Did a fantastic job with my water heater. Quick response and did a quality and fast install. Highly recommended.

They say that they are plumbers but they aren't.  A real plumber doesn't put shower fixtures on backwards and can install a hot water heater without having the city inspector fail it.

I was kind of disappointed to receive an estimate to repair a main line water leak in my front yard with no investigation or even looking for the leak. The leak was near the water meter in the lower part of my yard; 5FT x 5FT square area. With a shovel, I found the leak in about an hour digging up a 2FT x 2FT square area and spending $25 in parts to repair the leak myself. I will say the technician was very friendly, listened to my concerns and arrived when he said he would. I did receive a call from they office to inform me the technician was on his way. Customer service was good, but I suggest you get more than one estimate before proceeding with your repairs.

NOTE: Owner Dave Parker contacted me early the morning after this review. He apologized and explained the reasoning for their what I considered to be a high estimate. After the explanation I felt better about the estimated cost. Even though the technician was very nice and very attentive, I feel that with the estimate that he was providing should have come with a more in-depth explanation. When the owner of a relatively large company like Dave's reaches out to your personally, It shows that he cares about his customers and his business. Thank you for taking the time Dave.

Carolina Plumbing is one of the contractors you can trust. They go above and beyond to satisfy you. These folks are the bomb and I have them setup on emergency dial.

I would recommend All Hours Plumbing to my family and friends.  My hot water heater went out over the weekend (of course) and All Hours Plumbing was one of many plumbers I called.  Brett was very knowable and asked all the right questions for my situation.  He mentioned since it was a hot water heater that it might be difficult to replace on a Sunday since his supplier was closed.  He explained why using a hot water heater from Lowes or Home Depot could be problematic if I ever needed to use its warranty.  There was no sales pressure just laying out the facts.  I called a few more plumbers after but realized that All Hours Plumbing was looking out for my best interest so I called them back scheduled an appointment.  They said they would be there around 12 and he got there EARLY (you don't hear that much).  Anyways, they were professional, clean, and got me up and going in no time... Thank All Hours Plumbing...

Nick is the best!! Came out, in between jobs, 45 minutes after I called and a local plumber bailed.
Helped my SO move the vanity and even gave us some nails to put the molding back.
Can not recommend this gentleman more. Seriously, we are moving to Cornelius in two weeks and he saved us not coming in to a master bath without plumbing. Will only recommend and use this guy going forward.

I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. I called at 8pm they would have came out rite away for a fee but I said it could wait they showed up at the time we agreed on . Lundon was my tech very knowledgable we discussed all my options was a tad pricey but you get what you pay for and it was worth it I got a new well pump new bladder tank and hot water heater took bout 5 1/2 hrs . Great job Lundon

He offered great suggestions on follow up tasks I had surrounding the project, and those suggestions proved extremely helpful. He went above and beyond. Slam dunk choice for plumbing help.  Ken was absolutely straightforward in his analysis of my problem (water heater), creative in trying to find less expensive solutions than a complete replacement.  Equally, if not more importantly, he followed up on each visit he made to make sure we were happy and to answer any questions.  Definitely made us feel we were in good, trustworthy hands.  We recommend him highly.

I had Chris come over to install a garbage disposal today.   He brought an associate as well.  Together, both were professional, clean, worked swiftly and most importantly, made sure we were happy with the completion.  From a personal experience, I would recommend him/associate for those seeking service.

My girlfriend called these guys and the people are polite, capable and courteous, but their pricing for a simple sink drain cleanout is insane.  $89 for a trip charge (not credited into the job) + $473 to snake the drain for a pre tax total of $562; with tax a total of  $602.75. This job was less than an hour onsite.  
They claim upfront pricing, but do not give even rough pricing over the phone and will tell you that a knowledgable technician will call you and schedule an appointment.  The upfront pricing comes when they are on site and the clock is running with, in our case, an intimidated lady feeling trapped into the deal.
I have over 25 years in the construction industry as a licensed general contractor/remodeler/inspector and while I appreciate trade work and the cost to value as it relates to skill and overhead expense, there are some things that are way out of line. I would have done this myself, but my girlfriend was trying not to worry me with a simple problem leaving me to find out after the fact when I saw the invoice.

Once again these guys get the job done, but for a simple drain cleanout it would be in your best interest to shop elsewhere.

Had a tub removed in my grandma's house she is 80 and has a hard time stepping over the tub they installed a walk in shower with grab bars for her safety they had the upmost compassion for my mom and remodeled her bathroom for her safety it took a huge worry off my mind i was so worried she would fall but thanks to abetterway for putting me at ease they also followed up a year later for a warranty issue that they took care of at no cost to me! Dustin the owner is a standup guy they have done a few jobs for my friends as well!

The handle on the toilet broke and was replaced with an even better one than I had!  The outside faucet was repaired as well and Thomas Tetreault even took a look at the sewer line for me.  All in all the service was very appreciated.  I enjoyed the space talk even more!

Jim Dickerson has been handling ALL my plumbing need since late 70's early 80's.  They are always professional, prompt and efficient. They just spent 4 hours at my house today cleaning up a problem that was covered up by the people I bought my townhome from.  I cannot imagine calling another plumbing company.   His daughters are wonderful and so friendly and professional.  You will be happy you called them!!!.  I SING THEM PRAISES

I felt that the technician was more interested in upselling instead of listening and diagnosing problem.  We had a clog/blockage in drainage piping under house that was causing backup of septic into house (we believe due to construction materials getting into drain from remodel we had just had done in bathroom). We were wanting likes snakes/scoped to make sure clog was resolved and no further issues.  Technician tried to convince us that we needed to repipe drainage pipe for whole house which was not wanted or needed.  We had lived in house three plus years and no issues prior to bathroom remodel.
