Best Drainage Installation in Chicago IL

These guy were respectful and new their stuff! I found my new plumbers!  Very helpful!

I spoke with Jose who was very friendly. My basement toilet kept over flowing from water from the city flooding in my basement. Jose and another worker came out to rod the sewer drain but his rod got stuck! 3 1/2 hrs later the rod was still stuck. Jose informed my husband that the rod is stuck probably because of a broken pipe and that we could have a city inspector come out but they would charge us 1200.00 just to approve or deny the work from the city. I asked Jose if he could just come try and remove the rod because i need a second opinion. He came out the next day and it took him 35 mins to remove the supposedly stuck rod. Something didn't seem right so I called the city myself. They told me the city inspector is free! Any charges I would incur would be from the plumber and if the inspector came out and it was anything the city needed to fix it would be on the city's dime not mine. I never write reviews on yelp but I don't appreciate anyone or any company that try to take advantage of a homeowner.  Fyi.......Be careful with looking at reviews on yelp. Anyone can write them. Back to angies list I go.

Updating my review because we have now used this group twice and their service continues to be outstanding. For a second time, their response time and resolution of our issue was nothing short of amazing. The customer service is top notch. I will continue to use this company anytime their services are needed and would recommend them to any friend or family. Five stars all day.

We had a drain backup in the basement and needed help fast. Dmitri arrived on time, observed CoVid protocol, took off his shoes without having to be asked, and went right to work. He diagnosed the problem, worked hard to resolve the issue, and made some great suggestions to avoid future problems with tree roots in the pipes. He was polite, efficient, and thorough. I also spoke with the owner (also named Dmitri) and he was very easy to reach quickly, and quite helpful. I recommend this company!

When I bought my house 3 years ago I needed a good plumber because of a water main leak.  Being disappointed by all my plumbers I tried Craigslist and found Bert.  He came out and underbid my usual guy by almost over 15%.  I was worried because of how big the job was.  But Bert seemed very knowledgeable .  They did everything they said and on schedule.  The water main ran under the sidewalk and he was even able to get the cement work done.  
Now I use him at all my buildings. I have used him at least 10 time since.
He was at one of my buildings today to rod the line and as usual;  fast, great work and under budget.  and he always does a great cleanup.  Thank you To Bert and the crew at ALL.

I had a sink hole in front of my drive way and the city said it was because of my pipe. I called Roto rooter and numerous other rooter companies some other specialists all quoted me 20to25 k. Some asked for a fee to look. A neighbor left a card for north coast and boy was I grateful I found them! They came right away and quoted me 6k! I could not believe it! I hired them ASAP and they did the whole job in a few hours. Best service, great work and bottom line saved me more than 14k.!!! I highly recommend north coast sewer!!! Thank you

My sewer line was backing up into the basement  as the main line needed to be cleaned. Looked on YELP for  someone in my area and found Flush Plumbing with a number of 5 star reviews. They promptly returned my call and Darron (the owner) was out within the hour  and quickly cleaned out the roots causing the issue. Prompt service and a fair price means I won't hesitate to use them again. His business card is now pinned to my board of service people that I will use and reccomend.

Southland plumbing was the best customer experience I've had in a while. Highly recommend Jason. Very informative.

Peter was courteous and professional. He took care of my faucet replacement efficiently, and helped me answer several other questions. The cost was reasonable as well. I highly recommend him and Burr Oak Plumbing, and will be hiring the company again for future work as needed.

People's Gas had put a camera down our sewer and said we needed to get it rodded. It wasn't an emergency, but I called Lincoln Sewer and Phil said he could come later that day. He and Joe? worked for an hour and a half trying to rod it, but they couldn't get through and said I needed to install a clean out. Phil said he'd have Janet call to get the permit on Friday (it was Wednesday, July 3rd) and he'd come do the work on Monday. Everything went exactly according to schedule. They cleaned out our catch basin as well which was backed up and they got that going. He had 2 more guys come to help with digging the 5-6 foot hole needed for the clean out. The inspector couldn't come until the next day, so they had everything ready and cordoned it off with caution tape. The next day, he said he'd come at 12:30, he came early and installed an ejector pump before I even got there because ours was broken (previously agreed upon). They waited for the inspector and after he came & left, they began filling in the hole & cementing the top of the new pipe. They let my 8 year old & his friend shovel some dirt into the hole to help which was really nice. They cleaned up really well. They were excellent, I would definitely hire again. Glad I found them.
