I need to relocate my conventional water heater. I asked him to give me a quote. It was very hot when he showed up but he quickly went underneath crawl space to diagnose the route and finally he recommended to use an external one. I got quotes from several plumbers and he is most knowledgeable so I picked him. He showed up on time. He and his team finished their job before noon. Water heater has being working very well. I can't be any happier.

Came out very quick for a drainage blockage. Daniel was very professional and gave me a very competitive price. Work was done quickly,no concerns.

I paid nearly $500 parts and labor for a simple kitchen sink faucet to be replaced. Same make and model as one already there and not even with a separate sprayer. That seems terribly high to me. Took under an hour. Installation no complaints at all, but the price?! Does that seem excessive to anyone else?

Not professional at all. Long story short with out naming people the tech said  he would do our job. Called him to set it up and he said to me on the phone he would do it no problem and to call the office to schedule. Called the office after going over everything we needed done for our remodel she got our address and said she would have to call the tech to verify. Guess she told him not to do it cause she called me back and said we live to far away. We are only 25 minutes from their office. What a joke. They did our friends house which is less than 10 minutes away. Not very professional to tell me and the contractor you would do the job just to have just to have a secretary change your mind. On a better note you want professional service from the office to the tech's coming out call FatMan Plumbing Pros in Waxhaw. They had no issue coming to our house and we are further away from their office. Also according to Carolina Plumbing Prwebsite they go all the way to Gastonia and further but you can't come to Marshville in the same county your office is in. That 25 minutes into Charlotte may take you a hour to drive when the 25 minutes to my house will only take you 25 minutes. You realize how much gas is now and we weren't even getting estimates we were giving you the work. Would have been easy money.

Nick is the best!! Came out, in between jobs, 45 minutes after I called and a local plumber bailed.
Helped my SO move the vanity and even gave us some nails to put the molding back.
Can not recommend this gentleman more. Seriously, we are moving to Cornelius in two weeks and he saved us not coming in to a master bath without plumbing. Will only recommend and use this guy going forward.

They came out within a few hours of our plumbing backup and promptly figured out the issue. They immediately got started digging and replacing the damaged portions of the line and limited the repair to the necessary sections. They went above and beyond and replaced an extra portion of the old pipe without charging us extra. We felt very confident in their knowledge and ability and they put our minds at ease. They made a very stressful problem as smooth as it could possibly be. Brian was especially helpful and took the time to make sure we understood the issue along the way.

Slam dunk choice for plumbing help.  Ken was absolutely straightforward in his analysis of my problem (water heater), creative in trying to find less expensive solutions than a complete replacement.  Equally, if not more importantly, he followed up on each visit he made to make sure we were happy and to answer any questions.  Definitely made us feel we were in good, trustworthy hands.  We recommend him highly.

Had a tub removed in my grandma's house she is 80 and has a hard time stepping over the tub they installed a walk in shower with grab bars for her safety they had the upmost compassion for my mom and remodeled her bathroom for her safety it took a huge worry off my mind i was so worried she would fall but thanks to abetterway for putting me at ease they also followed up a year later for a warranty issue that they took care of at no cost to me! Dustin the owner is a standup guy they have done a few jobs for my friends as well!

I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. Chad did a fantastic job of fixing a patio door that was very difficult to open.   He responded to texts and emails promptly, and showed up on time for the job.  It was a pleasure doing business with him.   Chad will be the first person I call for any future home jobs.

I was calling to get a RFP for swapping out a black flow preventer. Would not give an estimate unless came out to the sight for a 90 dollar estimate fee.
It's an above ground device which is standard. Have two other companies who gave estimates and one of which is coming without a fee.

Jarrett was fantastic, no surprises, walked us through everything and showed us exactly what he was working on as he did it.  Very friendly and comprehensive

Came out quickly to repair a broken water line, which was the only positive.

Negatives:

1. Lost the lock key to my crawl space so I have to buy a new lock.

2.  Did not even attempt to fix landscaping they removed.  They removed lighting, a plant, and a small rock wall and left it scattered in the yard.  

Extremely disappointed with their aftercare for the price I paid for them to come out.

A friend of mine used North Meck Plumming.  I didn't just because they could not get out here as early because we had been without water for 2 weeks. They completely restored his landscaping as close to the original as possible.
