I called and described the problem and he said he could come out and figure out the problem. He was here for 30 min, told me what is likely the problem and said he would generate a quote for resolving it. I then was billed $250. Jason was super nice and professional, but a $250 visit fee should be made clear up front in my opinion. I'm not mad that he didn't fix the issue on site, I knew that going in, but a fee that large should be communicated up front.

They really are Option 1! Contact them for advice, replacement, repairs or new installation. From Celebrity customers to people like little ol' me, everyone is treated like Gold. Seriously, I felt that. Anyway, Tim came out with a colleague and they both evaluated each of my concerns with both short-and-long term solutions. Consultation and guidance go a long way toward making the best decision for my family. I learned a lot from them and got all my needs taken care of. So glad for their full-service and quick solutions. I have a child with special needs and made some extraordinary requests -- Tim met every challenge with his expertise and became my point-person. I truly am happy, even after paying for new plumbing throughout my home and the tankless water heater and carbon filter. The ability to enjoy my home worry-free is worth all the pennies!!

Received excellent service from Reggie.  He was the first plumber in 5 that found the clean out in our front yard.  Backup was quickly fixed.   I would highly recommend ER services.   And thanks to Reggie.

Jordan was amazing. I made a ridiculous error when scheduling during a time where having the water being turned off would have been impossible and felt so foolish. Jordan thought of a solution, fixed the problem, and installed my water heater with as little disruption as possible!  I really thought my lack of common sense was going to cause me another ice cold shower, but he fixed that. I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. Third time and it just keeps getting better as these guys are the definition of excellence of execution as Daniel Payne showed up ten minutes early, identified the issue with my water heater, explained it in an easy to understand fashion without making me feel like an idiot haha, didn't try to upsell me on a new heater, and last but not least, fixed the issue no problem.  I will continue to recommend these guys to everyone I know as they are honest, fair, personable and trustworthy.  Fantastic work option one!

Chad was professional, affordable, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. He did his homework on the project prior to quoting me his rate. My project had layers to it and he communicated effectively. He offered great suggestions on follow up tasks I had surrounding the project, and those suggestions proved extremely helpful. He went above and beyond. Even charging me less once he completed the work. I highly recommend!

Awesome.  Ken gave me a quote to replace a couple of traps and repair a leaking faucet in my old West Hartford house.  His quote was very reasonable and I had been given his name as a referral so I hired him for the job.  He was easy to schedule, showed up early (after calling to make sure it was OK), and came in with a final bill significantly lower than his already reasonable initial quote!  Ken is an honest, hardworking local businessman and I'd highly recommend you give him a call if you are shopping for plumbers.

I had Chris come over to install a garbage disposal today.   He brought an associate as well.  Together, both were professional, clean, worked swiftly and most importantly, made sure we were happy with the completion.  From a personal experience, I would recommend him/associate for those seeking service.

They replaced 2 master bath faucets for us.  Work was done quickly and effectively.  The guys were friendly and even took time to replace an unrelated drain cap that was broken.  I would recommend!

I had granite countertops installed by Carolina Granite and unbeknownst to me, they do not reconnect the plumbing so I contacted 3 Way Plumbing since they had been to my home from a home warranty issue I had and I was satisfied with the work they completed. I only needed a faucet installed and the plumbing reconnected (dishwasher, garbage disposal and PVC pipes for sink). The PVC pipes were practically brand new since the garbage disposal was replaced last December. I was charged $757 for this work and feel this is highway robbery. I didn't ask for the pipes to be replaced which they were and it took less than an hour and a half to complete the job. My advice after this expensive experience is to hire an independent plumber who doesn't pass their overhead onto the customer as you'll be paying for their high tech work vans and advertising costs.

I had a real plumbing emergency upon returning from vacation. My upstairs toilet overflowed severely. Justin provided excellent customer service via the telephone. Walking me through how to shut off my water in my home and advising me that he would be to me immediately to help me get to the bottom of what was going on. He was very polite, helpful, and he educated me on what exactly transpired, very quick and efficient. I definitely would highly recommend this company. Should you experienced any plumbing emergencies highly recommended.

Ripoff/scam artists. Insanely high quotes. They'll tell you your unit is about to fail when it's perfectly fine.

Came out quickly to repair a broken water line, which was the only positive.

Negatives:

1. Lost the lock key to my crawl space so I have to buy a new lock.

2.  Did not even attempt to fix landscaping they removed.  They removed lighting, a plant, and a small rock wall and left it scattered in the yard.  

Extremely disappointed with their aftercare for the price I paid for them to come out.

A friend of mine used North Meck Plumming.  I didn't just because they could not get out here as early because we had been without water for 2 weeks. They completely restored his landscaping as close to the original as possible.

I was having issues and called this place to come out to inspect.  This was on Wednesday and the guy told me someone would be here on Thursday. Great!  Waited all day on Thursday, no one showed. I called them back and they said I was on the schedule for Friday (even though I received my text).  So, whatever, Friday it is.  Now after waiting all day again, no one showed up and I received another text to see we'll see you tomorrow (meaning Saturday).  These people have no clue of what they are doing.  Go somewhere else!
