Jason with Julian's plumbing was fantastic. He did everything that you dream and hope that a plumber will do but usually doesn't. He was EARLY, he called 30 mins ahead of time as he promised that he would, he was clean, respectful, charged exactly what he'd said and got the work done quickly and properly.

These people are wonderful. Came in assessed the problem. Fixed the problem within an hour. Price was great. If you want something done quick and for a good price highly recommend tgem

Had Aspire out for the second time today, this time to service our AC/Heat Pump (oil furnace repair and service last fall was the first). Professional, thorough, pleasant, informative - wonderful all around. Excellent service from everyone - office staff and technicians . Highly recommend them.

Had a leak in my house, called the answering service.  Call was returned and plumber said he would be at my house the next afternoon.  Never showed up, never called to say he wasn't coming.  Stayed in my house waiting from 12 noon until 7:30 pm.  He is now fired!

No matter who I speak with at Travis Crawford Heating & Cooling, the customer service is bar none the best! Like many others in the area, we have been slowly remodeling a home on a budget. After getting many quotes,  Travis Crawford Heating & Cooling came in with the upmost respect to our plans, needs and budget. I can't say enough about the efficiency of their work to help us get our house comfortable. We had one hiccup ON A HOLIDAY EVENING due to the overbearing summer heat and user error...I placed a call to the office, not expecting a call back until the following evening. Within an hour, one of the Travis Crawford Heating & Cooling guys was at my house and worked until past midnight to help us then returned at 8am to make sure we were comfortable. I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. Round two with Transou's and they win again. They had done a great job with a water heater for us recently, so when the dishwasher was next we called them back.

Megan is awesome. She listens well and really works to make the job scheduling perfect for the customers. I've talked to her both times now...she even remembered me from the first one. We were able to order a dishwasher from Lowes and have it delivered and Transou's came out and installed the new one / disposed of the old one. Megan make it all work on a tough schedule. Thanks Megan!

Chris was the tech that came out. He was a rock star. He did the work quickly and efficiently and was very professional. But he still took the time to chat just a bit. His work was perfect and we enjoyed his company.

I hope we don't need it again soon!  But, when we do Transou's will be the go to.

Great service. These guys did a great job and were a lot more competitive on pricing than the other guys out there. Plumber seemed very knowledgeable and acted very professionally. Would definitely recommend these guys to my friends.

We had been having an ongoing issue with a slow and stopped up drain in one of our downstairs bathroom sinks. No matter how much liquid plumber I pour down the drain, the issue would persist! Decided to call in a plumber and was given 3-Way Plumbing as a recommendation from a neighbor. I called late (after hours) on a Saturday and expected to not hear anything until Monday. But on Sunday I received a call from a nice lady that helped me set up an appointment for the next day. They arrived within the 2 hour window I was given, diagnosed and fixed (snaked the drain) the blockage, and all at a price I was happy to pay. I hope I don't have to, but I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.

Left messages to have someone call and schedule an appointment - no one called.

If there was an option for zero stars they would get it.

Love Plumbing Sent 2 people who stared at one another confused while at my house; i had to keep interrupting my work day to  keep them on track. I am no where near a plumber but after a few hours i had to suggest they look at the main water valve un the garage. Low and behold that was the issue. They also Billed me for their lunch break time which they were not supposed to do.

1 star, barely.

Rip off! I cannot believe this company is in business. A/C went out, called MJ and set up an appt. for the $90 service call. Tech arrived on time, did his inspection. Diagnosed that it was the starter kit. Said it would cost an additional $400 to replace it. I decided to get a second opinion. Had a local company come out the same day. They diagnosed it in 5 mins. It was a $20 capacitor. He fixed it for $100 service call + $20 part. If you care about your money go somewhere else!!

Funny, I get a generic response. Same one they did for google. You know you are over priced, hope your customers realize it.

I have used Jim Dickerson plumbing over the years, however will not use their services any longer. They over charge for labor and the cost of repairs. I had someone come out for 2 plumbing issues.. A leaking sink and tub. I was charged 3 hours of labor for sealing a leak under the kitchen sink and an attempt to repair the tub leak. The tub leak was not able to be fixed because of the need to replace a valve. The technician spent hours trying to find the water source in the house and then left to go get parts to attempt to repair the tub leak. I was charged 441.00 for labor and the cost of repairing the leak under the sink which was sealed.
After sending a request to speak with the technician to find out exact details of the work, their accounting department sent a return email only that stated they overcharged for the work done and credited 200.00. The total cost still remained at 288.00. I was charged for the time the tech left and attempted to find a part for work that was not completed. After knowing their inconsistency in their work, I will no longer use their services. Very disappointed.

I have used them in the past and thought highly of them. Today I called with a problem. When I told the scheduler it couldn't wait a week she simply hung up on me. Needless to say I went somewhere else. Their motto should be don't count on us

I felt that the technician was more interested in upselling instead of listening and diagnosing problem.  We had a clog/blockage in drainage piping under house that was causing backup of septic into house (we believe due to construction materials getting into drain from remodel we had just had done in bathroom). We were wanting likes snakes/scoped to make sure clog was resolved and no further issues.  Technician tried to convince us that we needed to repipe drainage pipe for whole house which was not wanted or needed.  We had lived in house three plus years and no issues prior to bathroom remodel.
