Super fast response when we contacted them about a backup in our main drain line. Someone was out here to check on it immediately. They weren't able to get the issue fixed at the time, so they scheduled a time for to get the right equipment in and helped up navigate comms with the county. They were really great with their own communications. Would highly recommend.

I have used Option One on several occasions now and I have yet to be dissatisfied with a single aspect of anything they have done for me!!! They have responded late at night and early morning, and they respond quickly!!

What an outstanding company to hit rand work with. We encountered an issue with our water heater Saturday morning. We called our home warranty company so they started a claim and had routed the job to a local contractor. I hang up and my phone rings it's Carolina plumbing pros to lathe rescue. Dorbi showed up and diagnosed the issue in 5 minutes. While we had to wait for the weekend and the manufacturer to open and warranty the part, they weren't kidding. One the part arrived at my doorstep Dorbi was at our door to help fix the issue. Within 30 minutes we had warm water.

What a great company to deal with. We were without water and called All Hours Plumbing to help determine the cause of the problem. Brett came out and quickly realized that the error was caused by another plumbing company who had mistakenly cut our water off when working on another home in the neighborhood. I planned to call the other plumbing company to try and get a refund. Before I was able to do so, Brett took the initiative to call and collect payment from the other plumbing company. I was very impressed, we will be using All Hours for all future plumbing needs.

Nick is the best!! Came out, in between jobs, 45 minutes after I called and a local plumber bailed.
Helped my SO move the vanity and even gave us some nails to put the molding back.
Can not recommend this gentleman more. Seriously, we are moving to Cornelius in two weeks and he saved us not coming in to a master bath without plumbing. Will only recommend and use this guy going forward.

I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. Quick turnaround service. Had a slow drain that needed some help. Scott snaked the drain bust also quickly recognized our home's cast iron piping could be root of bigger issues. Scott was thorough and walked through options regarding cast iron pipe replacement. Appreciated his expertise and professionalism.

Chad was great - responsive, reliable, thorough. Friendly and gave me a few extra pointers before he left. Would definitely recommend.

We live in Charlotte, NC and our kitchen sink was leaking after our home remodel.  We called Precept Plumbing and Chris came to the rescue! Awesome.  Ken gave me a quote to replace a couple of traps and repair a leaking faucet in my old West Hartford house.  His quote was very reasonable and I had been given his name as a referral so I hired him for the job.  He was easy to schedule, showed up early (after calling to make sure it was OK), and came in with a final bill significantly lower than his already reasonable initial quote!  Ken is an honest, hardworking local businessman and I'd highly recommend you give him a call if you are shopping for plumbers.

I had Chris come over to install a garbage disposal today.   He brought an associate as well.  Together, both were professional, clean, worked swiftly and most importantly, made sure we were happy with the completion.  From a personal experience, I would recommend him/associate for those seeking service.

They replaced 2 master bath faucets for us.  Work was done quickly and effectively.  The guys were friendly and even took time to replace an unrelated drain cap that was broken.  I would recommend!

I was calling to get a RFP for swapping out a black flow preventer. Would not give an estimate unless came out to the sight for a 90 dollar estimate fee.
It's an above ground device which is standard. Have two other companies who gave estimates and one of which is coming without a fee.

This company installed a water heater for us. Part of their sales pitch is to service and clean/flush for the life of the unit.  Is the heater is having some problems and needs it's first service and this company won't call me back. I have texted Dustin Williams and called, he hangs up on me and tells us we have the wrong number. Don't do business with this company unless you don't care about service after the install. Any implied warranty from them is useless.

Morris Jenkins AC install team just left my house, it already feels great.  All of the installers were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.  We were presented with several air conditioning options for our house and we worked with the salesperson to determine the best one.   I am very impressed with how quickly they were able to work me into their schedule and complete the job.

I called this company because I had issues with water in my tub and coming from the floor of my bathroom toilet. Along with other companies called, I decided to go with them because the rep on the phone said they we very honest people and do not charge for services that were not needed. This was their pitch for charging hourly vs flat rate. Seemed to make sense so I had them come out.
Now what did I actually get for my money? A whole bunch of nothing and a huge waste of time.
The plumber showed up at 2:50pm and had difficulty locating my sewage drain so he could snake it out. Mind you, he took the time out to view my neighbors yards and where their sewage drains were located. The sewage is also marked on the concrete, so finding it should have been all of 10 minutes. But, no....it took him 1 hour and 15 minutes to find the drain.
After he finally found it and popped open the drain, he informed me that this is a city issue and I should have called them, not the plumbing company. He also informed me that I would be charged for the full time he was there, even though some of the time he was smoking, walking in neighbors yards, and calling his office to get someone else to come help him look for the drain.
As you can imagine, I was upset to find that I had to pay almost $200 for him to do absolutely nothing. He did offer to snake the drain for me since he was already there, and since I still had the plumbing issues. I figured, why not? If I HAVE to pay him, at least I'd make him WORK for it. So, 25 minuteslater he tells me that his snake isn't long enough and that the city has to come do it afterall.  Awesome!! What CAN this company actually do, besides rip people off?
So, as he is packing up getting ready to leave, I go inside and write the check for the time he was there. But wait....there's more. I'm hit with an additional 15 minute charge, which is right around $37, for his drive time!! WHAT???? This was never mentioned to me when I called in with my issue, nor was it brought up when he arrived. I went back inside and wrote another check. At this point, I just wanted this guy and his company GONE!!!

PLEASE, SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND GET A DIFFERENT PLUMBER!!!!

I have had to use a plumber before for this same issue and not only did they locate the drain in less time, but they were able to snake the drain, pack up, and be gone in less time than these theives took to do a bunch of nothing. I will NEVER use this company again!

Becareful this company, they overcharge you and not handle business  professionally. I had sewer emergency on 6/1/22, they came and gave me estimate $12,000. They accepted cash for $9000 but I paid similar repair $4500 year ago. It only took a little more than half day and 2 people. $9000 is way overcharged. They gave me invoice but my insurance company asking for just part of the invoice for the excavation  the detection of the leak  and  the put back for the cement not the entire invoice. I requested it more than a month ago, my insurance company requested it through email and I called them 3 times. They still didn't generate the part invoice I need as today 8/2/22. This company is not professional handled and they will scam you if you let them.
