Our water heater broke down on Sunday, we called Airight first thing Monday morning, Terri responded immediately, get his team out for diagnosis and replace the unit the same day. Mario explained in detail the issues, recommendation, and answer all the questions I had, mask on the whole time. I would recommend this company for any Cooling, heating and plumbing!!

Very responsive and flexible. Went above and beyond expectations. We needed someone to remove the furnace so work could be done on the walls, and then go in on another day for installing a new one. Terry was always available for any questions or comments.

I am a HOA manager and one of my downtown San Diego properties had an AC unit fail. The building was sweltering hot and this very hot summer we've been experiencing didn't help the situation. I had called several companies asking for a service tech to come out and diagnose the problem and the booking time was over 2 weeks at every company. That's when I came across Airight. They were recommended by another manager and when I reached out, they were able to get onsite in less than a week. It was determined the building needed an entirely new unit. Airight got a bid to me within a day and the price was very competitive. We accepted the proposal and General Manager Isaiah was able to coordinate the project installation within 2 weeks. One the unit was available, his team ran with it and worked hard to get the new unit installed. Airight has great customer service, good communication & response time is quick! Their efforts were very much appreciated by all those that live in the now cool building!
And from an HOA manger position, responsive service providers are what I look for when hiring!
I would most definitely use them again.

Had a typical heating issue with it only blowing out cold air. Not good! Well, they showed up bright and early, got it fixed and serviced. I actually learned a few things as well. They were very nice and professional. And patient considering my two year old thought it a good time to run around screaming. Thanks guys!
The owner contacted me to rectify the situation. Another company had already cleared the drain so they retracted the charge to my credit card.
Great Service! They were able to come out the same day. The technician was so professional and answered all my questions.

Had a tenant going 4 days without hot water and getting the run around from two other plumbers. Tried 7 other supposedly emergency plumbing services and they all couldn't show up the same evening. Called AiRight, spoke to the owner and he had his plumber out there in 20 minutes. It wasn't cheap, and the fix required a second visit the next morning, but it got done and I have a happy tenant again.
Terry was incredibly helpful. He was able to squeeze us in the same day once I told him that we had been without a working sink and Steve did 2 weeks.
Luis came right that afternoon and was able to install our faucet, dishwasher and garbage disposal. He was honest and so nice, it was just like an uncle helping us out. He promptly returned the next day to complete the gas stove installation.
I had such a great experience, I would call them any day of the week!!!
Terry was great! Could not have asked for a better AC repairman. He was our second person to come out and take a look at our unit and the first guy wanted us to do a whole new install throughout the house and would have cost us a ton of money. Terry came out and gave us a fair bid to replace our unit only and it's working like new, right in time for the heat wave! I will be recommending him to anyone and everyone.

Prompt response. The technician, Luis, was customer service oriented. Observed COVID-19 safety guidelines. He was very knowledgeable. The service was fast, effective and efficient. Got the pipe leak issue fixed with no trouble. Would recommend to anyone.

