AA Plumbing

My family used AA plumbing (Romy's Plumbing) and had a VERY bad experience.  They didnt do the job right and after complaining they didnt finsh the job, so they didnt get paid.  They placed a mechanics lean on my families home and had to go to court and pay them money they should of never got, crooks!  DO NOT USE!

BUYER BEWARE:
My sister used this company to fix her toilet a few days ago. I told her the shutoff valve could be bad because the toilet would fill once after closing the value and reopening it, and then it would stop filling or fill very slowly. The Plummer arrived at her house and gave her a $450 quote without diagnosing the problem. He just changed the shutoff valve, cleaned her sink, and left without fixing the toilet. He put in a 20-dollar or less valve and charged her $450 because she's a female and elderly!  She called his supervisor to complain that her toilet wasn't fixed, only to argue with her that they did what she told them was wrong without even checking for the problem before he gave her a quote. I fixed her toilet today by replacing the internal fill valve.  10 DOLLARS!
SEND THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY A MESSAGE BY NOT USING THEM!

This company is run by unethical, greedy people. Every one of their vans is dangerous and should not be on the road, the owners are well aware and do not fix them because they would rather save money than keep their employees and other drivers on the road safe. They send their employees out on jobs with the wrong equipment, or broken equipment that can damage the customer's property. They replace things that can be fixed. They try sell work that doesn't need to be done. They price everything higher than anyone in the area. Their peace of mind plan is a joke...do not accept it. They do not offer their full time employees (who work a minimum of 60 hours a week with no overtime pay because they pay commission) any benefits. They currently only have 2 service technicians. One has already put in his 2 weeks notice. They cannot keep employees because they do not treat them like people. They also have rental properties all over the area. As you can probably guess, they are slum lords. It makes me sick to think of the under handed things these people do for money. If you have a plumbing issue I would recommend using another company (not rooter man because it is run by the same people) or at least get a second opinion. Do not fall victim to their greed.

They came 3 hours after the four hour window they gave us. Charged almost double the quoted price for an hour of work. Do not use them. I truly feel they are con artists.

AA plumbing came through with quick solutions on 2 separate service calls which occurred independently. The first was a clogged pipe and the second was a demolition and install of a new bathroom sink. The workers are professional and honest. For example, within 15 min of arrival the worker called to give me notice and then amidst the job the worker uncovered additional issues and fixed them as a courtesy free of charge! They have surely proven to be trustworthy, dependable professionals with a craftsmanship of perfection. I'm so happy with the outcome of both projects. 5 star service all the way!

AA plumbing are scam artists.  DO NOT USE THEM!  I had them come out because my main line to my house had backed up.  It had backed up before so I knew there were roots in our pipes.  They came out, spent very little time, ran a snake to poke a small hole enough to get things going again.  They did not even attempt to clean out the pipe.  They even admitted all they did was a small hole.   Then gave me a quote for over 4000.00 and said I had three feet of collasped pipe and needed everything dug up.  I happened to talk to a neighbor who had the same problem and guess what!?  AA had come out to do the same thing and quoted them 10,000.00!!  Someone had told them that our city of Fairfield will scope for free so they had fairfield come out and the problem my neighbors had was so far out under the street it was the city's problem to fix not even theirs!  So this time I called the city.  They had someone come out to snake the pipe, low and behold they cleared out all the roots and then ran the scope and NO COLLAPSED PIPE!! abosulutely nothing wrong with the pipe, the roots just needed some effort.  AA does enough to get the job done that day so that it will mess up again and you will call them to pay all that money to dig things up for nothing.

We used AA Plumbing and had a very bad experience.  Find another plumber.  You will be glad that you did.
