These guys are phenomenal! They responded very quickly! I had water coming out of the ground from my sprinkler system. They didn't hesitate to send a technician out immediately! He arrived right away, assessed the situation, and fixed the problem on site. If you're looking for a reliable company that won't break the bank, do not hesitate to use these guy!!!! 5 star all the way!

I usually do my own plumbing work, but I met my match on a kitchen sink clog from onions and spinach put down a garbage disposal.  I had snaked from under the sink and the cleanout on the roof, tried covering the drain waste vent and using a shop vac on the drain pipe under my sink, and finally a chemical product that has served me well in the past, all to no avail.  I gave up and looked for recommendations on nextdoor.com, where I found great reviews from several people in my neighborhood.  I called them just before noon and asked them to both clear the clog and hydrojet clean my main line, which had been slow for some time.  Not all plumbers can do hydrojet cleaning/clearing, but Winstead has the equipment.  About 2 hours after my call, Arturo and Gerardo (I hope I remembered their names correctly) came out and immediately cleared the clog with a bigger snake and a second head needed after a bend in the pipe blocked the initial attempt.  They did this very quickly.  Then, at my request, they snaked the whole line from the kitchen side of my house and hydrojetted the main 4-inch line on the other side of my house and out to the street.  These guys were at my door at 2:01 p.m. and had all work done at 2:59 p.m.  I could have spent another day on that, but that's how the pros roll.  I'm really glad I called them and I am glad to refer them.  The guys were super-polite and friendly, too.  The kind of people you are comfortable having inside your home.  Thanks for the great work.

Benjamin did a great job on my leaking outdoor faucets. He was friendly, knowledgeable and finished up everything in a timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if a plumbing problem arises.

Jorge was a life savior. I just bought my first house and started what I thought was an easy DIY project. Boy was I wrong. Jorge was able to fix the damage I did to the drywall trying to remove painted on wallpaper and prep everything for me to paint. I couldn't be happier with the end results and will definitely be calling him in the future.

An amateur home inspector suggested to new home buyers that I needed to buy them a new hot water heater. I wanted a second opinion, so I called ClearWater.

The plumber who came out said I didn't really need a new hot water heater, that the old one still had some life to it.

I was impressed with his honesty;  he wasn't trying to sell me a hot water heater.  I was so impressed, I bought a new one anyway. That..and it helped with the sale of the house.

ClearWater also repaired a few minor issues and installed a pressure regulator.

They will be in my contact list for a long time to come.

Daniel was amazing! I had two old drain lines that were not up to code, and kept giving me issues for months. Daniel knew exactly how to fix it! He was very reasonable and extremely knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.

Yes, they (all four) wore their masks the entire time they were onsite, but more important, they took care of our slab leak!
It was frustrating to them, to not be able to solve the plumbing riddle of our 1979 home, in their estimated 4 hours, but they did come up with a solution after 7 hours. They returned the next day and completed the project within their original expectations (which also included replacing a hot water heater).
Even though they had to open seven holes in our walls, their work was orderly, clean, and they cleaned up their messes.
I can't endorse them enough for their tireless work to resolve our situation, and thank them for their efforts.
The cost? Exactly what they estimated. What more could we ask.

Cooper D Plumbing did a fantastic job on replacing a water heater for me.  They were fast, courteous and very resonsably priced. I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

I needed to have hydrostatic pressure testing done /a check of cast iron pipes under my 46 yo home.  Had foundation work done couple years ago and was told by another company I would need a full replacement of pipes .. very very expensive project.  of at least 25,000.   I had used DNA plumbing in past for a few issues and always found them to be professional, polite, and reasonable in pricing.  Jordan came from DNA plumbing is currently doing a very thorough assessment of just how extensive the problem truly is.  My plumbing set up apparently not run of the mill and has posed a number of challenges, yet he has treated this as a not one size fits all project.. personable/professional crew.  we are not done yet with full assessment, but I feel confident their assessment and recommendations will be honest and reasonable.

Had a leaking AC condensate line. Jon was super knowledgeable, responded fast, and did great work. Really good value.

This company way overcharges for services.. We need a new central air system soon and they quoted us about $9,000 for that. We've had 1 other company come out for a quote since and they gave us a quote for $6,000.

I highly recommend Rick's hardware. We just moved into our new home in Southlake and my toddler locked our bathroom door. We did not have a key to open it and Trevor was over right away with the correct key to unlock it. Great customer service!

Scott Lusk the new owner took $6100 over three months ago to install a septic system. After asking for our first refund he decided to finally come install it.... but without the approval of SRA the authority of our county. They demanded he remove it. He did. Scott Lusk finally sent $1975. in the form of a check months later. We inquired about a FULL refund. He stated in an email he would pay in full when he got paid from other jobs. Meaning he stole and spent our money. We are filing suit and have reported him for felony theft to our local Sheriffs department.

We had our bathroom remodeled. We thought they did a good job with lifetime warranty on labor. I had scheduled another appt with Tim. No show--no call--no returned call after repeated attempts. How can they advertise lifetime warranty when they do not return calls? I felt I was price gouged in the winter during snow when outside faucet froze and burst. 10 minute job cost me $375--very shoddy work. He was not able to complete job in winterizing faucet--did not have product to finish.

Robert Anthony Barbosa is a crook.  Took over 2 months to install tile after having shower pan replaced.  Installed incorrectly and shower still leaking.  Will not repair and I paid him $4000 and he sent an unsolicited obscene picture.  Will not repair shower or job after a year and is full of excuses.  DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!

The service is a little pricey, but you pay for what you get, and once you call them out to fix a problem, it has been resolved.  I have never had to use their warranty in regard to any work that they have previously performed at my house, and this is why keep us g their service. I'm willing to pay for peace of mind!

I hired this plumber based on the good reviews.  When I had a plumbing emergency he came right away and everything seemed off to a good start. I told him I was afraid of leaks and he said I don't do leaks.  Ok so he said he would come back the next day because the faucet was a bit loose.  He no showed.  I finally got a hold of him after calling non-stop and he said he would come.  He no showed and did not call.  I tried for 3 straight days with no response.  Now a couple of weeks have gone by and I have a leak.  He will not answer his phone.  I told him I was going to write a review every day he does not answer me.  I think his reviews are good because at first he seems nice and seems to know what he is doing but he does not.  I checked and he has complaints filed against him with Better Business Bureau and these complaints are exactly like mine.  BEWARE.