Terry has helped us before with the annual air conditioning check. This time we also did our water heater flushing through him. He was very accommodating to our schedule and was able to arrange for both ac check and water heater check on the same day. Overall, it was a very good experience working with AiRight and Terry !!
Responsive service with fair pricing!
We needed to replace the washer outlet box & valve assembly in the wall of our laundry room in preparation for the delivery of a new washer & dryer set. This typically involves opening up the drywall to facilitate cutting the pipes going to the valves, removing the enclosure, installing the new valve & box assembly, then closing up the drywall.
I contacted several heating & plumbing services for quotes, and their prices were at or above the price quoted by Ed, AiRight's technician, but all of them wanted an additional fee to do a basic repair of the drywall that was almost as much as the fee replace the assembly itself. And by basic, I mean replacement of the drywall section that needed to be cut out to remove & replace the existing outlet assembly. Ed was able to keep the drywall removal to a minimum but still replace the assembly. All that's left is for me to do is apply some drywall mud & tape to fill/cover the seam, sand & texture coat it, then paint the repair area - all of which is pretty straightforward.
All in all, a very good experience!
Highly recommend AiRight. I submitted a request on yelp that was sent out to multiple plumbers. The other companies said that they would come out for a free estimate only during business hours. Terry called me and said he can accommodate my request and will send someone to my house after 6 pm. The plumber arrived on time and within a matter of minutes identified my issue, and provided me with the next steps. I scheduled a follow-up appointment to begin the work and he finished much faster than originally stated. Very professional, efficient, and appreciate the constant communication. Definitely using them again for any future needs.
Chris came to my house because my kitchen sink/garbage disposal was clogged which also prevented us from using the dishwasher. In just a little over an hour he had everything working properly! To make matters even better, the bill was very fair! Thank you for your excellence!
Noticed a high pitch humming noise coming out of my garage everytime water was in use around the house. Called AiRight on a Sat morning. Owner picked up and sent a tech to the house an hour later for a free consultation who assessed the situation and determined that the water pressure regulator was malfunctioning. Owner called back with a final quote which fell in line with my research and budget and I proceeded to move forward. Tech came back two days later after the replacement part was obtained, and installed it without any issues. I am happy with the overall service. Would highly recommend to others
My heater stopped working and the insurance company sent a technician a week later that told me I needed to replace the heater. After 5 days if not hearing back from my insurance, the company they had sent called me to say my claim wouldn't be covered but they could just come over and replace my heater. The quote they gave me was pretty high and I later found out that the report they provided was the reason why the insurance wouldn't cover the replacement. I started getting quotes and AI called right away. They gave me all the info I needed and immediately scheduled someone to come replace it. Luis came by and told me the connection I had wouldn't be able to fit a direct vent heater. He instead proposed a tankless heater. He came back with all the right gear and spent 6hrs doing a great job reinstalling all the pipes and putting the new heater. He was super professional and helpful.

First time client. I needed a shower repaired, found them on yelp..and so glad i did. Chris was Professional, friendly and fast. Highly recommend. Will most definitely use their services again. Very reasonably priced .
My toilet was clogged with bathroom tissue. I tried many times to unclog it myself, but not even the vinegar/baking soda method would work! After checking Yelp reviews, I called AiRight and they were able to send someone within an hour to take care of the issue. The charge was $100, but it was a lot less than an another company that was available that quickly. The tech who did the job was Chris and he was friendly and professional. He said that the work was guaranteed for 30 days, too. He was able to unclog the toilet in about 5 minutes. Yahoo! I hope I won't need to contact them, again, but if the need arises, I won't hesitate.
10/10 would recommend AiRight for your heating and cooling woes! Terry and his team are a pleasure to work with and do their best to make sure you get the best value. Service is fast, friendly, and efficient. When the elderly AC unit at our family home finally took its final breath, we called on the AiRight team. With global supply issues and massive shipping delays as a result of the pandemic, we were looking at anywhere from 3 to 6 months of sweltering, dry heat before our new system would be delivered and installed. If that sounds awful, that's because IT IS. Terry and team said they would do everything they could to streamline the process, and they absolutely did. Within 4 WEEKS, we were back up and running with our brand new system. They were always available to troubleshoot. Don't waste your time with anyone else - go with AiRight.
Terry and Mark installed a new furnace for me in just a few hours with a very reasonable price. I had called another company to get a quote and after three calls and no response I called Airtight. Terry answered my call right away and had a price for me the same day. Installation took place a few days later.
That are very professional and even clean up after themselves.!! I really appreciate their goid work and have no qualms about referring them to other folks. You won't be disappointed when you call Airight!

I had one other company give me a $430$ quote. Luis came out, evaluated the situation and said it would take 15 min and their hourly rate was 150$. He got it done in about 15 min. Saved about $300. Great communication with Terry. Made an error in my initial time schedule and they adapted and came at a more convenient time. This is my go to plumber for life.
10/10 From my side I highly recommend Terry and Team. We instllaed Ethical h20 whole house water filteration and conditioning system with Terry and Chris. They are awesome. They are on time very friendly charged very less compared to the estimates outside. They spent 4 plus hours doing a great job re installing the System putting back . They are friendly and professional. For all my cooling Heating and plumbing needs its a one stop going forward..

