Top notch! Friendly, courteous, prompt. What more can I say?! I was in a bind on a recent Friday evening - water heater had reached its end. JasJason and Jeff were so helpful and made sure by Monday I was back to normal. I couldn't have asked for better customer service and I highly recommend!!

9/12/20 ---update - Once again, Jason came to the rescue!! I can't recommend Julian's Plumbing more...awesome service. This should be common sense for any business but Jason answers the phone! He knew what was going on based on my texted photo and was at my townhouse the next morning - simply the best!!

I feel like most plumbing repairs are emergencies after all it involves water! We had an issue under a bathroom sink and called several plumbers looking for someone to come out on a Saturday afternoon. All Hours Plumbing responded to my call first and was able to get to the house in an hour. The repair was completed quickly and the plumber, Johnny was very through, respectful and pleasant, even though he had given up his afternoon. We are new to the area and I will be calling this company for non-emergency issues in the future.

I needed a gas line moved in order to install a new gas range.  The guys did a great job and stood behind their work.

Was hoping to use them to install a new water heater but they want to charge $69 just to come down to my house in Weddington to provide a quote. None of the other 3 plumbing companies did this. I even took pictures of the unit, spec plate, installation site, etc. And offered to send in order to get a ballpark figure and they said no.

There was a misunderstanding at first... but that's the opportunity to really shine!  Stefan (I believe one of the owners) followed up on an issue immediately, and scheduled an appointment with me where he PERSONALLY came to my house to remedy the situation.  The problem has been fixed.  The response from the management has shown me this is a professional organization, and anyone that uses Carolina Plumbing will be sure that they will ultimately receive top-notch results.

Nick was awesome! We just bought an older house so there were quite a few plumbing issues and past 'handyman' fixes to be repaired.

We had cast iron, copper, pex, pvc and he did it all! We removed a wall in our bathroom and he redirected our plumbing to go down a different wall and even crawled up in our tiny attic to secure the cast iron that was falling down.  He also moved our water heater, plumbed in our vanities, set up our shower/handheld valves/diverters.

Can't recommend him and his partner, Burke, enough! Super responsive, punctual, and clean up well after themselves. Plus they were very sweet to our dog who is very curious and all up in their business. We will definitely be using them when we get around to doing our other bathroom!

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Seth and his team at WyattWorks.  They were willing to work with me to install 3 toilets.  Jeremy was professional and did a great job!  I highly recommend reaching out for your plumbing needs!  This team will take care of you!

We live in Charlotte, NC and our kitchen sink was leaking after our home remodel.  We called Precept Plumbing and Chris came to the rescue! Had a tub removed in my grandma's house she is 80 and has a hard time stepping over the tub they installed a walk in shower with grab bars for her safety they had the upmost compassion for my mom and remodeled her bathroom for her safety it took a huge worry off my mind i was so worried she would fall but thanks to abetterway for putting me at ease they also followed up a year later for a warranty issue that they took care of at no cost to me! Dustin the owner is a standup guy they have done a few jobs for my friends as well!

It was my first time using Pure Flow plumbing. After calling 12 other companies for an emergency repair they were the only ones to come right out. The guys Taylor Bridges and Corey  that came out to do the repairs were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up after themselves when the work was done, and even went the extra mile of pressure washing the road from where mud  had ran off from where they had to dig a pipe up before they left. Highly recommend them if your in a pinch and want it fixed ASAP

Chad was professional, affordable, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. He did his homework on the project prior to quoting me his rate. My project had layers to it and he communicated effectively. He offered great suggestions on follow up tasks I had surrounding the project, and those suggestions proved extremely helpful. He went above and beyond. Go Green Plumbing, Heating and Air is my go-to choice for any of their services offered. They are highly reliable, honest and have always done a good job. Plus, their customer service is worlds above other companies that I've dealt with. I even got a card congratulating me on the birth of my child.

They are not the cheapest, but they are consistently reliable and honest and have always fixed our issues. I would choose Go Green every time. You should too!

Edy-Mac came to our house at 830 PM to look at a water main leak. After a hard rain. Found the leak and had it fixed in about an hour!!! Very reasonable charge for the work at night. First plumber wanted to dig up our yard and run a whole new line for $3500.  Was a leaking fitting. He saved us thousands of dollars!!!  They replaced a water heater for us a few years ago with the same great service. We highly recommend them!

We had been having an ongoing issue with a slow and stopped up drain in one of our downstairs bathroom sinks. No matter how much liquid plumber I pour down the drain, the issue would persist! Decided to call in a plumber and was given 3-Way Plumbing as a recommendation from a neighbor. I called late (after hours) on a Saturday and expected to not hear anything until Monday. But on Sunday I received a call from a nice lady that helped me set up an appointment for the next day. They arrived within the 2 hour window I was given, diagnosed and fixed (snaked the drain) the blockage, and all at a price I was happy to pay. I hope I don't have to, but I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.

Scam. Artists. We used Morris Jenkins to repair our HVAC system back in June of 2020 I had seen their adds and bought into their Priority Advantage system hook line and sinker. The first trip out to clean our AC unit was fine and I will say positive. Then it came time for our furnace inspection. I was late in scheduling and had run our furnace several times already leading up to our check on November 30 2020 with no issues at all. The tech showed up on time for the maintenance check and promptly went to work. After performing all his checks, roughly 30-45 minutes, the tech came down from the attic and said he was going to put his tools up and then come back to go over the report. Upon coming back in the tech begins to explain that my system is old (true is is 16 years old) and that he found rust on the heat exchanger, biological growth in the air handler, and leaking oil on the blower motor. He then assumingely hands me a pricing sheet with options on it. The cheapest option was to replace the heat exchanger to the tune of $2,935 (that's INCLUDING the priority discount) the most expensive option came to $5,242 (with the discount) and included a new heat exchanger, blower motor, cleaning, and air purifier. I informed the tech that I would not be doing any of those options at this time. He disbelievingly looked at me and deployed a scare tactic stating, well, it's a safety issue and when your carbon monoxide detectors go off you need to leave. This statement shook me and we didn't run the heat the remainder of that night until another company came out to look at the system. Turns out that my furnace does has some minor rust forming on the heat exchanger, and does have some dust on the blower motor but is 100% perfectly safe at this point in time and all issues noted are typical of a 16 year old unit. Since we had another company out we asked them to quote a replacement furnace, their pricing for an ENTIRE new Trane furnace was $3,700 installed or $4,700 for an upgraded variable speed unit. (Incase you weren't paying attention that's roughly the SAME as Morris Jenkins repair).  It's also worth noting that Morris Jenkins doesn't disclose what brands they use (I suspect because they are low tier brands). Needles to say I found out how Mr. Jenkins can afford all the prime time adds and Panthers sponsorship. Stay far away from this company not only do they deploy dirty sales tactics but they're also SIGNIFICANTLY more expensive than other HVAC companies.

We had a true EMERGENCY tonight and the woman who answered the phone not only seemed disinterested but she was annoyed. She first quoted me $150 an hour (which I wrote down amongst all of my notes from trying to reach a reputable plumber) but then as I was trying to see if she was going to get someone here faster than another company who gave me a 3 hour window, she told me it would be $175/hour. Now that's dishonest, tacky and inexcusable. I would have paid whatever. I found a great company who came directly out and helped us. No thanks to Dickerson....
