Best Electric Furnace Repair in Seattle WA
When our washing machine was bringing sewage up into our tub, we knew it was time to call a plumber. After a quick yelp search found Joe's and i called them, they had availability the next day. And were easy to work with and don't charge a dispatch fee. The plumber arrived within the arrival window and was efficient, professional, and reasonably priced. So glad we found a plumber who doesn't overcharge!

We realized late last night that we had no hot water, went to check things out and discovered a leak coming from a big rusty area on the bottom of the water heater. Called Done Right this morning and, even though they were booked for the day, said they would send someone out to check on the water heater. Sharif and Zack came out this afternoon and were so incredibly professional, honest and friendly. They were so quick and efficient at replacing the water heater and left no mess behind. Aside from being a pleasure to do business with, they were also reasonably priced. I will definitely call them first with any future plumbing needs!

The tech that came out was very skillful and knowledgeable. He was able to locate our problem in our sewer line, it was dug up and fixed in the same day. Everything was cleaned up and working perfectly. Great company with a very professional staff from start to finish. I definitely recommend them!

Ally was quick to respond to our downed furnace. The technician was courteous and respectful of our home and offered great advice. He had our heating back up in no time.
We are very happy customers. When we replace or update our heating we'll be calling Ally Heating and Air Conditioning.

Pipes froze and then the basement flooded. So a couple of days after Christmas. There was snow, roads icy. They showed up the next morning, were quick and efficient and now we have running hot water again. Yay!

In the past I have left excellent reviews for Joe and staff. Joe was superb and polite and honest and did a great job. I had a leaky faucet this week and called to make an appointment with Joe. To make a long story short, I was referred to a 2nd number from his old number. When I called a woman answered the phone and told me his business had merged with another. I still thought Joe was coming to this appointment and when I realized he wasn't in a subsequent phone conversation, she evaded multiple questions about Joe. I called the hardware store who had referred me to him who told me Joe had died in an accident. It seems all of Joe's fantastic reviews are now being attributed to the business who bought his but they sent a surly man who told me I would need to have a hole cut in my wall to repair outdoor leaky faucet and would need to hire someone to drywall and repaint. I declined and another plumber subsequently came who did cut a hole in the wall and repaired the hole with a small spring-loaded panel which looks very nice with no further hassle. I did not feel treated honestly that the company who bought his business would not tell me that Joe would not be coming although I asked about him numerous times. I feel like the legacy of his outstanding service, courtesy and kindness is being tarnished by the people who took over his name.

GOOD: Responded quickly (same day service), personable staff
BAD: They called to tell me me that water heater was completely dead and that I would need to buy a new one. After I mentioned that my existing water heater was under warranty, the service guy suddenly figured out that the issue was just a bad sensor. He told my tenant that he should have thought to check that out first.
In spite of this, they charged me for the time spent diagnosing the problem even though I was told that the $189 site visit charge included time for trouble-shooting and that I would be provided an estimate for repair labour and parts before they started the repair. No such estimate was provided.
I'm extremely happy that they fixed my water heater the same day I called. I'm very disappointed that they violated my trust.

Very good communication, timely, friendly, relocated gas pipe behind new stove to be able to sit nearer to back wall instead of 4 inches. Reasonably priced as in line with another quote. Would hire again.

In November my furnace stopped working. I called many heating companies before finding one that would come to my home - Beacon! They sent Jon over, who looked at the situation. $500 later - for the diagnosis - he said my vent pipe/chimney was old and clogged, needed to be replaced. The charge would be $5600 to replace, paid in advance. 1/2 then, 1/2 half when they started the work. Seemed like a lot of $ to replace an outside vent pipe, but it was 30 degrees outside and I didn't have any heat, so I agreed and signed.
Several days later Jon was back and wanted to be paid before starting to work. I told him I would pay upon completion. Nope, not the way we do business. Had to be paid in full first. Reluctantly, I agreed. Jon finished about half the job, said he'd be back after Thanksgiving. That's the last I've seen of him. Its now the middle of February (luckily, my heat is working). I've contacted Jon many times, both voice and text, to no avail. The most encouraging thing he has said is I think about your job every week!! Frustrated, I finally called Beacon to complain. They said they would send Jon that day between 10am and 1pm. That time period came and went - no Jon. I called back. They said they would contact Jon, I told them no. No more Jons, I was fed up with him. Send someone else. They then transferred my call to Mark, a Sr. Manager. Mark said I should continue with Jon, he was a fine and hard worker (must be why he hasn't been back in almost 3 months to finish the job). I said no, Jon was totally undependable, I was tired of trying to deal with him. Send someone else. More gas lighting from Mark... I talked to Mark on Feb 3, haven't heard anything back from Beacon. Today is Fed 13. This whole saga started on November 13.
This job is not rocket surgery!! Anyone with a little experience and the proper tools could finish it. I'm sure Jon is not the only one in a company with 140 employees (Mark's number) with the necessary minimal skills could get this completed!!

