Fabulous and Fast!  Wonderfully kind, courteous, truthful and honest! Absolutely the service to use if you have a plumbing issue or any leaky issue!  My leaky kitchen ceiling was due to a air conditioning problem. ...who would have thought that?   Certainly not me!

They are so responsive.  I worked with 2 plumbers, Drew and Stefan.  Both were great, however, Stefan went above and beyond.  He showed up on Saturday to finish the job, after hours when additional work needed to be done.  He was so polite and gracious.  At one point my cast iron tub lost 2 of its feet and came tumbling.  This was no fault of his.  However, he was kind enough to make sure the feet were placed back on securely.  The prices were very reasonable and it was good quality work.  I will always call them for my plumbing needs.

We had our HVAC hit by lightning and Allstate was trying to weasel out of paying us.  Bob from Aspire was amazing - very thoughtful and trustworthy.  Bob provided quotes, repairs, evaluations, and everything else our insurance company asked for and QUICKLY!

They came over and replaced our HVAC systems and everything looks professionally installed and the systems have been running GREAT!  Aspire also dealt with the City Inspector after the work was done and came back for minor fixes.  Outstanding!

I tried multiple times to call to have a leaked repaired. Every time I call I am asked to hold and then immediately hung up on. Obviously they don't need any work. Keep looking somewhere else because they don't care about customers.

Our 30+ year old trusted HVAC company, Maye Heating & Air, retired and we were forced to find a new company. After trying another large and well-known operation, we were referred to Travis Crawford H&C who offered the same annual service contract for $100 less. Unlike prior companies, the technician (Brian) did not try to sell us unnecessary services or products. He confirmed that although our 13 year old system is getting older, it still functions properly. He was prompt, courteous, and very careful about protecting our interior flooring when he came in the house. Very pleased with Travis Crawford company and glad we decided to use them!

I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. We had some sort of leak in our downstairs bathroom in September. We told them what was going on. Had them come out. They told us it was a toilet leaking. That the seal needed replaced. We paid over $1k for this. They checked our crawl space, our bathroom, cut multiple holes. It turns out that while we probably did need to have our toilet seal fixed and the pipe fixed, that's not what caused our leak. It was the roof. We had them come out again and check the plumbing. They'll charge you to cut the holes in your wall for discovery, but DONT leave the sheet rock they cut out to replace it with. They were very vocally pro trump, even saying they were leaving our house to go to a trump rally.
Very unhappy that they didn't do enough checking to find out what the actual issue was. We wasted over $1k on something that didn't need to be fixed.

My kitchen sink has been backed up since Friday. I had a drain guy come on Monday didn't fix it, septic tanks emptied on Wed and Gene from Mr Rooter came today and fixed it. Thank you so much for the quick response.

he/they handled my changing my back-flow preventer outside & went above the service required to fix the problem. made it so we can remove the brass preventer in the winter to keep it from freezing. cool fix. loosen a couple of big nuts and take it off!

Had Roby Electric come out  to fix a few outlets I tried to repair myself.
Roby called ahead of time just as stated they would. Arrived on time, very nice and clean! The work took about an hour and I am VERY pleased with the results! Even though one of my outlets did not work the next day, I called Roby and scheduled an appointment right away. No hassles at all! The guy came out promptly and fixed the outlet. No extra charges, only an apology and quick service. Very impressed! Highly recommend!

Love Plumbing Sent 2 people who stared at one another confused while at my house; i had to keep interrupting my work day to  keep them on track. I am no where near a plumber but after a few hours i had to suggest they look at the main water valve un the garage. Low and behold that was the issue. They also Billed me for their lunch break time which they were not supposed to do.

1 star, barely.

Chris Cabana came out and gave my heat and air unit a cleaning and safety check. He was very professional and came on time. I will definitely get him to come out in the Spring to do another check up.

We had a true EMERGENCY tonight and the woman who answered the phone not only seemed disinterested but she was annoyed. She first quoted me $150 an hour (which I wrote down amongst all of my notes from trying to reach a reputable plumber) but then as I was trying to see if she was going to get someone here faster than another company who gave me a 3 hour window, she told me it would be $175/hour. Now that's dishonest, tacky and inexcusable. I would have paid whatever. I found a great company who came directly out and helped us. No thanks to Dickerson....

Beware!  This plumbing company bid on a job 6/3 and accepted the job mid-June.  We had rain delays and needed to delay plumbing until 8/15. The owner emailed  me on  7/15 regarding the 8/15 plumbing date   'got it. keep me in the loop'.  

We called to confirm our timing on 8/12, 8/13 and 8/14 (PLUS we emailed the owner 8/13 and 8/14 to confirm).   We spoke directly with the receptionist each time.

The receptionist was not happy on 8/14 when we asked for her to call back and let us know either way whether she could confirm with the owner if they were coming before she left her shift that day... she said we were being unreasonable (unreasonable asking them to confirm a job starting in 18 hours?!?)  She phoned back 15 minutes later stating they were no longer doing the $2,500 job and we needed to find someone else.  When I asked for her to have the owner, Kenneth, to phone us, she said ' yeah, I can pass along the message but I doubt he will call you'.

BEWARE... $2500 plumbing job is not small. What will they do for you when you schedule a service call?!?

Becareful this company, they overcharge you and not handle business  professionally. I had sewer emergency on 6/1/22, they came and gave me estimate $12,000. They accepted cash for $9000 but I paid similar repair $4500 year ago. It only took a little more than half day and 2 people. $9000 is way overcharged. They gave me invoice but my insurance company asking for just part of the invoice for the excavation  the detection of the leak  and  the put back for the cement not the entire invoice. I requested it more than a month ago, my insurance company requested it through email and I called them 3 times. They still didn't generate the part invoice I need as today 8/2/22. This company is not professional handled and they will scam you if you let them.
