I called with a minor electrical issue; scheduling was easy. The tech who arrived, Michael, was friendly, self-assured, and professional. He made quick work of the issue.

For future electrical work, Reddick & Sons will be my first call.

This company is great. I called them on a Thursday to see if I could get a technician out to look at my hot water heater, and they had someone out within a matter of hours. Turned out the whole unit needed to be replaced, which they were able to do the next day.  The technician was great, very knowledgeable & helpful, and they were as unobtrusive as possible, considering my HWH is on my patio (and it was really cold on Friday while they were out there replacing it!). I called the company over the weekend about another small thing that came up that I thought was tied to the work done, and they had someone out on Monday to look at it and make sure things were working. Later that day, the same technician who did the original diagnosis/repair called me to confirm all was well, and lastly on Tuesday afternoon, someone called back just to confirm everything had been looked at/I had no issues. It was very thoughtful of them to make sure things were going well, I appreciated all the follow ups! I would definitely recommend them/their work and would call them in the future for any plumbing needs I have.

They quoted me a reasonable price for a diagnostic and came out the next morning, as scheduled, providing a one hour heads up before they arrived. They quickly assessed the problem and then gave me alternatives to solve it and tailored a solution to fit my unique situation. I would happily use them again.

We had a problem with our kitchen sink pipe and David came out to hydrojet, the very next day after I called! I found the company because of the great reviews, and they certainly lived up to them. David and his team were fast and so thorough. They explained everything and when they were done gave us tips in how to maintain our pipes. We were really impressed and I highly recommend them!!

Muhammad is indeed an exceptional plumber, as well as a nice, honest guy.  We've hired him a few times for our plumbing needs (gas leak, leaky pipes, dishwasher drain issue, etc), and he's always gotten the job done at a reasonable price.  We rely on Muhammad for our plumbing needs, and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a top notch plumber.

Our old water heater was leaking and after receiving a quote from Heil, we scheduled an appointment.  Len the Plumber showed up quickly (would not quote over phone) but quoted us $500 more than Heil so we decided to wait. So glad we did! Will and Nick arrived early, got the job done quickly for a fair price, and cleaned everything up nicely. We also have a solar water heater and they ended up just removing our old electric water heater and tying the lines into the solar heater. We contacted the solar water company with a few questions along the way - really appreciate Will's caution in double-checking to make sure the job got done right the first time. There was some unexpected dripping on the basement carpet when they carried the old heater out but they cleaned it up with carpet cleaner. Will said if the stain was not gone when the carpet dried, he would rent a carpet cleaner and come back. He left us his personal cell number. They also installed a new outdoor faucet for us (again, at a lower price than Len the Plumber's quote). We are very impressed with Heil Plumbing and will definitely call them again!!!

Donzelle responded quickly to my need and performed quality work! I was in a bind after selling my condo and needed emergent repairs to my kitchen and laundry room. We scheduled my repairs (leaking drain and supply lines) within a day's notice and he got the job done! He was transparent and honest in his assessment, helped me with the billing as much as he could, and gave very fair value. Everything was documented in the invoice and text. Needed help with a water heater, Matt was very responsive and corrected the issue within a few hours of notification.

Bought a house with a pretty old looking gas fireplace. I was just hoping the lines worked - I figured I would need a new insert. I called Drain Works and they explained their process very well. The tech came out and got the fireplace working pretty quickly and showed me how to work the remote I didn't even know went to the fireplace. They explained how to the pilot and all other things on the set worked. They explained their refurbishment service with no pressure to purchase. I went with their refurbishment service and the fireplace set looks brand new! A great value in my opinion.

My friend referred All Nite drain service to me when my kitchen drain clogged earlier this week. Their service was fast, affordable and reliable.I would recommend the service to my other friends.

I had a bathtub faucet that was dripping and I tried to fix it myself without success. Jason got to my place exactly according to schedule. After asking me to describe the problem, he went directly to work. After a short time he had diagnosed the problem with the replacement parts I had purchased and put everything back together as it should have been. No more dripping, no leaks, perfect! And the charge was less than another company (which also could not come soon) had quoted me.

When one of our gas furnaces went down on a cold day early March I contacted Sila. We have used them before and have found the service response time to be very good. I particularly appreciated the options that our tech,  John Gulstrom presented. He suggested ways to save money on this repair and was excellent In a quick fix. We were even able to use a yelp coupon as a discount. Thanks John !  well done...we appreciate it all.

I called Snell Saturday around 12 to let them know our air was running but not cooling. They came early the next morning and we were cooled off by 11am.

Our previous awesome HVAC guy, Mr. Saini, retired, and had recommended Thomas E. Clark.

Absolutely great experience with their HVAC side. The tech (Daniel, I think) worked hard at fixing both HVAC zones after the house was hit by lightning. It took a couple of days, some sleuthwork, and extra parts, but he had us at a comfortable temp before the outdoor heat kicked up again. He was professional and pleasant, really seemed to go above and beyond in at least making us feel cared for, but also in making sure the job was done well. Our insurance reimbursed everything, which I took to mean they found the charges to be reasonable.

We were also pleased with the plumbing work. Our sump pump was taken out by the same hit, and the plumber (Efren, I think) had us up and pumping again right away. (And our insurance covered all of that too, so reasonable charges, I presume.) He also found a leak in our powder room sink and did a beautiful job replacing the hardware and caulking around it. The price for the hardware he had on hand was quite high, though is lovely. I actually love my sink hardware now. Efren was friendly and seemed to also work hard.