Leakage around tub/shower knob handle. I removed the plate and handle and inspected the back wall space. There was no water damage, so just needed a new cartridge. Green House came out, replaced the cartridge and charged $423.89. Outrageous for 15 minutes of work! I also had to remove the plate/ handle again, as they forgot the seal behind it. Don't use!

Awesome guy named Miguel that came to bid my basement bathroom...his bid was half the price of five other electrical bids that came previous with much more services suggested. He gave me awesome ideas and suggestions on switches, vents, lights, etc. and was willing to work to make the customer happy.
Promised to knock it out in 3-4 hours, but did it in just over 2 hours...very happy and pleased with his work! Love my new lighting and bath! Would highly recommend this company and will use them for a new panel and wiring in the near future!

Good work and materials but expensive. Be sure to haggle on price. They gave me a 10% break but they'll only do it once.

I would never ever consider using Beacon Plumbing again in the future. I had a situation where my wife accidentally cut through an extension cord. I checked the breaker box myself but all breakers were good, nothing tripped. I then started checking all the GFCI outlets to see if one had popped. I didn't isolate the problem but was certain I would locate the outlet. I was called away briefly and while I was gone my wife called Beacon. They charged $100 just to come out. Within 5 minutes of arriving they found the GFCI behind a box on my garage shelf. They charged me an additional $249 to push the button I could have easily done myself. So Beacons best work was to charge me a total of $383.90 to come out and reset a GFCI outlet that took less than 5 minutes. Nice job guys. That was a huge waste of my hard earned money and when I questioned their fees the employee was rude and disrespectful. A decent company would have said Oh here's the outlet you overlooked...easy peasy then pushed the button and said we're only going to charge you the $100 trip fee this time but noooo.... Beacon wants to take you for everything they can because they don't want your repeat business because they know they haven't earned it.

I called this outfit to check out a reported toilet leak in my rental condo. We were given a quote of ~$400 to fix the issue and ~$900 to replace the toilet. $900 to replace a toilet??? Are you kidding me. We declined and decided to do the replacement ourselves. Turns out it wasn't even a leaky toilet. It was the condensation from the toilet take dripping onto the floor. Easy fix with a $35 insulation kit. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!!! They are unethical and seriously overcharge.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! DISHONEST!!!!!!!!! SHADY COMPANY!!!!!!!!
According to Ryan in customer service. All the bad yelp reviews are because people are mad because they made bad choices and agreed to the work instead of declining because of price. Andrew told me that my bill was going to be in the $600 range and I agreed to that. He said that he told me about the additional $300 plus which was for a $13 water shut off box. Which is untrue. He took advantage of my girlfriend being here and not me. He told her he had discussed it with me which is untrue. She signed for the bill so it's my loss. I called and talked to Ryan which was about like talking to a stump. He told me the $307 charge was not just for the $13 dollar box. It was for installing the box and warranty of the box and for the time it took the certified tech to drive to get the box and drive back. Round trip from my home to Home Depot is 4.8 miles. Damn I didn't know I was paying DR Andrew. I let Ryan know that I would be putting a bad review here plus contacting the BBB. My money is already gone so at least I will have the satisfaction of letting everyone know about this HORRIBLE experience. I guess Ryan and Andrew have no conscious. They are working for a company that takes advantage of people because of their situation.
BEWARE!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!! Yelp needs a zero star rating. They aren't even worth half a star. Shame on you South West plumbing and your employees who work for you. Shame on me for being a victim to these thieves.

Every aspect of this company has been a great experience for me and my family. I'm a busy exec and finding time is difficult, they were willing to meet my schedule. Everyone was courteous and respectful of our home.
The sale representative sat at our kitchen table and made us feel comfortable with the installation. The Installers were great, even fix our duct work that was incorrectly done by the builder Big Thanks. The electrician was very professional and friendly, we had a great conversation about the Navy, I'm a Veteran and appreciate that very much. The ladies in the office we very helpful explaining my permit paperwork.
The price beat the competitors by almost $1000. The complete package for our AC including tax was better than the intro price of the competitor before tax.
The paperwork for the followup inspection was completed and explained to me very clearly making my county permit inspect go smoothly done today.
I'm a fan and would HIGHLY recommend this company.
