Our shower pipe burst one night and we knew we needed someone to come fix it quick. These guys made an appointment with us at a time that was prompt and they were able to get it fixed for us and replaced in no time. They not only replaced the pipe but diagnosed what the issue was (clogged drain) and snaked out all the blockage. Also REASONABLY PRICED. We want good work and love a great deal. They had to make a trip to the store for a part or something but the timing that it took to fix the problem was great. We love these guys and will definitely use them anytime we have plumbing troubles in the future (hopefully not too soon).

I called on Thursday afternoon Dave came to my house at 9 am on Friday to repair my kitchen faucet. He did all kinds of things to trouble shoot the situation. He repaired the faucet so we didn't have to replace it. He arrived on time worked very efficiently and left my kitchen area cleaner than when he arrived. I would HIGHLY recommend Dave for any interior plumbing problem.

Great guys - had me send photos of the repair that needed to be completed, gave me a solid estimate over the phone, was at my house within a couple hours and had the job done in 45  minutes. Can't get better than that. Highly recommend!

After calling upon other well known HVAC businesses to repair my in-laws a/c unit on a hot day. No one would even come out until the following day. I then called Wingate as a recommendation from someone else. They answered and said they would have someone out within an hour.  This was late afternoon and did advise the labor rate would be more. I was ok with that. Just as promised, Troy showed up. Quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repair.  Since my in-laws are elderly, he called me to advise what exactly he did. I was very thankful of the quick response and care that was taken.
I would absolutely recommend Wingate for any HVAC needs. Fair/Honest/Responsive.

He was very polite and respectful. Easy to schedule and came when expected. Explained to me everything that was going on and gave me in-depth information including cost to help me make my decision. Total bill was less than he had quoted me because he always quotes 'worst case' so there are no unpleasant surprises. Left the area clean.

Josh came the same day as I called him. I had a outside external faucet and sillcock getting replaced to the inside of my basement. Josh is very professional and soldered in in new faucet, sillcock and internal valve all within a couple of hours. Price was very fair as I had talked to another plumber as well. I will use Josh and Elite Plumbing again in the future.

Water heater went out the Friday before 4th of July.  He came and tried to fix it, but couldn't. He came back the following Monday to put a new water heater in.  Have a 6 year warranty and hot water again. A bit pricey, but he is always nice and explains stuff.

I have an apartment building and needed a job done at 10:00 P.M. He was there in less than an hour. He worked until 1:30 A.M when he completed the job. He was quick, professional, and friendly. I then called him again two days later. He was here in a half an hour. I highly recommend you call Kevin!

Agree with others pricing too high.   Lost any trust when they wanted to charge over $500 for a leak that another company took care of without any parts for a little over $100.

We have used Russell Plumbing for 20 years, most recently this past week, and have always received prompt, courteous service.  Their expertise covers many  plumbing areas, and we could not recommend them more highly.

We called because we had a leak in our toilet. They arrived when they said they would. The guy was here maybe 10 minutes. The bill was $233!  Outrageous

Very disappointed received a call Wednesday last week 5/10/17 saying someone would be out for an issue for the third time and no one ever showed up. The previous 2 times they came out about the plumbing back up in my bathroom first guy was fine he snaked the shower drain but informed us that the toilet may need to be snaked but he didn't want to bust a pipe my house has a narrow crawl space my pipes are located in and he didn't want to have to go down there so we tried the shower things seemed to be okay until a few hours after he left we started getting a back up in the shower again. They sent someone out a second time who we informed the toilet needed to be snaked more than likely he gave us the same spiel about not wanting to go into he crawl space if they bust a pipe in the toilet yada yada. It's not like their not being paid to do the work it's more of a not wanting to do the work at this point it has been almost a week and still nothing I was shocked to see this place is 24/7 because I waited up till 11pm with no response and I called back and they said next available plumber would be out and they never came I had to have someone else come out who see I have a hole in my pipe which this is the first I'm hearing about it and I very old pipes which is something they could fix they said they could both times they came out but they didn't . Very poor customer experience.

We needed a new water heater installed ASAP. I set up a package deal at a local home improvement store that included installation and was referred to the folks over at KW Mechanical. Two gentlemen showed up the same day and although they were both nice and polite the lead guy was clearly looking for reasons they couldn't do the job. I was told my flue was not venting properly and would have to have an HVAC person come over and fix the problem. A local HVAC person stopped by later the same day, checked the flue and venting and said it was fine. He explained the flue needs a heat source to actually reverse the flow of air outward. He demonstrated this and the flue vented just fine. By now, it was too late to have the installers come back out and when I talked to someone at KW Mechanical they were still resisting doing anything until the flue was redesigned to their liking. So I cancelled this install and went to another home improvement store and purchased a combo package that included the water heater and the install. Strangely enough I was referred to this same company but quickly cancelled them in favor of another installer who never called me back. Long story short, I found another installer who came out this morning (Saturday), did the job in a short amount of time, went over everything with me, showed me how to operate the water heater, and gave me a flat price for the job which was significantly cheaper than this company was going to charge (BTW, KW Mechanical was going to nickel and dime me on every little thing). Oh, and he also checked the flue and it worked just fine. So bottom line -- don't waste your time with KW Mechanical.

We talked via phone, schedule an appointment, text information to him with time agreed upon, never heard from him again.
