George from Ruehl Plumbing came out as promised, installed new gas pipe for my gas stove in our new house. He was very professional and pleasant. Their price were very reasonable compare two other companies. They didn't nickel and dime you for every part plus didn't try to sell you something you did not need. Honest reasonable company you can trust. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Our drain was clogged and I was able to schedule an appointment the next day. We received great service from a knowledgeable plumber at a reasonable price. I will definitely call Ken Neyer Plumbing again.

I have used Tri County Plumbing Heating & Air quite a few times.  Each and every time, Gary and his team does a great job!  Some of the services I have had them do is: new furnace, water heater and a/c, new toilets, garbage disposal, and UV light in our furnace.  They are very knowledgeable and provide reasonable solutions.  I would highly recommend Gary's team for any plumbing or HVAC needs!

Promptly responded to my request for a drainage issue. Scheduling through their website is a definite plus.  I got to pick the time and day, great professional service!  Reasonable price.  I'll use them again.

Bob Cropper Plumbing is the absolute best in the Eastgate area. I found them last year when they were featured in the Union Township newsletter, and they replaced a sump pump for me and I was so impressed that I had them replace the hot water heater too. They've added some new fixtures for me so far this year, but they also came out on a problem we had with a leak in our basement. I think most plumbers would have just called for a backhoe to excavate and they would have replaced the entire line from the main to the house. But Lowell really worked at it, he knew the leak was just outside the foundation, and he hand dug down 50 inches to replace the broken pipe. He was right! He got it fixed and saved us a huge amount of money as well as a real mess in our front yard. These guys are extremely competent, very thorough, and amazingly fair. You can't do better in a plumber. So glad I found them last year.

Ron was super professional, punctual, and well, on point! He assessed all of my projects, asked me which ones were priority. He got right to work and did the work to code. I scheduled another full day with him and will be scheduling more.

Great guys to call for your plumbing/remodel related needs.

My wife and I were doing a master bath remodel project and I needed someone to help cap some water lines, re-route lines to a different wall, install new valves, and fix the damaged subflooring. They did it all effortlessly and with a smile. Big kudos to Alan for getting our job scheduled so quickly and for Matt for doing all of the hard work!

I called on thanksgiving day and all I got was fast busy signals.  I called back the day after and the came out.  Almost 3xs the cost of other competitor but he was already here as they give not quote on the phone so you are almost stuck. I mentioned cost but the plumber did not mention I could have gotten 52.00 off with an online coupon.  
I would NEVER use them again or recommend them.

We have used them to update indoor light fixtures. Technician arrived on time and installed all fixtures. They went above and beyond by cleaning up all old fixtures for recycling.

This company is run by unethical, greedy people. Every one of their vans is dangerous and should not be on the road, the owners are well aware and do not fix them because they would rather save money than keep their employees and other drivers on the road safe. They send their employees out on jobs with the wrong equipment, or broken equipment that can damage the customer's property. They replace things that can be fixed. They try sell work that doesn't need to be done. They price everything higher than anyone in the area. Their peace of mind plan is a joke...do not accept it. They do not offer their full time employees (who work a minimum of 60 hours a week with no overtime pay because they pay commission) any benefits. They currently only have 2 service technicians. One has already put in his 2 weeks notice. They cannot keep employees because they do not treat them like people. They also have rental properties all over the area. As you can probably guess, they are slum lords. It makes me sick to think of the under handed things these people do for money. If you have a plumbing issue I would recommend using another company (not rooter man because it is run by the same people) or at least get a second opinion. Do not fall victim to their greed.

No shows. Read through Yelp and saw these guys as highly rated. Great. Called and set up an appointment and waited 3 days for the time to fix my water lines. I had a 4 o'clock appointment, took off work and went home to meet them. No call and no one showed up. I'll try a more reliable company.

A little disappointed with this company. I was quoted a price of $150-180 for replacing a valve and dishwasher hose under my kitchen sink. Once the technician got there the price went up to $220 because of the valve replacement which was supposed to be included in the original quote.  Once the tech looked at the pipes we didn't need the valve afterall but still was charged the original $150 that was supposed to include the valve replacement. The technician was literally in my house for 10-15 minutes max. I understand service calls, parts and labor but $150 charge was ridiculous in my opinion for what was done. Needless to say I will not be using this company again which is disappointing because I was really hoping to find a reliable trustworthy plumber for future jobs in my house.

NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS FOR ANYTHING. I was quoted a price, paid for some materials, and the work was never completed. I had to pay 2 extra reinspection fees because I was too nice, and let him drag the job on and on. I finally wised up and got someone that knew what the were doing.