I called because there seemed to be some sort of leaking underneath my kitchen sink. Robert was able to come in 20 minutes to take a look.
I appreciated Robert's honesty. He told me that the issue was outside my apartment and that the problem was the HOA common drain, full well knowing that every HOA has their own plumber they contract work to. This was during COVID so I'm sure business wasn't great so for him to be honest and not just say some bs to get a quick buck was very much appreciated.
I did not get to see Robert's work firsthand but his character and honesty was outstanding and for that I would highly recommend.
First time the whole house was flooded in the middle of the night. This was the only company who returned my call. Price up front. Robert got to my house fairly quickly. Got the job done in less than an hour. Very professional. Highly recommended.

AiRight is great. Not only did they do a good job, provide good updates and reworked a small leak for free, they explain well in layman terms so someone like me understands the leak problem and solution. Terry is always on top of things and he makes sure I got a timely response. My house leaked from under the concrete slab, and Gus was able to fix my 1995 house's broken hot water copper pipe by re-routing the pipe, no need to cut through the concrete slab that would be costly and time-consuming.

AirRight is a great company! Honestly. They have knowledgeable staff that can answer your questions and will knock out your project rapidly quick. Out job was a new AC, air ducts, and heat. All installed within 2 half days which was perfect as I work from home. I highly recommend these guys! They will go above and beyond to get the job done but also make sure you are satisfied.

Awesome service! Fast, friendly and reliable. They helped me with pipe's leak under my bathroom. I'm extremely satisfied.

Called these guys because of good Yelp reviews and the company is in the same city. Noticed a leak around my AC unit the night before. I let them know it hadn't been serviced in a while and probably just needed cleaning.
Anyway, they hunted around and finally told me that I needed the coil and condensor replaced and estimated the cost at $5,000. They also said if I wanted to wait they could replace the coolant at $260.
I told them no thanks I will get other estimates. In walks George later that afternoon from GUK Heating and air. Changes the filter, snakesvthe drain. Clamps a tube, checks the condenser. Out the door at $165.
I think the technicians need some training or did they think that they could pull something like that on me? No thank you.
Hector got to the house SUPER fast. Really awesome plumber. Honest and not trying to make you pay too much. Fixed the sinks and done. We use AirRight whenever we need help and they are really incredible.
Airight plumbing services responded to my issue first and they were very helpful. I tried for a couple days to fix my issue but to no avail. Even though the plumber didn't explain the issue of what was the problem, I did my best to show him what wasn't working properly. They were quick, efficient, didn't leave a mess and they were able to use one of the items I bought to fix my outdoor piping issue. Overall, 5 stars can be given to Airight plumbing service.

Fast response to my after-hours inquiry, and even faster service. They had a technician on site the next morning and he had all the parts needed for my air conditioning repair. Price was a bit high, but I don't mind paying for good fast service.

used the referral system on Yelp to find a plumber to help me install a new faucet and re-install my garbage disposal and drain pipe assembly on a new sink.
I received several calls, but only a few would give me any type of estimate over the phone. Some of the bids were astonishingly high, even though I told them I had all the parts.
I was in a time crunch, as installation of the sink had run late into the week and I needed my kitchen as soon as possible. Terry at Airight Cooling, Heating and Plumbing, Inc. called me back after business hours (within 30 minutes of my request) and asked me a few questions about the job. He quoted me a price range over the phone that was very reasonable, and also told me he could have a plumber at my house first thing in the morning.
Chris was the plumber Terry sent. He showed up on time and called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He was very polite, very clean worker also. He wore booties, wore a mask, answered all of my questions and did a great job! He also informed me of an electrical safety issue with the disposal so I could have it repaired.
They charged me less than the upper end of the estimate and got me back into my kitchen within an hour!
Having any type of repair work is so expensive and tough to have completed these days. I am so grateful to Terry and Chris for helping me!
Airight did a great job on our laundry room conversion. We moved the washer/dryer to the garage, which required new hookups there, and then converted the laundry room in to a galley kitchen, which involved replacing the sink, installing new disposal, dishwasher, water purification system, and water line to refrigerator, as well as cutting back and capping gas line. Competitively priced, flexible with scheduling, showed up on time over the 2 days to complete, left work area clean, worked with me on a few changes to scope. Would work with them again.
