Emmanuel was straight forward with the estimate and knocked out the project the next day. Communication was great. Cleaned up the area after the job and verified that there were no leaks. These guys are awesome!! Had a hot water leak in the slab. Called a handful of companies, most were not available on the weekends. Chris replied within minutes, came after a job at 6:30 at night on a Saturday and was luckily available the next morning to make repairs. Also, quoted a few hundred less than another company. Can't say enough great things about this company. Big company with a personal feel. When you call you're met with a warm, inviting and accommodating administrative staff. Their plumbers/technicians are not only incredibly friendly but EXTREMELY knowledgeable. Pricing is fair and you never feel like they are trying to sell you anything you don't absolutely need. Needless to say I won't be calling anyone else for my future plumbing needs.

I had a hot water slab leak detected in my family room and the best solution was to re-pipe my home.  I contacted AMERI-CAL, and Toby came to my home the very next day and gave me the estimate to repipe my home.  He explained everything that would happen and provided me with a folder full of information.  He also turned off the hot water lever from the hot water tank to stop the flow.  I was given the option of Copper or PEX pipe and chose PEX.  The workers were very professional and prepped everywhere they were going to make a mess.  The job was done in one day and had hot water that very night.  The next day the dry wall workers did an outstanding job with the texture and I just had to prime and paint. They also recommended I change out the old shower/bath fixtures and faucets since my home was 17 years old.  My home has had a softener the whole time but with the copper piping the water would still be corrosive so changing the fixtures was a great solution.  I received great customer service with Toby and would recommend the company if you need to have a repipe done to your home.

Christian Arguilez was super kind and explained in detail how, why pipe was clogged. Loved their service!!

Got a quote for installing a dishwasher and bathroom faucet. About $250 for the faucet and $595 for the dishwasher. They got an estimator out very quickly but the prices were just egregious! Paying $600 to install an $800 dishwasher just doesn't make sense. Ended up going with another company. I hope Mr Rooter offers Cadillac-level service for the prices they charge.

Here we go again....The challenges of owning a home.

I have two hand sinks in the master and 22 years later they both started to leak.

I didn't want to replace them as they are still in good condition and match the others.  So we go to replace the internal valve kit.  And as with my home, it was some complicated part and they were all frozen together, hence the leaking.  No surprise, everything in this home is complicated.

Perry's men, Hector and Dan (my same crew from my last disaster) got to work.  One angle stop shut off valve snapped and the other was crummy.  So we changed those out, too.  These things just happen.

If your going to change two tires on the car, you better just change all four.  
Folks, never leave crummy shut off valves!!  Your homes best insurance, just do it.

These two men worked diligently, carefully minding my dog Devo who was eyeballing them, and worked to fix my crazy complicated faucets.

Their workmanship was outstanding, the pricing is right on point and fair, and lets not forget the ladies in the office.  The ladies in the office called me when they were on the way, shazaam, right on time, and then without any questions or reminders, Margie sent me my invoice via email the next morning.

Discount found nothing, then proceeded to schedule the most bogus insurance scamming leak detection (found nothing, our handy man finally did), water restoration, and drywall services. All attempting to bill our insurance over $8000 for completely unnecessary work.

They knew exactly what to do when installing a new gas line for adding my gas fireplace. Even knew I needed a turn off valve on the outside of my firebox so that the logs can be installed properly (I called fireplace store and they verified that's exactly what was needed). After having to deal with a clogged sink for several days and me trying to McGiver the crap out of it. I finally gave up. Desperately looking for a reliable, affordable and most importantly of all transparent and honest plumber, I called this company. I've unfortunately have had bad experiences with other company that has obviously have the funds for their advertisements, yes, they're well known, yes they've been around for sometime etc. Unfortunately, sometimes they go astray after being around for a while and loses the value we do dearly and desperately need the most, empathy and kindness. With that, I called this company, ABE Plumbing Services. The very next day they showed up. Assessed the issue. And yes, it was thorough. Found out (personally got invited to crawl underneath my house and was showed the culprit.. collapsed pipes.. I asked for the extent of the labor and quote. Being a disabled veteran, I got no other job no additional income  other than what I get from the government. I told them straight up. I'm in a financial difficulty. To my surprise, Juan, this young man, professional man, very understanding and empathetic. Extended his hand to help a man in need. Offered me a very reasonable price for which I was happy to agree. What seems to be a hopeless situation being in a financial constraint, became a relief.

We are remodeling a bathroom and need some re-routing work.  They sent out a nice young man who was quick, efficient and left the area cleaner than when he started.  
We then needed a toilet, so we called 1time and they sent out another young man who was just as efficient, clean and quick!  
Highly recommend 1Time Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

We needed a copper drain line replaced from the air conditioner through the attic to a drain. Only materials used was a long length of copper pipe.
Took about one hour to do the job.  Cost $1200.00!! We have never been
so overcharged in our lives!  I hate to tell anyone what we paid because they think we we suckered big time.
