Option One Plumbing was excellent in every respect! Ted, their tech, was efficient, professional, and even friendly late on a Saturday after what must have been a long day. I really appreciate the work of the entire team, from the initial scheduling, regular updates throughout the day to let me know of changes in the tech's ETA, and ultimately fix my tankless water heater without trying to upsell me something I didn't need. They initially quoted me a $99 fee for the after-hours weekend visit, and in the end that is all they charged since Ted was able to fix the heater without additional parts. Thank you, Ted and Option One!

ER plumbing services came through and sent a master plumber Tuesday, who rebuilt the stops on all 3 leaks. They also rebuilt the kitchen sink plumbing to fix that larger issue. The bathtub leak still needs to be resolved but they state it must be completed by a bathroom renovation Bathtub installation contractor. They will also refund the site visit fee, so we're just awaiting that. They eventually came through for us with some further escalation and seasoned eyes.

I only give it 2 stars instead of 1 because the receptionist Melissa is extremely polite, courteous and professional. the plumber Mr Helms was also polite, but I think he missed quite a few glaring issues.
Very disappointed with the level of troubleshooting skills. I called in citing a few plumbing issues for my mom, who speaks broken English but doesn't make her naive nor ignorant. Something about the plumbing visit next day at 10am was amiss. 1. The plumber claimed the dishwasher was the root cause of the kitchen sink leak and heple sop up the water and referred her to carolina appliances. 2. He stated since my mom was visibly remodeling the upstairs hallway bathroom, he suspected the hot water faucet was dripping and not tight and just closed it without further troubleshooting nor looking why there are water stains in the area directly below.
Talking with contractor/ handyman onsite... way more information. I need to ask ER plumbing to come back again cause it's 1. The pvc pipe leading to dishwasher that's the root cause, may need to replace with copper. not the dishwasher appliance as root cause. and 2. upstairs bathroom faucet not closed is not the issue. The contractor also opened up to see the bathtub pipe drain is leaking... and rusted. They recommend a licensed plumber to come back out to resolve. My cousin is now onsite and we found a 3rd issue. There's indication that the master bathroom upstairs is also leaking as there's water spots over the half bath on the main floor indicating that.
Please refund the site visit as we are going to be forced to find another plumber to resolve these 3 clear plumbing issues. These are all active leaks! I don't trust that we would get a fair assessment nor a fair quote for full plumbing and water remediation at this point. If ER Plumbing proves me wrong I'll update this post!
I greatly respect contractors that take pride in their work and go the extra mile. This is not one of those businesses I'd recommend so far. I just wish i could post the pictures to really convey the appalling missed issues.

Carolina Pros came out and were very professional. Though the cost seemed a little high at the time, they wound up saving us lots of money. I will continue to use this company for all my plumbing needs.

We live in Charlotte, NC and our kitchen sink was leaking after our home remodel. We called Precept Plumbing and Chris came to the rescue! We had other plumbers try to fix the problem but Chris was able to quickly diagnose the situation and resolve it in less than 45 minutes. We highly recommend Precept Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Awesome. Ken gave me a quote to replace a couple of traps and repair a leaking faucet in my old West Hartford house. His quote was very reasonable and I had been given his name as a referral so I hired him for the job. He was easy to schedule, showed up early (after calling to make sure it was OK), and came in with a final bill significantly lower than his already reasonable initial quote! Ken is an honest, hardworking local businessman and I'd highly recommend you give him a call if you are shopping for plumbers.

They are very communicative and quick! Contact them for advice, replacement, repairs or new installation. From celebrity customers to people like little ol' me, everyone is treated with red carpet service. Seriously, I felt that way! Brandon came out with a colleague and they both evaluated each of my concerns with both short-and-long term solutions. Consultation and guidance go a long way toward making the best decision for my family. I learned a lot from them and got all my needs taken care of. So glad for their full-service and quick solutions. I have a child with special needs and made some extraordinary requests -- Brandon met every challenge with his expertise. I truly am happy, even after paying for new plumbing throughout my home and the tankless water heater and carbon filter. The ability to enjoy my home worry-free is worth all the pennies!

I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow! (Al. Ft. Mill, SC)

We had a pipe leak inside of our walls that all affected our floors. The person that was initially supposed to come out was stuck on a job so the owner, Justin, came out. Joe was there for the rest of the project. They were professional, straightforward, polite and fixed the issue without trouble. I definitely recommend this company and will continue to use them for any issues in the future.

We just bought our home and have had several sub contractors come in and out to make it our own. Chad is at the top of our list for professional quality workmanship. He clearly communicated with us throughout the process, showed up on time, was very detailed and cleaned up. I can speak from experience in saying It is so hard to find this quality level of service. We will happily will use him again for our future needs which will be many with our older home.

Courteous, professional, timely and Nathan really knew what he was doing. Cost seemed very reasonable considering time spent and work accomplished. Will refer to friends and call them back when needed.

If they are so good and everybody is recommending them way will they not return a call or come when they say they will. Don't understand my money is as good as anyone's. Derrick said his dad would call or he would call right back. Two days later still haven't heard from anyone. What's up Edy Mac return a call like you said

We just moved into our new house about a week prior. The air conditioner stopped working one night so we called Morris Jenkins. They came out the next day when I was at work, but my wife and 2 4 year olds were home. The technician told my wife that it was a blown fuse and that it was fixed but that he was almost knocked down with the smell of gas coming from our crawl space. At no point did he call the gas company, emergency services or even ask my family to leave until it could properly be ventilated. They turned the gas off until an estimator could come out that night. The estimator stated that the furnace was not operational and that it needed to be replaced and was very forceful in trying to get us to replace the second zone heating and air conditioning also. We could not afford it so we agreed to replace the first zone furnace because they made us fear for ours and our children's lives with the gas leak. Work was performed the next day. While an obviously new person showed my wife how to operate the new thermostat, she asked him about the gas leak. He clearly had no idea what leak she was talking about. When she asked him again, he remembered, oh yeah, I was almost knocked down with the smell. He used the same exact wording, like it was a script. How could it smell under there if it was turned off and ventilated so it was safe for us to stay in the house? I've worked in emergency services for over 10 years and the answer is that there was no leak. They would have had my family exit the house , called the fire department and gas company until the house was ventilated and deemed safe. I called Piedmont Natural gas and confirmed that if a contractor smells gas, they must call the gas company. The next day, I asked for a very detailed invoice detailing absolutely everything that was done. I received that invoice and no gas line work was done, especially no pressure tests for anything to determine where the leak was. I asked the technician to send me pictures of the old furnace which they stated had a burnt out mother board, blower motor that didn't work because it was covered in dust. I received the pictures and they showed some dust on the blower wheel and no discoloration on the circuit board, whatsoever. Moreover, the previous homeowners were meticulous and had all the units serviced often and kept all of the records. As a side note, we had two plumbers in the crawl space earlier that week to give us estimates on stove work and there was no gas leak. I had the pictures reviewed by hvac techs and they stated that there was no overheating on that circuit board. Morris Jenkins used fear mongering to get us to spend $8400 on a new furnace.

Jim Dickerson is a helluva guy. I worked there for nearly four years, and was never asked to do anything illegal or unethical. You get what you pay for, and the prices we charged were fair by market standards. I left after a major contract cancelled, but would have stayed otherwise. I hope that the family has continued with his vision since he has stepped back in terms of management.
