All my dad was trying to explain was that the job was easier because they thought, because  they wouldn't need to dig the hole is already open.  
Well we will be using a different company from now on and so will all our friends and family.

Robert Anthony Barbosa is a crook.  Took over 2 months to install tile after having shower pan replaced.  Installed incorrectly and shower still leaking.  Will not repair and I paid him $4000 and he sent an unsolicited obscene picture.  Will not repair shower or job after a year and is full of excuses.  DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!

I have had them out before to do a line clearing.  Took about an hour and it was $460.  That's fine.  I am well off enough that it's not a big deal.
But...
When I call to have you come out a few months later to price gouge me on changing 2 shower valves and a toilet ball stem, because I'm willing to pay it, you don't even show up. No phone call or text.  No email. Nothing.  Til about 4:35pm. Appointment was for 12-4 with a $65 service fee.  They call at 4:35 to tell me Good news, we have a tech in the area to take your service call. Well it's too late.  Do you want to reschedule?
Well, if there is no service charge then sure. Oh, no we can't do that, but if you change your mind give us a call back.
Uh...no thanks.  You lost out on easy money and could have charged the full amount or maybe more but no no no. You couldn't even do common business protocol. That's too bad.  I'll call Belkeys! Lol.

I hired this plumber based on the good reviews.  When I had a plumbing emergency he came right away and everything seemed off to a good start. I told him I was afraid of leaks and he said I don't do leaks.  Ok so he said he would come back the next day because the faucet was a bit loose.  He no showed.  I finally got a hold of him after calling non-stop and he said he would come.  He no showed and did not call.  I tried for 3 straight days with no response.  Now a couple of weeks have gone by and I have a leak.  He will not answer his phone.  I told him I was going to write a review every day he does not answer me.  I think his reviews are good because at first he seems nice and seems to know what he is doing but he does not.  I checked and he has complaints filed against him with Better Business Bureau and these complaints are exactly like mine.  BEWARE.
