Jason showed up on time (actually before early which was so great for me because I wanted my clog fixed ASAP). He was very professional, wore his mask at all times per the Covid protocol at his company and his boot covers. He was very knowledgeable and cleared the drain very quickly. I will be recommending this company to any family and friends that have the unfortunate experience of having a drain backup or any other plumbing issues. I was very happy with the service. Our toilet repair was not significant, but the scheduling, communication and courtesy of all Ken Neyer employees was remarkable.  Ken Neyer Plumbing is now our provider of choice!!

I had some major issues with both of the toilets leaking. I called Ken Neyer plumbing, Will showed up 45 min after my call, he was friendly and polite. Repairs were very affordable and quickly completed. I would definitely use them again and would recommend to my friends and family.

My dad tried unclogging a drain himself but had no plumbing tape when he put it back together so it leaked. My sister called Neyer to have them fix it; I had no idea a small job would cost $200.  They did the job okay but wow, I had sticker shock

Rusty Goins and  Austin Deffinger.  These are the names of my personal heroes.  I had 2 other companies come out and spend 3-4 hours EACH on an active blockage that charged FAR more than Ken Neyer Plumbing did, and FAILED to clear the blockage.  I had asked them to come out to get an estimate  on what I thought would be a far bigger job a week or so out before I could use my own facilities.  They cleared my pipes within a half hour, AND got the information needed for the quote for the bigger service.  Absolutely amazing guys, I was almost crying tears of joy.  These guys are the pinnacle of profession, the capstone of courteous, the premium plumbers, and the best of the best.  If you need plumbing done, call Ken Neyer.  If you want the best, ask for Rusty and Austin.

Sadly will not use again. I used them once for a quote for a big job and got a fair opinion on the Job, but we ended up not doing the project. I referred them to my family & friends. They've both used them, never really gave me much feedback on it.  I finally needed them for a clogged drain. You can imagine my horror at paying $220 for a simple clog that only needed the small tool they used for less than two minutes. Charged me for a part they never brought me too, been waiting on this part for a week.  Sorry will not use again.

We needed a new wax ring for our toilet that was leaking.  Ethan was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and completed the task in a few minutes.  He did not leave until we were sure the leak was fixed, and everything was in proper order.  I appreciate that he used protective booties before entering our home.  The repair was affordable, and we will definitely use Neyer Plumbing again in the future.
