Josh came out and installed new washing machine shut off valves for my mother in law. The price was better than quotes from other companies and he was very professional. Will be using CML for future plumbing needs.

These folks removed and replaced two old toilets.
Excellent all the way.  The young man doing the work, Garrett, was delightful, friendly, competent, and punctual.  The cleanup was perfect.
The service personnel, including the manager Mike, were extremely helpful leading up to the installation.  The price for the models I chose was competitive.  

The picture I got from start to finish was that Plumbing Plus would bend over backwards to satisfy the customer.

My tankless water heater suddenly went out on Monday morning.  I checked the Yelp reviews and found CSR Plumbing with glowing reviews.  I called them on Monday morning and left a message.  They called me back very quickly and scheduled Mike to come out to perform diagnostics that afternoon.  Mike came within the scheduled time and took a look at my tankless system.  Sadly, my unit was leaking and my circuit had shorted out.  Mike called the manufacturer and found out that my unit was fully covered despite being 5 years old!  Yay!  The manufacturer sent me the replacement parts and Mike came back to replace the parts on Friday.  Mike came early and did the work plus he installed a filtration system to help prevent future issues.  A big thank you to Mike and CSR Plumbing for such excellent customer service and for giving me hot water again!

Needed a camera to find out where in our house we had a sewer line break. Joe came out and found the break quickly. He came out after regular business hours and had it done in an hour. He gave us some options about repairs, sent us some quotes, and was such a nice and efficient guy. Communication with the company was almost immediate whenever I had a question. Prices were reasonable (and the cost just to have them come out to do what they did was WAY below competition). Thanks for your help!

After suffering a second pinhole leak in the copper pipes in the walls I realized the only long term solution was to get my house repiped. I contacted several well known (due to TV commercials) contractors in the area and received quotes that I felt were much higher than I anticipated. One contractor didn't even show up for the estimate.
I contacted Ameri-Cal and Toby got right back to me. Within a day I had an estimate that I felt was much more in line as to what I thought the project was worth. The reviews here helped give me the confidence to go with Ameri-Cal.
To say I am extremely satisfied with the work is an understatement. The crew showed up on time on the day of the installation, shut the water off around 9:00 am and the piping was complete and water back on at 5:00 that same afternoon. The reason they didn't turn the water off until 9:00 was that they spent over an hour handing tarps and covering furniture so as to contain the dust as much as possible. When they finished they left the house as clean as they could.
The second day the inspector came and signed off on the project with no issues.
The third day the second crew came early in the morning and completed the drywall repair. Also an exceptional job.
As with other reviews for this company I would recommend them to anyone needing this type of repair. It was stressful to have it done but now that it is I can sleep much better knowing I'm not going to wake to a puddle in my living area.

I woke up to a water leak in my kids bathroom this morning. I went on Yelp to find a plumber. Edgar responded quickly & arrived at my home in less than an hour. He & Charlie were fast & efficient. They replaced my damaged pipe, and explained everything as they were doing the work. Very professional & informative. I highly recommend this company. Nice work guys!!

While I have used them in the past and have had very good prior experiences, a little bit of a let down on my last service when I paid over $400 for a repair that was urgent and I was not expecting this rate BUT it was up to me to accept it so I did. However, I do star mark-downs when the technician (as they are called now because plumber is no longer the proper title) leaves the work area dirty with debris that I had to clean up myself after the gentleman had left. A proper repair always includes leaving the area clean of debris, and sweeps or wipes anything leftover so that the customer doesn't have to do it. Plus points I will provide for the technician being professional, honest up front about possible unexpected damage, and diligent. He gave me the quote up front and I accepted it knowing that although pricey I needed to get it down without delaying any further. I expected this to be a quick repair and he got it done well in a timely matter.

This company was sent out by Fidelity Home Warranty to fix my parents busted water heater. They refused to replace or even fix it under the warranty even though it was clearly broken and not working. We realize home warranties are a scam, so we told them to fix it anyway and we'd pay full price. The crew said they were going to lunch and just never came back. We had to call a different plumber to do the work the next day. Terrible service.

Jose came out this week and was fantastic. He answered all our questions and walked us through what needed to be fixed and why. Highly recommend this company especially for understanding and help!

Hot water vslve went out.  I called Paul at Speedie Rooter and he hooked a sistah up. Professional. Courteous, and knows his stuff. He's the go to plumber. Give him a call. You will be glad you did. He showed up pn time and the quote he have is the quote I paid.

Showed up on time, estimate was about what I expected to hear,so I authorized it.  Work was quick and thorough.  Eric knew what he was doing and completed the job efficiently.  I'll definitely keep them in mind for future plumbing needs.

Contacted Esteban late on a Sunday night, he responded immediately and booked us in the next day to replace a leaking garbage disposal and repair a running toilet. Israel arrived the next day on time and did a great job. Very professional, quick and communicative and patient with all our questions and very fair prices. I had a great experience with this company. Chris and his partner did a great job. I had an emergency in my house and had to call a few other companies before I found a spot in their schedule. The Guys arrived right away on time and I can't even tell you how fast and efficient were they. The price is absolutely reasonable and fair. Super reliable company.

I have used One Time plumbing for my re-pipe, water heater replacemnet  and recent sewer line service in Rancho Bernardo for past few years.  Daniel is great and they provide the best plumbing service.  Their work is great and at a fair and honest price.  I would highly recomment One Time Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs

I cannot in good conscience give them even one star. This all started about two years ago with having them reseat our toilet. The first time they repaired the flange and put in wedges. Fast forward a few months, the toilet leaked so they came to reseat the toilet again. Most recently, we noticed some cracks in our tile. And again, the toilet was moving. Called Anderson and it was still under warranty. The tech came out and repaired it yet again. Within a few days the caulking was coming off and the toilet was moving again. One of the flange studs has corroded off. In the meantime, more tiles cracking. Called our insurance company.  Turns out there is a leak. Our bathroom had to be completely demoed. All tiles had to be removed. We are now on week three with no bathroom and are waiting for repairs to be completed.  It will be another week. I would not trust them to do the repairs. And now I'm stuck with my insurance deductible as well.
If I could give zero stars I would. You did not wow this customer and I don't want a humble pie.
