On Friday 8/26/22 I discovered a sewer back up in my finished basement during the night. As soon as the business opened at 7:30 am I called and asked for their help. Though they had plenty of other prescheduled jobs that day they sent two very professional plumbers to my home within in a couple of hours. They quickly figured out that our sewer pipes were blocked with tree roots. They were able to clear the pipes. They did a great job. Excellent work and reasonably priced. Dave suggested a water damage clean up company who came to my home within hours. I do not know what I would have done without them. This is the second time Dave from Niesen has done work on my home over the past two years. I consider him a genius! I wouldn't call any other company.

Tony has professionally taken care of all our plumbing needs. Any kind of leak or something not working he's come to our home fast and fixed the issue with fantastic quality of work. He also gave us the best value quote out of all the plumbing services we contacted to turn our half bathroom into a full bathroom and got it done fast and without problems. We will always call Pembroke for our plumbing needs!

DuPont Plumbing is a family run business that has been in the Campbell County for several decades. I have used them for both emergency situations as well as significant plumbing projects. They are extremely capable, very responsive, and fair in their pricing. They do the right job the first time. I have never had to call them back or question their billing.

We were expecting 40 people for dinner on Black Friday when are kitchen sink decided to clog. We tried several plumbers with no luck. When we finally reach steigerwald Plumbing we were pleased to find out a plumber could come out same day. when he arrived he was courteous professional and friendly and was able to fix our problem quickly. This was our first time using steigerwald Plumbing but it won't be our last. I highly recommend!

We had a water line leak outside and decided to use Wingate again. The job turned into a nightmare of issues, all completely beyond Wingate's control.  Crazy (really) original installation, incorrect utility marking lines, far too close electrical line placement - you name it.  Throughout it all Jason and eventually Chris stayed positive and flexible.  This is the second time I have used them and will continue to do so for plumbing, HVAC, etc.  Great company.

Called to get estimate on several plumbing projects. Tried to get a ball park estimate, but was told that someone would need to come out. Representative came out and briefly looked at project, saying that their pricing process is based on standard pricing for projects and not hourly rates. Which seems to me they could have given a ball park estimate over phone.

Received quote and the pricing extremely high.'I already received additional quotes and the pricing no where near their pricing. $400.00 to replace a bathroom sink faucet. So the $40.00 service fee was a waste of money. By the way the other quote much cheaper, no service fee!

They have attempted multiple times to solve our tankless hot water heater issue which he installed ~4 years ago. Despite several phone calls for a follow up service, he falls to respond to our needs. We have left messages, spoken to him, but has yet to come out and solve our problem.  Completely unresponsive and lack of knowledge to repair tankless hot water heaters.  We do not recommend this Plumbling company!!!

The plumber/technician who came to clear our kitchen drain was pleasant and effective. However, when the bill arrived a week later it showed a labor charge of $90 and an additional equipment charge after the woman dispatcher had initially explained they use a flat rate charge of $99 per hour that includes travel time to the site. Her reply to the bill was they use a minimum charge of $90 for all jobs, which was not explained. I could have understood if plumbing materials had been installed, but to charge $8 for their use of a router was surprising. Just would have liked for honest and consistent up-front portrayals. Won't use them again.

I called over a weekend and scheduled an appointment for 8:00-8:30 am on the following Thursday. The person scheduling my appointment confirmed that they would call me 15 minutes before arriving. Advanced Plumbing Services no-called and no-showed on the appointment. I had already taken off work and made arrangements to make this appointment. After calling for 3 hours I was not able to get through to a person, nor did I receive a response.  Expect no-calls and no-shows with Advanced Plumbing.

Horrible customer service, called regarding a gas leak on a water heater they installed, they didn't even bother to return my call and then just said sorry we don't have anyone that can look at your leak so much for their 24/7 advertisement!  Don't bother with this AWFUL company.
