Best Garbage Disposal Repair in Charlotte NC

Sent a request for a quote yesterday evening and Jeff was over this morning to fix two toilets. He was in and out in 30 minutes. Yes, it is a bit pricey ($250), but you're paying for quick turnaround and efficiency.

Really friendly and good people but had a bit of a rough experience with them. Made an appointment to have my disposal looked
at because it was making a terrible noise. They waited all day to tell me actually we can't make it out today. Which is fine, things come up.

But Then when they finally did come the next Monday , the tech seemed incredibly confused as to what was going on, disappeared for 10 minutes and then said my supervisor said we can't fix your disposal but i can put a new one in for $500. I said no thank you and decided to just watch a YouTube video and see if i could do it myself. I found a metal toothpick wrapped around the blade and got it out and everything is fine now.

Kind of feel like they tried to upsell me. The tech didn't even look inside the disposal. Just turned it on once and then left to make a phone call.

E R Plumbing is a great company with awesome employees.  They came out to fix a water line that was leaking into the garage from outside.  The whole pipe to the street was old steel pipe and it needed to be replaced all the way to the city line.  It only took them one day to fix it and the price was even less than budgeted.  Great job E R Plumbing!

Jordan was amazing. I made a ridiculous error when scheduling during a time where having the water being turned off would have been impossible and felt so foolish. Jordan thought of a solution, fixed the problem, and installed my water heater with as little disruption as possible!  I really thought my lack of common sense was going to cause me another ice cold shower, but he fixed that. He was so easy and pleasant to have at the house that I felt 110% comfortable. I will never go anywhere else. I hope you hire Carolina Plumbing and I really hope you get Jordan as your contact. Had a wonderful experience on a 50 gal water heater replacement.  Team showed up on time, work was done wonderfully, and even spoke with my wife about other plumbing concerns we had in the house.  Price was SIGNIFICANTLY lower than the next 2 quotes that we got, but I do not feel like we settled on quality.  Not going to go into a diatribe about the experience, but rest assured, for our first plumbing call in North Carolina, these guys were fantastic.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Nick was awesome! We just bought an older house so there were quite a few plumbing issues and past 'handyman' fixes to be repaired.

We had cast iron, copper, pex, pvc and he did it all! We removed a wall in our bathroom and he redirected our plumbing to go down a different wall and even crawled up in our tiny attic to secure the cast iron that was falling down.  He also moved our water heater, plumbed in our vanities, set up our shower/handheld valves/diverters.

Can't recommend him and his partner, Burke, enough! Super responsive, punctual, and clean up well after themselves. Plus they were very sweet to our dog who is very curious and all up in their business. We will definitely be using them when we get around to doing our other bathroom!

It was my first time using Pure Flow plumbing. After calling 12 other companies for an emergency repair they were the only ones to come right out. The guys Taylor Bridges and Corey  that came out to do the repairs were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up after themselves when the work was done, and even went the extra mile of pressure washing the road from where mud  had ran off from where they had to dig a pipe up before they left. Highly recommend them if your in a pinch and want it fixed ASAP

I had a leaky toilet. I put in a request to my home warranty company, who connected me to another plumbing service that I won't name. I tried contacting them 3 times and only got voice mail. Late yesterday evening I finally got a text stating they had no availability before next Tuesday.

A few minutes later, I was on my porch and saw a truck for Option One in my neighborhood, so I gave them a call. They got someone out to see me today..Daniel. Daniel was prompt, thorough,  and even came back in once he left because I had a question. He was very patient with me and explained all he was doing. Will defintely utilize them in the future.

Chad was great! It's so hard to find people who know what they're doing and who actually communicate. Chad was in touch regularly about our job. He showed up on time. Did excellent work. And was just generally a pleasure. There is a good reason he has Professional in the name of his business.

Chris was able to remove and reinstall a  new garage disposal for my property. I was very pleased with his service. He was kind enough to explain what was going on and the cause of the issue. I had a real plumbing emergency upon returning from vacation. My upstairs toilet overflowed severely. Justin provided excellent customer service via the telephone. Walking me through how to shut off my water in my home and advising me that he would be to me immediately to help me get to the bottom of what was going on. He was very polite, helpful, and he educated me on what exactly transpired, very quick and efficient. I definitely would highly recommend this company. Should you experienced any plumbing emergencies highly recommended.

Robbie did an awesome job diagnosing and installing a new compressor for my unit. He called in advance giving me notice of his arrival and clearly explained the issues with the unit before installing the new parts. Great customer service :) Thanks Robbie!

I have had two recent instances that needed an electrician quickly.  I called Jim Dickerson Co. And they were Johnny on the Spot.  I had appointments within 48 hours both times.  They are great to work with.  Their reps in the office and in the field are both so professional, friendly, and courteous.  They send reminder emails not only about your appointment, but when the rep/tech is on their way to your residence so you can be prepared for them.  

One of the best things is their pricing.  Pricing is in line with others or better.  You certainly get what you pay for, and they do not try to up sell you to items/work you don't need.  Their work is thorough and in my opinion, up to anyone's standards.  

I would recommend them to anyone looking for a first class experience.

I was having issues and called this place to come out to inspect.  This was on Wednesday and the guy told me someone would be here on Thursday. Great!  Waited all day on Thursday, no one showed. I called them back and they said I was on the schedule for Friday (even though I received my text).  So, whatever, Friday it is.  Now after waiting all day again, no one showed up and I received another text to see we'll see you tomorrow (meaning Saturday).  These people have no clue of what they are doing.  Go somewhere else!
