It is not every day that you hire someone who is honest, responsive, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and fair, especially in the trade business. Well, Bruce is that rare person. Be forewarned, when you call him, he may not be immediately available to do your job. He is obviously in demand, and for good reason. But he will give you an appointment, keep in touch with you, and show up when he says. And then he'll do a great job.
Bruce is my go to plumber from now on. 5 stars all around.

On Friday 8/26/22 I discovered a sewer back up in my finished basement during the night. As soon as the business opened at 7:30 am I called and asked for their help. Though they had plenty of other prescheduled jobs that day they sent two very professional plumbers to my home within in a couple of hours. They quickly figured out that our sewer pipes were blocked with tree roots. They were able to clear the pipes. They did a great job. Excellent work and reasonably priced. Dave suggested a water damage clean up company who came to my home within hours. I do not know what I would have done without them. This is the second time Dave from Niesen has done work on my home over the past two years. I consider him a genius! I wouldn't call any other company.

Tony has professionally taken care of all our plumbing needs. Any kind of leak or something not working he's come to our home fast and fixed the issue with fantastic quality of work. He also gave us the best value quote out of all the plumbing services we contacted to turn our half bathroom into a full bathroom and got it done fast and without problems. We will always call Pembroke for our plumbing needs!

DuPont Plumbing is a family run business that has been in the Campbell County for several decades. I have used them for both emergency situations as well as significant plumbing projects. They are extremely capable, very responsive, and fair in their pricing. They do the right job the first time. I have never had to call them back or question their billing.

Excellent service, was able to clean drain and confirm pipe was in good shape.
A previous plumber had come to the conclusion that my pipe was broken, Don was able to clear out the problem and confirm that my pipe was not broken.

Wingate came to my home after I provided some details on an issue I was having and apparently they didn't see a problem with my system after doing absolutely nothing to find it and proceeded to charge a $89 service fee (PLEASE NOTE THAT I WAS NOT INFORMED OF THIS FEE) Reached out to another vendor (NOT WINGATE) a few weeks later and THEY found the issue immediately (rusted seal). Will not recommend.

John and the Nixco team were tremendously professional and went out of their way to complete the project above expectation. When Nixco found out issues beyond the original scope, they communicated the situation and the recommended solution and costs associated clearly. I would call them again in the future.

Arrived at the office this morning and was informed by third shift that we had no water. City investigated and determined that it was not an issue with the main. They suggested we call a plumber. Did a search and have seen A All Valley Plumbing trucks before, so I called. They arrived in a couple hours...found we had a frozen pipe. They thawed the pipe and charged a fair price for their time. Their employees were very polite and efficient.

This company did not warn me that they charge by the hour. Every 5 minutes, the maintenance repair man left to get tools for 10 minute increments. He did work for about an hour total but was there for about 3 hours just to charge extra. Afterwards he said, you're lucky I didn't charge you from the moment I left my house. Installing a dishwasher should not take 3 hours, he was simply trying to make easy money off of me. I would not recommend this company!

Called yesterday and spoke with them about coming out to look at my water heater that blew. Said he could come out same day but being it was New Year's Eve he asked if it was ok to come out tomorrow. I said sure. He gave me a time of 9 am and said he would call me before he left. It is now 11:30am no call no show. Left him two messages. No response. I would advise going with some one who will actually show up.

Beware! Long story short: My wife and I called Robert Jones Plumbing to fix a bathroom sink that wouldn't drain. The plumber came, forced a large auger through our 1.5 inch pipes and punched right through the bottom of a 90 degree bend. Now, if we use the bathroom sink, water gushes into the floor. Robert Jones plumbing washed their hands of the situation, (but obviously not in our broken sink)! They told us they wouldn't charge us (gee thanks guys!), but that we would need to find another plumber to fix their problem (as well as the original problem for which we called them in the first place!
We called in a contractor to remove part of the floor to get to the leak they caused, and he was scandalized. He said, this would take them no more than about $50 worth of parts and a little labor to replace that bend. He said it is unmistakable that the auger caused the problem, and that he can't believe they didn't just apologize and fix the problem at no cost. He said that the position of the hole indicates that it could only be caused by jamming a large auger through the pipe, rather than gently getting it through the bend. It punched right through the bottom of the bend.
Additionally, my wife who was home when the original plumber first came to the house, was treated very disrespectfully. He became immediately agitated when she requested a written estimate rather than just let him start working. She had to call me at work to get me to speak with him. He responded shortly and aggressively to respectful questions any homeowner would ask in that situation, and then just left! This whole ordeal has lasted about a week, and we have been without our bathroom sink.
Robert Jones Plumbing has not acted in good faith. They are extremely defensive, very unprofessional, and clearly have not navigated this situation with any concern for ethics, whatsoever. Be very cautious if using this company.
