The team at Joe's 2 Sons Plumbing is fantastic! They are reliable and can make time to get out to your place quickly! For us, they were able to make it out the day we called. They are also up front about any costs, which means that there are no surprise charges. The technician who came out to help us with a leaking shower handle walked us through all of the options (from most expensive to least) for resolving the issue, as well as honestly communicating with us about whether the repair was necessary or not. We really appreciated their honesty and the time they spent diagnosing the issue. We will definitely be using them for our future plumbing needs!

These guys are very responsive and upfront with a customer's needs.  Steve was very forthcoming with the plumbing work that we would need just over the phone and we appreciated his honesty.  Would not hesitate to use this company.

The tech that came out was very skillful and knowledgeable.  He was able to locate our problem in our sewer line, it was dug up and fixed in the same day.  Everything was cleaned up and working perfectly.  Great company with a very professional staff from start to finish.  I definitely recommend them!

This review is long overdue, several months ago my rental property in the Seattle area was having heating issues to the point the city  was involved. I live in SW washington (3 hour drive to seattle). To make a long story short, I had another HVAC company come out and they had to come out 3 times (I had to miss 3 days of work) for parts, issues etc..i ended up spending almost $1500 and still wasn't fixed (at that point i should have just bought another furnace, they also said i need another part but wouldn't guarantee it would work). My lawyer suggested i try another company. I called Ally, took another day off work James met me at my house. I felt comfortable enough with him to leave and grab a coffee for the both of us. I came back within 15 mins and as i walk into the house, the house is toasty and warm! he said one of the original parts the other company  installed, had the wires hooked up incorrectly....who knows if it was on purpose or simply an accident but I salute Ally and James for the standup work! I even got a call a week later asking if it's working properly! I highly recommend Ally to anyone having any heating issues! I'm planning on getting some plumbing done to my property in the next couple of months and will be calling Ally to do the job!

I highly recommend Seatown! From my first phone call, they made me feel like our business was important to them, even though we did not offer them a huge job. Their communication throughout the process was greatly appreciated. Our plumber, Blaine, was so friendly, professional and a pleasure to have in our home. I own a townhome built in 2018, the master shower has a slow drip I completely turn it off but it still drips about every hour. I can hear it and at times it bothers my sleeping. They cane stated it would be $300+ but he was there and it was outrageous but I said okay. He replaced something in the new is Moen handle/I had sent a photo of the make and model. Paid him and it continued to drip. Called them back , 2 guys came back and charged me a service call and said they couldn't fix it!!!!! What the hell kind of plumbers are they?????

Washington Water Heaters is awesome.  Our water heater broke and called another company out and received an extremely high quote and couldn't do the work until the next day.   I called Washington Water Heaters and they came out within a few hours with a replacement unit for less than HALF the price of the other company.  Unbelievable.  Tom and Steve were a pleasure to work with during the replacement and we couldn't be happier.  Thank you guys and I'd recommend you to anyone.

Called to get a quote to adjust a gas line running into the garage. Came out next day and I expected to just receive a quote, but he offered to fix it right then at a reasonable price. Prompt and knowledgeable service. Recommend and will use again.

Gas hot water heater decided to quit Friday, looked for Plumbers near me. Brian's came up with a bunch of 5 star ratings. Called the number and he was out 3 weeks, but took pity on me. Doesn't usually work weekends but with 3 teenagers and this damnt corona virus, he came the next day, Saturday and installed a new one. Thank God, just washing hands in the ice cold tap water was merciless. He deserves all the 5 star ratings. Even reprogrammed my thermostat for furnace while he was here. Business is based on service, rare these days.

I had a continuous leak of a copper pipe and a failed thermal expansion tank that was upside down. I called many plumbers nobody called back except Beacon. They charge a lot but I think they all probably do. Since it was Friday and I had to turn the water off I'm so glad they called promptly kept me posted on the arrival time , had the parts and replaced the copper pipe and expansion tank. We have water again. They were also nice and knowledgeable!  I do recommend them highly except for the price

I had alot of questions and everything was answered and they were promptly on time for the appointment.

Awesome guy named Miguel that came to bid my basement bathroom...his bid was half the price of five other electrical bids that came previous with much more services suggested.  He gave me awesome ideas and suggestions on switches, vents, lights, etc. and was willing to work to make the customer happy.

Promised to knock it out in 3-4 hours, but did it in just over 2 hours...very happy and pleased with his work!  Love my new lighting and bath!  Would highly recommend this company and will use them for a new panel and wiring in the near future!

No hot water after the service. At all. I payed a lot to fix the problem quickly. Now I have to use another service and pay again.

The two stars are only because they turned up as promised and did the job competently. Then the problems started. It was a substantial job, but my house insurance company agreed to cover some of the cost if Beacon would fax them a copy of the bill breaking down the cost into labor and materials. Not exactly rocket science, right?
Beacon agreed, saying this would be done in the next couple of days. More than two weeks later, I am still waiting, despite numerous phone calls to check why it hasn't been done, and obviously my insurance claim has ground to a halt, too. It appears that once Beacon has your check, they totally lose interest in customer satisfaction, or maybe they just don't want their bills scrutinized too closely by insurance companies.
I am unlikely to use them again, which is their loss, since I have an old house which will need work in the future.

This rating is a ZERO. Horrible!!!! lied and tried to take advantage of me. They really don't care about your concerns like cost etc. I learned a lot from this experience. 1. Never use South West Plumbing ever, they tried to charge me over $3K for a new water heater that still has a warrenty. 2. Search Youtube for answers, and see what should be done. You will save thousands of dollars.  I have gained a lot of knowledge they don't want you to know. BEWARE!!! NEVER LEAVE THEM ALONE! That's all I have to say about it!!

I hired Black Hills to do a routine service on my heat pump in June 2021.   They told me everything checked out and charged me $200.   That was the agreed price, so no issue.

5 months later, the heat pump experienced a problem, so I called Black Hills back out.   To their credit, they were able to schedule this pretty quickly, but things went downhill after that.

The tech investigated the problem and told me that the contactor welded itself closed and would need to be replaced.   Interesting that this occurred not 5 months after it checked out fine.   But here is where things went south.   He charged me $467 to replace the contactor - in addition to the $149 diagnostic fee.   But checking with friends in the industry, this should have cost no more than $50.

Why so expensive?   Because the on-site techs don't earn much for making the diagnostic call, but rake in coin based on what they can charge unsuspecting homeowners.

Don't use Black Hills.   Find a reputable HVAC contractor to avoid overcharges like this.
