Best Range Repair in Chula Vista CA

My property manager referred this company after the dishwasher in my rental property flooded the kitchen and dining room. Paul was an absolute pleasure to work with, he coordinated with the tenants and insurance company directly while sending me regular updates throughout the process. Will absolutely use him for future updates and repairs!

I will start with saying I have submitted a formal complaint about this matter to the BBB as well. If I could give zero stars and write this review I would. Mr. Rooter was hired by a real estate agent to perform a sewer inspection on my home on 9/16/19 that was in escrow. The technician who came to our home was named Jesus Arreola. Jesus is recorded on our ring security system telling the agent that our pipes are in good condition and then asking if she is the buying or selling agent. Once she states she is the buying agent he then proceeds to tell her that we have clay pipes (we do not they are ABS pipes all replaced in 2000) and major root Intrusion that must be repaired. He is recorded on video telling the agent to not take no for an answer from us on repairs as they are required maintenance or the new buyers will have very costly repairs to deal with. Mr. Arreola then writes up an estimate of repair for 6,936.00 which includes digging a 4x4 ditch in our yard and cutting and replacing piping. We pushed back on the agent asking for a formal inspection report or video to show where the damages that they witnesses that needed repair as proof the pipes were truly damaged. The agent stated it would cost 50 additional dollars for a USB of the video, my husband called to retrieve the video and we were told no video was taken at the time of inspection and they would have to come back out and redo the inspection for another fee to obtain. We clearly refused and the agent then call Mr. Rooter who told her our pipes were 75% blocked and one bad flush will cost 60k+ of damages to the home. Because we refused to do any work without a report and because of the scare tactics Mr. Rooter utilized the buyers cancelled escrow. We called in a certified plumber to do a second sewer inspection and he completed with a formal video on 9/28. The video shows all of our piping is ABS pipes till the clay connection with the city pipe which is properly sealed and not clogged. He found zero root intrusion and one small area he was able to flush out in 5 min. Total cost 200.00 and 30 min of work. Mr. Rooter is an unethical business who uses predatory sales practices to scare clients into thousands of dollars of repairs that are not needed. They should not be in business and clearly know they are lying when they perform their work or they would provide formal reports and/or video of every inspection they do to back up their claims for repairs. Do not use this company they will steal from you!!

I called several plumbers yesterday. One of the plumbers was this company, who I reached out to in advance via Yelp Message to request a quote from the owner. Owner replied that all I had to do was call them & someone would come by for an estimate. His message:

Okay, so I called the next day thinking someone would be able to come out & give us a quote within 1 hour, because that is what the owner messaged me.

The receptionist I spoke to was the least professional out of all the plumber companies I called. She asked me where we were located and I said San Diego, Scripps Ranch area. Not only did I say Scripps Ranch multiple times but I also had to spell it out for her. She didn't ask me for my address or my zip code. She had to ask someone whether they serviced this area and then said they didn't service it. Our conversation ended there.

Very disappointing because on their Yelp page, if you click Service Area it shows the areas they service. We live within the highlighted area and about 15 miles away from their business. Frustrating experience.

Paul was amazing. He promptly replied and was on site to complete the repairs next day. He provided great communication and photos upon completion as I was offsite during the repair. Paul and Speedi Rooter will be my go to plumbing service going forward.

Called one time plumbing to set up an appointment. Was able to schedule it fast that same day within hours. There was leak coming out from our floors when we used the dishwasher.  Daniel was able to fix what Sears screwed up pretty fast. We still have water damage but he recommended what we do next. Great guy great service. Don't let sears mess with the plumbing. Will call one time plumbing for future needs.

Friendly & knowledgeable plumbers!!! Installed a new garbage disposal and also educated us on how to maintain it for longer lifetime use, have never had plumbers do that before. Directed us to a bathroom remodel company and the remodel went beautifully! Happy we have All About Plumbing as our plumbing service! No regrets!!!

The best guys in the area for plumbing service. A family oriented business with many responsible and respectful guys on the team. Angel who just came in helped me with my irrigation system did a great job! Highly recommend these guys.

We needed a new water heater and thought that we had a great plumber that we had used on a number of occasions so it was a bit of a shock when the previous company, Proactive Plumbing was a zero when it came to getting back to us with an estimate or even expressing the slightest interest in our job.  
Back to Yelp, where we found North County Water Heater Service.  To begin with, there was an immediate estimate, not a ball park figure.  Secondly, the price was reasonable and the availability was just what we needed.
The installer Plamen was responsive on every level, texting us when he was on his way and keeping with the exact time frame.  The job was done to our complete satisfaction and Plamen followed up with a return visit to ensure that the expansion tank that my husband had installed had the correct pressure.  
You couldn't ask for better customer service!!!

I have my own gas log fireplace and one for a rental property but I wanted them inspected because they had not been used for a very long time. Marco at SPG plumbing responded very quickly and was able to come out to both properties for service. Marco definitely goes the extra mile to explain how the fireplace works and what is needed for service. After having him service both fireplaces for a very reasonable price. I also had him check our dryer vents at our rental property. Lucky I did because the vent was very backed up with lint and could've been a serious problem. All of that was avoided because Marco alerted us and did a great job. Would not hesitate to hire him.

Loved the great service. AiRight saved me from a night of misery. My AC quite working after hours yet the Tech still made it to my house. They didn't charge me an after hours rate and did a very professional Job. Jeff W

I called about a clog that was deep in our plumbing and they were able to have someone come out and have the job done within 2 hours that day. Chris Q was very professional, explained what was going on with the plumbing, and was really efficient with his work. Would definitely use them again in the future.

Jake came out the day after we called to clean the storm drain lines on our rental property on Saturday before Hurricane Hilary hit San Diego. He was able to remove much of the dirt though televising of the lines showed an odd layout that was not easily cleanable. We were very impressed with Jake's knowledge, diagnostic approach, and problem-solving.  And he's a really nice guy! Also, Happy Plumbing's price was very reasonable. We are so glad we tried this company and will definitely trust them to handle our future plumbing needs!!!

Steve is a very good plumber,honest and has a good attitude! I have used him 3 different times and I will use him again!
