Best System Maintenance in Charlotte NC

Blair showed up on time, fixed both my primary issue and worked on a non-related secondary problem I was experiencing. Laughed at my jokes and my dog LOVED him. What more could you ask for? Would highly recommend this company and this technician.

This past weekend I noticed my AC was not cooling the place completely. Sunday night when I got home and it still wasn't working, I did a quick google search and Putnam showed up. I had the ability to send a message via Google and within 15 mins I received a call being told they could have a technician out within the hour (at 6:30pm on a Sunday night!). They do charge an off-hours rate if $159 for the visit, but their fee during regular hours was $129 so it was definitely worth the $30 to not have to take time off work.

The technician showed up a little before 7:30pm. He quickly identified the issue, a bad compressor, and had it replaced and the AC back to normal within an hour.

I was super impressed by the availability and quick turnaround of the service!

We had our HVAC hit by lightning and Allstate was trying to weasel out of paying us.  Bob from Aspire was amazing - very thoughtful and trustworthy.  Bob provided quotes, repairs, evaluations, and everything else our insurance company asked for and QUICKLY!

They came over and replaced our HVAC systems and everything looks professionally installed and the systems have been running GREAT!  Aspire also dealt with the City Inspector after the work was done and came back for minor fixes.  Outstanding!

I have used Jim Dickerson plumbing over the years, however will not use their services any longer. They over charge for labor and the cost of repairs. I had someone come out for 2 plumbing issues.. A leaking sink and tub. I was charged 3 hours of labor for sealing a leak under the kitchen sink and an attempt to repair the tub leak. The tub leak was not able to be fixed because of the need to replace a valve. The technician spent hours trying to find the water source in the house and then left to go get parts to attempt to repair the tub leak. I was charged 441.00 for labor and the cost of repairing the leak under the sink which was sealed.
After sending a request to speak with the technician to find out exact details of the work, their accounting department sent a return email only that stated they overcharged for the work done and credited 200.00. The total cost still remained at 288.00. I was charged for the time the tech left and attempted to find a part for work that was not completed. After knowing their inconsistency in their work, I will no longer use their services. Very disappointed.
