We were assigned to Price Busters Plumbing by Repipe Specialists. Nathan (Nate) and Corey came out along with some other guys to dig a trench and repipe our entire home. We had only one snafu during this entire process. They were supposed to show up on Tuesday and when they weren't here by 2pm I called and Zack-- the owner apologized and said a he had a lot of call-ins that day. They were out bright and early around 9:30 am and were finished with the whole job by 5:30 pm. They laid down blankets to keep our home clean. They were respectful, knowledgeable, and didn't complain once that it was pouring down rain and 50 degrees outside. Zack and Bo- co-owner kept me well informed with permit pulling, inspections and banal administrative details. I felt like we were in excellent hands. The patching crew came out yesterday and insulated everything after the inspection. The insulation work was above and beyond what they needed to do. Nit picky complaint: Jacob and Don-- the patchers complained about the weather and didn't work as efficiently as Nate and Corey did.

I was doing a huge updating project in my house that was not going well. I reached out to Otter Plumbing regarding installing new sinks and faucets in my kitchen, master bath and powder room as well as a new garbage disposal. They were able to quickly come in, complete the project so we were able to use our bathrooms and kitchen again and even identified and corrected an issue with the plumbing under my kitchen sink that would have prevented my new faucet from working properly if left as is. Shane was super knowledgeable, kept me informed and provided recommendations and ideas to ensure i was getting the result i was after. The end result was perfect, exactly what i wanted, done in a very timely manner and at a reasonable cost. I completely recommend them and will use them again when the need arises!

Having a septic system can be challenging. When it got plugged I called Limitless and got an accurate quote over the phone to fix the problem. The next morning he was here, and everything went exactly as I was told over the phone. I know whom I am going to call next time if I have any septic or sewer problem!

Steven returned our call within 10minutes and was at our door within the hour! He quoted us $85-$100 to clear our clogged drains--very reasonable. Not only did he clear our clogged drains he stayed extra and even went into our crawl space to identify the problem of our drains being clogged every few months. Which was the piping was too small. He went above and beyond to help us and we have hired him and his team back to replace the piping (which when memory served we were told that by our home inspector 6 years ago!---but forgot in the excitement of being  first time home owners) Of all the years of having plumbers come to clear our clogs--Steven is the first to take the time to figure out why this is repeatedly happening! We have found our permanent plumber for sure! I would recommend Steven hands down to anyone in the area.

When the water pressure in my house dropped dramatically, I began looking for a plumber. I found a BV. Their dispatcher was courteous and responsive. Hristo came out and quickly diagnosed the pressure. Reducer valve had failed. He replaced the outdated water isolation valve as well. His work looks fantastic and far better than what was existing. Thank you ABV Plumbing.

A family member and I decided to give Shane a 2nd chance after he didn't show up on July 9th from 1:00pm-2:30pm because he forgot to put us on his schedule for that day, he was then rescheduled to show up on July 11th from 2:30pm-3:00pm and he was told to call if he was running late. After Shane never showed up or called on July 11th from 2:30pm-3:00pm, Shane said that he could show up at 4:45pm or maybe 5:45pm, however, he didn't specify which time, when he was called at 4:30pm . Shane was told that the times he mentioned wouldn't work out and that we would have to call someone else, and keep in mind this was after he forgot to put us on his schedule and then didn't show up at the specified times, Shane truly was given a 2nd chance. Shane needs to be consistent about remembering to put customers on his calendar, calling as soon as possible about running late, and showing up on the days and times he's scheduled for, It would have been great if things worked out with Shane being given a 2nd chance. Also, so that nothing is left unclear, my previous rating was 5 stars regarding the excellent service Shane provided hooking up a washing machine, the Yelp algorithm listed that review in the not recommended reviews section though, and that's happened to many other reviewer's reviews as well for reasons unknown.

I had a slight emergency earlier in my day in which dog fecal matter was caked on my shoe from my local optometrists office when I walked in there. It was so severe that I needed a sewer repair service to salvage my shoe. And brewer's came in clutch. Saved my shoe. Saved my day.

They replaced two toilets at my home that needed an upgrade. They were super quick and efficient, extremely professional, and kept me informed all the way through the project. They clearly know what they are doing and I am very happy with the result and the price. I won't hesitate to call them again for other projects, and to recommend them.

Backflows northwest tested our water systems and they failed to tighten a backflow adjustment valve screw, leading to dripping water damage over time.

I have a written statement from the plumbing company, stating clearly that the water leak was caused by backflow tester not tightening the adjustment valve screw properly during the backflow test.

I communicated this to Backflows Northwest and their response was stunning: they tried to question the cause of the leak while acknowledging that there was a leak from the backflow valve in a last ditch effort of trying to weasel out of any liability. At the same time, and in good faith, I had booked them to perform another backflow test, assuming that they would stand by their earlier work and make things right, i.e., reimburse for the water damage repairs caused by their faulty work.

However, when asking for a response to the written plumber statement, this company explained that the only person who can reply had suddenly gone on vacation and they are unable to respond.

Needless to say, I'd stay away from this company at all costs.

Showed up promptly, did great work. Very personable. Great communication. Knew exactly when they were gonna show up and they gave me a good estimate. I would definitely use them again.

I bought a home in Newcastle that is 40 years old and in serious need of updates.  I had a major leak under my kitchen sink due to improper tubing.  I also needed a new disposal and the master shower drain had a gurgling sound with the water droplets coming back to the top.  Chris listened to me as a customer, was helpful, courteous, and got right to work figuring out many issues with the kitchen sink. He ended up rerouting piping, did a quality job on the disposal (also checked for final leaks), and did fixes that would last until I could put in a new kitchen.  He said the disposal was put in the wrong side of the sink and did not match to the plumbing outlets and the faucet was also needing to be fixed when I do the new kitchen (it was working fine for now).  The shower drain was snaked and totally alleviated the gurgling at the drain.  In all the tasks, Chris kept me informed along the way.  Chris is a veteran also and I want to thank him for his service to our country and also his outstanding customer service as a plumber to getting the job done right the first time.  Thank you Chris.  I will definitely recommend you and I Need a Plumber Now!

We had an issue with an upstairs toilet depositing waste in a downstairs toilet. The problem was not reproducible, but Kyle came out for a consultation  anyway. He determined no action was needed at this time. We really appreciate his honesty and time and felt much better after having the issue looked at. Steady Flow will be our first call next time we run into plumbing issues!

I wanted to get a couple of things fixed and Arash was quick to schedule a consultation. In the end, he was able to fix most of it on the same day of consultation. I had my garbage disposal replaced, shower head replaced, and he figured out the noise coming from my water heater. From previous consultations with other companies, I was told my water heater needed replacement, but Arash actually took the time to figure out the issue and repair it. I really appreciate that he tries to repair instead of forcing a replacement which would cost significantly more. It was a great experience and I am having him come back to replace my kitchen sink and faucet once the parts arrive.

We had nick from pristine plumbing come out to help diagnose our tankless water heater issue. He was able to find out what part that was bad and order a new one on the spot. After making sure it was shipped over night, they were back to install the part and get our hot water working again. Definitely would recommend them and will use them next time we have problems!
