Couldn't be more satisfied with the work Jacobs did for us. We had a pipe burst underground at our storage facility. We called Jacobs Plumbing, Brody came out within a few hours, diagnosed the problem and got it fixed the same day. He was down to earth no nonsense and he is extremely knowledgeable. I definitely recommend using Jacobs Plumbing if you want the job done right

This company was great. Timely and efficient. They work me into their schedule quickly. It was a small project that most plumber would not do. Loveland Ohio based family owned. I highly recommend them.

I have had Jim over to my house twice for work. He is friendly and professional. He answered all my silly questions, which I appreciate. Tarvin has fair prices and they do great work. Thank you!

When the pipe in our basement started leaking we did what any normal first time home owners in their twenties would do--we called my dad. When my dad came over and took a look and said, Oh, that doesn't look good... we knew we were in for something big.
Since we have only been homeowners for a little over a year and a half and haven't had any plumbing issues we didn't have a plumber, so to the internet we went. We brought in a couple of local (small and chain) businesses in for estimates and ended up going with Chris Wolfe for a couple of reasons. First, there was something about him I really liked. He is soft spoken and very nice and took the time to explain to me what was going on. Second, he was responsive. Not only did he answer his phone (every time) when I called, but he came out on a Friday morning after I called him on a Thursday (late) night. Third, he did the estimate for free and it was clear he knew what he was talking about. Fourth, he gave a reasonable estimate that was in line with everyone else's but I really felt like he would give my problem the time and attention it needed. Oh, and did I mention that he came out to take a look for free?!?
As for the actual job, he was able to meet our short turn around time frame and came out the following Tuesday. He worked quickly and efficiently and was able to do a very complicated job in a few hours. He also was able to avoid busting up our concrete floor, which we were very thankful for! At the end he even offered to clean up for us and made sure he put everything back exactly where it was before he got there.
We were having a new washer and dryer delivered the same day (hence our quick turn around needs) and he offered that if they were delivered before he was done he would install them for us himself at no extra charge. I just can't say enough how I felt he went above and beyond. Oh wait, yes I can because there is more! When there was trouble with the credit card machine and I asked if I could use a check which he said was fine I had to ask if he could wait to cash it till the next day when I could move money around (our checking account with the check book isn't used very often) and he was more than willing to be flexible.
In the end he ended up coming in under time and under budget and was just a great guy to interact with and be around. I can't recommend him highly enough, If you ever have any plumbing needs--give him a call!

They were very professional in presentation and punctual. They fixed 4 issues we had over the course of two visits. I think they were reasonably priced. Only reason I didn't leave a 5 star is because I feel like the repairs could have been estimated and explained a little better... so the final total wasn't a surprise. But overall a very good experience. They were thorough and didn't try to sell anything we didn't need.

Clearly marked rates, punctual and doesn't leave until the job is done. I found my neighborhood plumber.

Charged $90 and gave a completely wrong solution. I doubt if they really want to solve the problem or only the visiting fee.

Oh Yes, they are happy to come out 24-7.
Come out again and again. Billing each time.
Solve the problem? Not so good.
Had used them in the past and they were 'OK', but
this last time they would just keep cleaning the drain
claiming it was roots, or the tenant. but just snaked the drain.
Then they ran a camera and still didn't diagnose it correctly.
Had to find another company to actually solve the
sewer line problem.
The line had dislocated at a joint just short of the street.

We've been having issues with water pressure in our new home and called Utz to see if they could come out and check out the issue. My husband called in the morning and spoke with the secretary who was very sweet and told us she would have a plumber contact us directly. We waited for maybe 2 hours then the plumber called my husband and said he'd be here around 1pm. At this time it was 10AM when we spoke with him. My husband told him we had to pick up our son from school around 3pm and the plumber said he'd be out before then. The plumber never showed up and never gave us the courtesy of even calling us to let us know he couldn't come. Needless to say we contacted another plumber to fix our issue. Very disappointing

They are completely overwhelmed. I want to have some compassion for them but I had to spend months on a couple things that should have been resolved in a matter days/week. A had a water heater replacement. When the gentleman (who was nice) attempted to take it out, the heater spilled out rusted water on the cream carpet. Instead of trying to pull it up the stairs himself and risk ruining the carpet more, he would come back tomorrow with another person to help him. I had to call each day for an entire week until he came back out. And he came back out by himself! I had to live with the water heater in the middle of the basement for an entire week! I'm glad I didn't have any plans with people staying at my home during that time. I had to clean up the rust spot on the carpet and was never given an apology for it. Rude, yes but not a deal breaker. I had to use this company due to my homeowner insurance. I was given a quote from my homeowner insurance but come the day of the cost wasn't the same. I spent 5 weeks trying to get a refund from T&S for the difference. I even work through my homeowner's insurance but they said it was something I had to work out with the company. I called nearly every business day to follow up on both these items. The lady working the phones was nice but she mentioned several times she was overwhelmed with the amount of work going on. I would not recommend this company based on this experience. They were nice and everything eventually was resolved but that is because I am relentless. If I didn't follow up nearly every day, I would probably still have a water heater sitting in the middle of my basement and out over $150.
