Wow!  These guys are amazing, friendly professionals.  They dug and board a hole to the back of my property to install a water hydrant for me to water my new trees.  They were very carefully with my driveway, told me what exactly they were doing and asked about any concerns before we even go started.  They even fixed some discovered items that were not in the quote to ensure everything is perfect when they left.  Unbelievable crew this outfit has. Will definitely recommend and will definitely use them again.

Had a wonderful experience with Hofmeyer!  We had a leak in the water pipe from the house to the street.  We have watched countless neighbors have their yards dug up for similar issues, and were really worried about damage to our yard.  Hofmeyer quoted us at half the price for total replacement of the pipe and used a special drill to put the pipe in through the house without digging up the yard.  They took the time to dig up the grass and contain the dirt in the small patch they dug to connect the pipe.  They refilled the hole, put the grass back down, and even cleaned the sidewalk.  You can't even really tell they were ever here.  They showed up on time and worked like crazy until it was done.  So impressed with their professionalism.  Highly highly recommend this company!!!!

I feel fortunate to say that I have a someone I trust in the plumbing business.  It had been years since I had called Steve to the house for a plumbing problem, but he remembered me like it was last week.  He remembered more about the last job he did for us than I did.  I know that may not seem very important to most people, but it was another sign that we were in good hands to my wife & I.  Without reading into it too much, I chalked it up as an example of a guy that cares about his business which means caring about his customers.  Long story short, we have used Steve Cropper sicne we moved to our current home in 1996.  he has always been good about getting back with us, honoring his estimate and finishing the job quickly.  I dont know how other plumbers do it these days, but he always leaves the area he's working in cleaner than it was when he arrived to do the job.  I confidently recommend Steve Cropper to friends & family when they run into a plumbing problem.

Called Bert's Plumbing to replace our water heater in our third-floor condo. They responded quickly, and the work was completed in a professional manner and the cost was as they stated. Kenny and Greg were very friendly and did an excellent job. I would recommend these folks.

We called for service on our hot water heater. The owner came the next morning. He was thorough and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem and left us detailed instructions on how to help ourselves the next time we had a problem. Very good service. Very satisfied.

Jason has completed two hard sewer/water line jobs for me that were far from routine repairs.  Jason fixed a 15-year sewage issue at one of my rentals in one day (including city permits, excavation of 15', etc.). In addition, Jason installed two new water lines for my rental property in Wyoming.  His quotes are lower than the other commercial companies, and he only charged material for additional equipment needed by Wyoming (outside well, new meters, etc., to meet new city codes). Jason is great at explaining what needs to happen and communicates well before, during, and after the job.  These updates were complex and I would not trust a commercial plumbing company or new contractor to do them.  So for your complex sewage water line issues  I highly recommend Brother's Custom.

I'm very happy with the prompt attention in requesting information and answering questions. We had the first cut and all was as promised. They left it swept off and did a good job. I would definitely recommend.

Schlueter Plumbing is our go to for any issues.  They're always on time (usually early) and very efficient.  No hidden costs; quote for job is provided before any work is started.  Ryan has done a great job and helped us out with both toilet and tub issues!

Our main was backed up in the basement and starting to overflow.  Luckily, Adam was able to quickly fit me in to take a look a couple hours after I called.    He was quickly able to diagnose and fix the problem and treated us as a top priority, which I certainly appreciate given the situation.  Great customer service as well.  Thanks!

I'm terribly disappointed  with Roto-Rooter.

I was given a 6 hour window  (11-5) and  when I made the appt I suggested the hot water heater would likely need to be replaced so be sure to bring one. The scheduler said they don't carry them on the truck but if it did need to be replaced they would get one and come back and install it.

Well, the tech did not come until 9:45?! 10 hrs and 45 mins past the start of the window...

And he said he couldn't get new hot water tonight and he'd have to come back tomorrow ?!

I am a widowed Senior who lies alone with my two doggies & my kitty.  As a 77 year old I'm unable to get around very well, so when my main drain in the basement overflowed I knew I had a serious problem.  I called Roto-Rooter and in about one hour two technicians arrived and reviewed my problem.  They offered several alternatives and options with pricing, to fix my problem.  They were very professional and polite and after I selected the best option for me they went to work immediately.  They corrected my drain problem promptly and completely.  I definitely will call Roto-Rooter again for any and all drain or plumbing problems I may have.
