Great quick service!   Very easy and responsive.  Exactly what i was hoping for.  Would definetly recommend.

So... I chose BDP based on their reviews here on Yelp. I also like to support small businesses. Unfortunately, this is not a business I can support again and I am writing this review to inform any future customers.

The good news: they were responsive at first. When I needed a technician to come by and look at the prospective work, Shaun arrived the very day I called. I thought I was in good hands.

However, since then, I have had nothing but neglect from the company. I have a mainline issue. I cannot even use my kitchen sink. They are fully aware of this. I explained that I need a quote with the scope of work (i.e. cost for each aspect of the job) so my insurance will begin the process and I can have my sink back.

Here's where things get bad. I've spoken with Shaun and Darin on multiple occasions. Both promised me this quote for weeks. Having now spent a month without a kitchen sink and still no quote, I'm going with a different company.

I cannot even speak to their work on repairs, as they never allowed it to get this far. However, if their delay on a simple quote is any indication of their repair work, I do NOT recommend them. Promise after promise, and I'm still cleaning dishes out of a bucket.

I'll be finding a new plumber. If you need a good and reliable plumber, I suggest you look elsewhere as well.

Also, Shaun tried using Darin's family emergency as an excuse for not getting me the quote. Yet, I spoke with Darin over the phone many times prior to any family emergency. Each time he gave me a specific day to provide the quote, stating, I'll have it to you by Thursday, and the quote would never arrive. I'm sorry for any emergency he may have had, but this issue was unresolved for weeks prior to any emergency. I'm not buying the excuse.

Chris gets an A+ for service. So easy to call and schedule - called on Saturday night and he made it out Monday morning. He gave me a 20 minute call ahead so I could make it home. Assessed the problem and did a quick repair. I need a new kitchen faucet and it will be Chris who I call to get it installed. Such a relief to have a plumber I can rely on!!

This is the second time in a month we have had Plumbing Plus come out to our home. Every time hey are quick and get the job done. Jordan came out yesterday to fix a clogged kitchen sink and took the time to explain everything to me. He also gave me additional tips to help with this kind of problem in the future! Jordan was great!

Let's face it, no one likes to call a plumber because you know it's going to be expensive! I had a clog in my kitchen drain and after several attempts to unclog it, I was unsuccessful. I reached out to Yelp and saw all the positive reviews from former customers and decided to give Above and Beyond Plumbing a call. I spoke to Maria, who was very friendly, and she told me the technician would be at my house in a few hours. She called back within a few minutes and informed me the technician would be over right away. Kevin arrived and I told him all the troubleshooting things I attempted to unclog the drain with no success. Next step was to snake the pipe. Kevin quoted me the price of $99.00 and began working on the drain. Kevin made several attempts to clear the pipe from one access point under the sink, but was unable to clear the pipe. He tried another access point from a hidden cleanout in our room addition and snaked the pipe from that location. Kevin was very careful and meticulous not to stain the carpet. Kevin was patient and calm throughout the process. After running the snake through the pipe, Kevin was able to successfully clear the pipe! Kevin is to be commended for his professionalism, job knowledge, and caring attitude. If you're looking for an honest and trustworthy plumbing company, I highly recommend Above and Beyond Plumbing!

Having just renovated my house, and knowing that I would one day have a slab leak (as have many neighbors), I decided to proactively repipe my house to have all plumbing moved above ground.  I conducted evaluations of several potential plumbing companies, and ultimately chose Ameri-Cal Repipe, which turned out to be an excellent decision.   From the first engagement with Toby and the folks at Ameri-Cal, I was impressed.  Toby's initial walk through and estimate was very thorough; he provided me with details of exactly what, how, and when everything would be done.  In the following days as I had more questions, Toby responded to my text messages immediately with answers and reassurance that the job would be done right.  Throughout the process, Toby was extremely polite and professional.   Upon initiating the work, the process proceeded as follows.  On the first day, four plumbers repiped our entire house with PEX.  On the second day we had an inspection, and on the third and fourth days drywallers repaired dozens of holes in the walls.  Each and everyone I interacted with from Ameri-Cal Repipe, whether in person, on the phone, or via email, was courteous, respectful, and demonstrated the utmost in professionalism.  I am extremely pleased that I chose Ameri-Cal to do this work and would definitely recommend them for repipe work, as you can be assured they will be respectful of you and your home and do a great job.

This was the best rip off of the month. Needed to instal a bidet and they ended up charging $230 for a 5 minute job!

Christian repaired our clogged bathtub within 30 minutes. He also made time to check the water pressure of our home. He was nice, friendly, jovial, and knowledgeable.

This company is our go to plumber! They are affordable and reliable. I highly recommend them.

