Steve is by far the best plumber my fiancé and I have ever dealt with. One July afternoon our toilet kept clogging randomly. We tried a number of things on our own along with replacing the toilet. Still, no luck, so we called Dunbar Plumbing. Steve came out twice, but the problem still continued. The third time, Steve brought the sewage company with him along with a camera that they could run down the sewage pipe. He paid for the sewage company out of his own pocket because the problem was still unsolved.
Long story short, there was a piece of wood that came down the vent when our condo association was having our roof replaced. This wood was wedged where our main sewage pipe connected to the secondary toilet pipe. Steve went to bat for us and went after the association along with the roofing company. Not only did Steve get us our money refunded, but also got them to pay for the new toilet we had to get when were trying to pin point the problem.
Steve didn't have to do any of that, but did it anyway because he is a good person. That is hard to find in today's world! On top of that his prices are great, educates his customers on how to get the most out of their plumbing, cleans up, and will work around the clock to make sure his customers are satisfied. We already hired him for a second job...that's how satisfied we were.
We challenge anyone to find a better plumber. Steve is by far the best there is and we are lucky to have him in the Cincinnati area.

In my humble opinion, Ray and team are consummate professionals. Not only did Ray walk me through some of the nuances of pool ownership, answering my 500 questions (which could probably be answered via Google or YouTube, honestly) and walking me through my personal pool layout/setup, but he did it all without expecting anything. We had Ray remediate a few issues with the pool: patching the liner and correcting some of the plumbing that decided it would strip and leak upon opening the pool (our pool is over 16yrs old). I found that his knowledge was refreshing, his attitude was positive, and his prices were very reasonable. Even if you have more than one estimate, I honestly would recommend you at least call Ray for another. It doesn't hurt you and can only benefit your situation to have a solid expert opinion on your money pit...I mean pool.

The team of Vince and Tais from Garden State Handyman Home Services, came to fix a toilet plumbing issue. They addressed the situation installed the proper parts and were out the door within an hour plus. While in our home they were extremely personable and professional. Clean-up was done. It's easy to call a handyman, but it's hard to find a handyman service that's definitely trustworthy. They earned our trust.

They were out 3/1 and did a great job - when the floor drain started backing up again 4/24, they came back and cleared the blockage and didn't charge me anything! It's great to know someone who really stands behind their work! Thanks!

I was referred to discount plumbing from a neighbor who had said he was really impressed with the quality of work he had recieved at a fraction of the price he had been quoted by several local plumbing outfits. I gave them a shot and I was glad i did. I was expecting to break the bank when I realized several waterlines had frozen, but I was really happy with how fast and affordable discount plumbing really is!

Today I had a 6 month check up for my heat pump and furnace. Thomas called to give me his ETA. Once he arrived he got right to work, he was very knowledgeable and professional and completed the process in a timely manner all the while explaining the how, what and why... which I appreciated.
I am sold on Arlinghaus and their team... after speaking with Thomas I signed up for the premium protection plan...
They are one of the best and I highly recommend them to anyone who has a unit that needs serviced or needs a new unit.

I spoke directly with Eric on the phone and explained very clear what I was needing. We had a flood in our basement that was caused by clog in the drainage system. I told Eric that I needed a scope/camera on my plumbing system to determine the clog and for the clog to be repaired. Also, mentioned that I needed a full diagnostic report so that I could turn it in to my insurance company because they needed to know the cause. Eric sent out his technician Ray. Ray first said that he could not scope the plumbing system because the pipes were too small. I thought that was strange and even said the same to him and then asked if they had a smaller camera that could be used. Ray just said, nope. I then asked if it was just that they didn't or couldn't do it because of their limitations and if this was true of all plumbing companies? Ray said it was with all of them. Something that I did not know, and later discovered that there are indeed smaller camera's which can do the job correctly. Again, I did not know at the time that what Ray was telling me was false, so he proceeded to unclog the drain with a snake. The clog was cleared. The problem I have with all of this was the fact that i was very clear that i needed a diagnostic report for my insurance claim and also that I was lied to about the camera situation. If he was upfront with me from the get go, and said yes they make one, but i don't have one then i could and would have chosen a different plumbing company to do the job.
Also, I had a separate job that needed to be done aside from the basement flood that I asked Ray to look into and let me know an estimate and give me a call, because I needed to go to work at this time. He said he would call me. Well, I received a call from an unknown number while I was in a meeting so I did not answer and no message was left. I later called and sure enough it was Ray. I asked him some questions about the secondary estimate work, and he said i don't know how to do that and I will talk to Eric and we will either come back tomorrow to look at it or call you with more questions. Guess what? No more communication after that. I have text message multiple times with one reply back from Eric that he would talk to me in the next 10-15 min... didn't happen. I called again a couple of days later on Eric's phone and Ray answered and said Eric's busy and can't talk right now. i left another message for Eric to call me and that was 3 days ago... nothing again!!!
In my final communications to both Eric and Ray was that i needed to have the diagnostic report to move forward and for them to please help me close this out. This has all been going on now for 21 days. Very unprofessional.
I have since hired another plumbing company to do the job as was originally requested and they have passed with flying colors. i would highly suggest you stay away from Hancock Drain Service

I used Bob Dahlenberg's plumbing a few years ago. I called because I knew him. I had previously used Dahlenberg Plumbing, which was his dad and brother. Bob installed a water heater for me and that seemed fine. He knew I was a single mom so offered to allow me to make payments to him but I had it so I paid it at the time of service. However, a few weeks later I began to have problems and called him and he said he'd come out and then I saw him at church and he said he would call me. He never did. I had to get someone else to fix the issue. I wouldn't use Bob again for anything. I would stick with the original Dahlenberg Plumbing, which I think is just his brother. Or, I'll call DuPont Plumbing in Ft. Thomas. I've used them when I lived over there and they were very professional. Bob Dahlenberg, not so much! I wish I could give him a thumbs up since I know him and his family, but I just can't!

We called Roto Rooter after my maintenance guy BF had made several attempts to remedy a shower leakage problem. When it leaked into the adjoining storage space and ruined some of his photos, it was time. Zach (0181) was persistent and open to the BF's requests, even after investigation of the area behind the water controls revealed that the piping had been buried under layers of mortar. He drove his van back and forth to Home Depot to find parts he needed several times, but in the end couldn't resolve our issue. What I really appreciated was that then he called in Bill (722) to review his work and approaches. Bill was able to resolve the problem, which seemed to be related to the age of our home (1950's era), and may have involved techniques that pre-date Zach's training. The depth of experience in the company, plus the humility and persistence of the younger employees will keep us returning for help when we need it.

Do not hire this plumber. He is a scumbag for the way he swindled my family out of money. 17 months after the work was complete, on a leaky sewer main, the leak started again. Al does not have to do anything and does not care enough to even take a look at his work. His work fails and his customer service is non-exsistent.
