Carrie at Winsupply helped my husband and I while building our new home.  She was very patient and helped pick the perfect cabinets, vanities and plumbing supplies for our whole home.   Would defiantly use again if we ever needed anything.

CME's service exceeded expectations. They were very thorough in the quality of the repairs they made and the team dd a great job explaining exactly what was going on. Our job turned into a bigger problem due to a previous plumbing job done wrong.  They not only fixed what they came to work on, but put the previous job right, all with no extra charge.  I haven't been this impressed with a service company in a long time. Charge me 174 just to turn my water on and estimate 900 for an small job

I hired HIM to install a hot water heater and do a rough in for a bathroom in my basement I was finishing. Two issues:

1 - He failed to reconnect the drain from my stationary tub/washing machine. I can only chalk this up to incompetence because he had to cut this pipe to begin with. It just came to an end under the floor! Of course I didn't find this out until after water overflowed the stationary tub and the floor was dug up to find the issue. After paying another company (I no longer trusted this guy) to fix it, Casson refused to pay the cost for the fix - he only referred me to his insurance company who only offered to cover about 25% of the cost. (In addition to this, the 2nd company I hired identified 2 other shortcuts this guy took which could have caused me problems down the line.)

2 - Came home one day not long after the hot water heater was installed and smelled gas. Fire department and Duke identified it as the water heater and shut it off. Another house call later from another plumber to get that fixed. Lucky my house didn't blow up!

DON'T EVER USE THESE PEOPLE!  They were hired for a simple fix.  They didn't do it correctly and now I have a FLOODED HOUSE!  They are NASTY on the phone and won't come back to FIX THEIR WORK.  They aren't affordable, fast or anything but awful.

My parents are elderly, they called them to get a quote , they came to fix  the problem and Charged twice as much , then the issue still wasn't resolved! Never will use this company again . They took TOTAL advantage of my parents .

Stole 1500 dollars from us. And won't show up to court. We won case now hopefully he will pay us
