Our shower pipe burst one night and we knew we needed someone to come fix it quick. These guys made an appointment with us at a time that was prompt and they were able to get it fixed for us and replaced in no time. They not only replaced the pipe but diagnosed what the issue was (clogged drain) and snaked out all the blockage. Also REASONABLY PRICED. We want good work and love a great deal. They had to make a trip to the store for a part or something but the timing that it took to fix the problem was great. We love these guys and will definitely use them anytime we have plumbing troubles in the future (hopefully not too soon).

I called on Thursday afternoon Dave came to my house at 9 am on Friday to repair my kitchen faucet. He did all kinds of things to trouble shoot the situation. He repaired the faucet so we didn't have to replace it. He arrived on time worked very efficiently and left my kitchen area cleaner than when he arrived. I would HIGHLY recommend Dave for any interior plumbing problem.

Water heater stopped working; called Sam at King's Plumbing and he very quickly gave me a no nonsense quote with installation service scheduled and completed within hours of hiring them.  I obtained several other quotes for the same product and installation service and none of them even came close.  

Sam gave me an hour time window of his arrival for the installation work and he showed up exactly within that window.  Upon completion, he walked me through all of the details of what they had done and answered all of my questions thoroughly and completely.  

Very satisfied with King's Plumbing (extremely competitive pricing and the quality of work was great).  I absolutely will recommend them; they will be my go to for all my future plumbing needs.

After calling upon other well known HVAC businesses to repair my in-laws a/c unit on a hot day. No one would even come out until the following day. I then called Wingate as a recommendation from someone else. They answered and said they would have someone out within an hour.  This was late afternoon and did advise the labor rate would be more. I was ok with that. Just as promised, Troy showed up. Quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repair.  Since my in-laws are elderly, he called me to advise what exactly he did. I was very thankful of the quick response and care that was taken.
I would absolutely recommend Wingate for any HVAC needs. Fair/Honest/Responsive.

He was very polite and respectful. Easy to schedule and came when expected. Explained to me everything that was going on and gave me in-depth information including cost to help me make my decision. Total bill was less than he had quoted me because he always quotes 'worst case' so there are no unpleasant surprises. Left the area clean.

I had an issue with an old pipe.  I called them at around 9 am from work, told them I could be available from 1 pm on.  They pulled up right after 1 pm.  Both gentlemen were very professional and easy to talk to.  I needed my stack replaced, and they did so quickly.  The price was better than I was expecting, and the only mark I have to show they were here is a PVC stack instead of the old iron one.  Oh, and no leakage in the basement :)  I would definitely recommend Calla Plumbing to anyone.

Josh came the same day as I called him. I had a outside external faucet and sillcock getting replaced to the inside of my basement. Josh is very professional and soldered in in new faucet, sillcock and internal valve all within a couple of hours. Price was very fair as I had talked to another plumber as well. I will use Josh and Elite Plumbing again in the future.

Rick put in a new well pump system when our previous one failed. Not only did he have the knowledge that our current system was not the correct system for our well, he was also able to located an underground leak and fix it. All that said, he was very reasonable on costs. Rick also has come out same day on numerous occasions when we have had issues arise. He has always charged a fair price and is very knowledgeable in his field. Thanks rick!

It's December 23rd 6pm. Our water heater is failing. Panic sets in. Left vm for Will. He called back quickly. After a short chat, gave us a fair price and said he'd be here @9am....on Christmas Eve. He was prompt, professional and a lifesaver. We've found our plumber!

Agree with others pricing too high.   Lost any trust when they wanted to charge over $500 for a leak that another company took care of without any parts for a little over $100.

When I ask the plumber who came out what we could expect on our bill, he gave us a number which included the service call and some parts. Received our invoice and it was double. I thought we could trust what we were being told but guess I was wrong.

We called because we had a leak in our toilet. They arrived when they said they would. The guy was here maybe 10 minutes. The bill was $233!  Outrageous

My shower handle broke off and they came to fix it.  Trip handle was installed upside down and water reversed, hot was on right and cold on left.  They came back to fix handle but did not fix water issue.  Came back and third time with new part for handle but hot and cold water still reversed.  They told me it is supposed to be that way.  Called them today and they want to charge me to fix issue...they didn't charge me but it is worse than when they got here.

We needed a new water heater installed ASAP. I set up a package deal at a local home improvement store that included installation and was referred to the folks over at KW Mechanical. Two gentlemen showed up the same day and although they were both nice and polite the lead guy was clearly looking for reasons they couldn't do the job. I was told my flue was not venting properly and would have to have an HVAC person come over and fix the problem. A local HVAC person stopped by later the same day, checked the flue and venting and said it was fine. He explained the flue needs a heat source to actually reverse the flow of air outward. He demonstrated this and the flue vented just fine. By now, it was too late to have the installers come back out and when I talked to someone at KW Mechanical they were still resisting doing anything until the flue was redesigned to their liking. So I cancelled this install and went to another home improvement store and purchased a combo package that included the water heater and the install. Strangely enough I was referred to this same company but quickly cancelled them in favor of another installer who never called me back. Long story short, I found another installer who came out this morning (Saturday), did the job in a short amount of time, went over everything with me, showed me how to operate the water heater, and gave me a flat price for the job which was significantly cheaper than this company was going to charge (BTW, KW Mechanical was going to nickel and dime me on every little thing). Oh, and he also checked the flue and it worked just fine. So bottom line -- don't waste your time with KW Mechanical.

We talked via phone, schedule an appointment, text information to him with time agreed upon, never heard from him again.