I want to thank my technicians,  Clayton and John for their fast, friendly professional service.  They came to my home on a Sunday to replace old leaking water heater.  They showed up when promised and went right to work. The price was what was quoted to me over the phone.  No upselling.  They replaced everything including all venting and added a couple extra braces. Took about 90 minutes and left my home spotless.  Thanks again

J Chase was fantastic when we got our water filtration system installed. They had never seen the system before, but that didn't stop them when it came to installation. Instead of giving an I don't know how to do this answer, they were looking at the system online, the guidance online, etc. they were awesome about working with our schedule and when they could come install. Definitely recommend!!

I have used Discount Plumbing twice and they are very reliable. They arrived on time and provided me with a reasonable estimate. They were thorough and made suggestions to replace worn out parts. I will definitely use Discount Plumbing in the future.

Totally honest!! If someone is looking for a honest plumber this is the guy! Paul is pleasant and honest has morals and integrity. He's not out there to create  a problem he's there to resolve it! Our air conditioning was having a problem and it wasn't plumbing and he was the only one  to let us know when other plumbers told us lied. Don't be a  pushover with other plumbers and call Paul today. Paul will not disappoint you or mislead giving great  vibes.

I had two service techs come out last Thursday to replace the hardware in two bathroom tub faucets. while nice they left with the hardware replaced but a leak now. When I asked if that was normal one service tech said oh it could be something else which would cost several hundreds of dollars. He said they could apply the cost of the first visit but my issue is I DIDN'T have a leak until they touched it. I emailed yesterday and no response but two fast responses when scheduling. $379 btw to replace the hardware and I had the new parts already.

I contacted Diamond Plumbing through the Yelp Quotes feature and within 15 minutes, Esteban responded.  We exchanged Yelp emails and I emailed a few photos of the work that was needed: install a tub spout/filler and complete the installation of our Hydro Systems Isabella tub.  Initially, Esteban stated that they were booked for 2-3 weeks, but by mid-day, he was able to send Ryan out to help.
I spoke to Ryan first because I wanted to make sure Esteban was sending out a plumber who had experience with bath tubs.  It wasn't a cheap investment for us to purchase a new tub, so we wanted the right person.  Ryan assured me over the phone that he has experience with bath tub installation.
Per my request, Ryan sent me a text that he was 30 minutes away.  He arrived on time, assessed the problem and started working immediately.  He is very professional, knowledgeable and honest.  He also pointed out that we needed additional work on the tub and provided me with a quote.  Overall, the response from Esteban was great, the price was very competitive and the work completed by Ryan was perfect.  We have had several issues with other licensed contractors and it's REFRESHING to work with Diamond Plumbing who are not only prompt in responding, but they're honest and do honest work.  Definitely will work with again and absolutely recommend!

Chris and his associate arrived on time, very efficient, fixed the plumbing issue, provided me suggestions and recommendations of services that should be taken care of at another time. Both plumbers are professional yet personable. I will be using them for future plumbing issues.

We've used Lead & Oakum for all of our consultative needs in our rental home. Every single plumbing issue we've had has not only been responded to ASAP, but with careful analyzation around what causes the issue and what preventive measures we can take to ensure the issue doesn't happen again. Love these guys and use them time and time again for all of our plumbing needs.

After having to deal with a clogged sink for several days and me trying to McGiver the crap out of it. I finally gave up. Desperately looking for a reliable, affordable and most importantly of all transparent and honest plumber, I called this company. I've unfortunately have had bad experiences with other company that has obviously have the funds for their advertisements, yes, they're well known, yes they've been around for sometime etc. Unfortunately, sometimes they go astray after being around for a while and loses the value we do dearly and desperately need the most, empathy and kindness. With that, I called this company, ABE Plumbing Services. The very next day they showed up. Assessed the issue. And yes, it was thorough. Found out (personally got invited to crawl underneath my house and was showed the culprit.. collapsed pipes.. I asked for the extent of the labor and quote. Being a disabled veteran, I got no other job no additional income  other than what I get from the government. I told them straight up. I'm in a financial difficulty. To my surprise, Juan, this young man, professional man, very understanding and empathetic. Extended his hand to help a man in need. Offered me a very reasonable price for which I was happy to agree. What seems to be a hopeless situation being in a financial constraint, became a relief.
From an old crusty falling apart disabled veteran, please allow me to extend my gratitude for your service and more importantly for your empathy and professionalism. Juan, thank you. For a clogged drain in my kitchen sink, Mr Rooter manager  Mr. Lee fitted an appointment into their tight schedule on short notice. The plumber Omar arrived in time and the job was well done. From the management team to their employees, every step was highly efficient, professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Charles arrived at our home on time and with a friendly attitude.  showed him our clogged drain issue and asked questions to help with diagnosis.  He gave us the estimate and had him work the problem.  Fixed our drain issue quickly and tested the drain a few times to make sure it works.  Very clean and cleaned up and verified before leaving.  He's very personable and he gave some recommendations to help maintain our drains.  Would highly recommend Anderson Plumbing.
