Best Water Heater Installation in Santa Ana CA

We have hired Teo for a few handyman-type tasks around the house and he has a very impressive problem-solving approach to his work. He did a drywall repair to close up a ceiling that had some leaks through it, and unless you got on a ladder and held a microscope up to the paint you couldn't tell it wasn't done by a painter. He also helped us install multiple electrical items around the house (GFCI, Nest thermostats) and diagnose some other problems. We are very happy to have Teo in our phone book.

Hard to schedule him since he's so busy (evidence of the high quality work he's doing) so make sure you ask for his help as soon as you think you need it.

Our water heater was no longer working so I placed a call to B&B plumbing on a Monday evening.By the next morning they  called me and were at my home installing my new water heater by 10 am .. I was very impressed by their professional service from the friendly office staff to the  quality installation ..   Thank you B&B plumbing for making this such a pleasant experience.. I will definitely use your company again...

I requested a quote to have some repair work done on my moms ancient wall heater. Roberto was efficient in getting back to me in a timely manner. He gave me a quote for the original repair and also gave me an option to repair/refurb my heater so it was more like a new heater and at a reasonable cost.

Roberto was very professional and did a thorough job;taking all the pieces of the wall heater out and cleaning it of cob webs and who knows what else that was lurking inside. Lol. He spent maybe an hour or so on the repair and explained to me exactly what he did and also gave me some bonus information on heating/gas safety.  And always with a smile on his face !

Needless to say, i was a happy and satisfied customer and I'll be sure to use them again in the future for my HVAC needs! Give them a call!

I was recommended to this company from a friend, and I always do my best to support local small businesses. We are currently undergoing renovations and had a few issues with plumbing around our home. Albert showed up on time, was fast, efficient and honest. We've had to deal with a fair share of contractors during our reno process and I can honestly tell you those traits are hard to find. I am utterly pleased with his work and I am looking forward to using Cal-tech plumbing with all our plumbing needs going forward.

Spoke with Jesse to try to coordinate a simple fix to secure a loose dishwasher.  He quoted $150 because they determined a condo was somehow a commercial property.  His guy shows up with no notice at the rental property with an occupying tenant.  Security of course denied access.  Horrible customer service.  No scheduling, to text, no phone call.
Gave him the benefit of the doubt to reschedule and he was short, rude, and did not apologize or own up to mistake in scheduling.  I strongly recommend to call a different vendor unless you want a horrible experience.

I had a few different tasks and was looking for a reliable handyman that could handle it all. Jeremiah fit the bill. Not only did he ensure that the work was done timely, but he followed up to make sure that I was pleased with it even a week later. He's very responsive (I had a question about the water connection for my dishwasher and he responded within minutes and offered to call me to walk me through it).

It seems like no mater the project (electrical, hanging pictures, installing A/C units, adjusting plumbing, running wire) Jeremiah can do it all and can do it *well*. So happy that I found him and I know that I'll continue to call him well into the future!

The positives: the gas valve on my water heater went out. Called First Class and they were able to send someone out to give me a free estimate within a couple of hours. The person they sent out was very personable and knowledgeable.

The negatives: way too overpriced. The quote I got to replace the gas valve was about $1250 and to replace my entire water heater was quoted at about $2400. I declined and got quotes from 3 other plumbers and the only one that came near First Class was at $2100 to replace the whole water heater. Ended up finding someone who did it for $1500, they came out same day and did a great job. Cannot believe replacing just the gas valve was quoted at almost as much as what I ended up paying for a brand new installed unit.

Andrew was amazing! I've used Hanson Plumbing and Repipe before but I forgot how honest and professional they were! Silly me! What I thought would be an expensive repair turned out to be very reasonable. Andrew was such a polite and efficient plumber that when he was done, I told him that we had a couple of other repairs that we needed addressing and we would be calling him in the near future. Arrived quickly and took care of the service (hydro jetting the main) as expected. Charged the price that was quoted. Personable and no surprises. Highly recommended and will hire again if plumbing services are required the future.

My kitchen sink was leaking and the water was warping the wood. I had North Highland install a new sink and am very happy with their service. I got a number of estimates including some from other 5 star businesses. North Highland was clearly the most reasonable estimate. They were responsive on Yelp messenger, they had many time slots available and he came when he said he would. The dependability was a huge plus because I had to make time from work to get this done. He was quick and polite. Highly recommend!

My pool heater was having issues so I contacted Lorenzo.  He was able to come out and quickly identify the issue, found the replacement part and have it installed within a couple of days.  The heater has worked flawlessly since then and everything was done for a very reasonable price.

Its fair to say I was nervous about using a company with no reviews but after working with Lorenzo, I can highly recommend his service.   It was a great customer experience from start to finish.

I hired Optimum Plumbing Services to move a drip line.  John came out and gave me a price and his team performed work later the same day.  About 2 weeks later, I noticed that the drip line was sticking 8 above the ground―not flush with the ground as requested.  I texted John (with a photo of issue) to have the drip lowered because it is an easy target for breakage since it is in the same area as a hose we use often.  I didn't hear back, so I texted him again.  After no response, I reached out to him a third time via phone (voicemail) in case the texts were overlooked.  It's been 4 weeks since my initial request to fix and he has neither repaired the problem or responded to my inquiries.

I was in a really bad situation with my sewage pipe to the point where it started to wreak really bad and I could not find a company to get me out of that situation until I found Better Sewer Maintenance they were very professional and knew what they were doing they got my pipes fixed and the smell was gone big thanks to Better Sewer Maintenance

As promised, Dial One came first thing in the morning. Dannon is not only professional and polite, but a real gentleman. He quickly diagnosed the problem, obtained the necessary parts and expertly installed them.

He also gave us tips on avoiding problems in the future, and offered options for replacing discontiued bathroom sink trim. We will definitely call Dial One for that project, as well as for any other plumbing needs.

P.S. We called Dial Obe again this morning - one day later - for another repair, and once again Dannon was excellent. He brought Chris with him, and together they finished the second job promptly.

We have used Country Wide for a number of years and have always had excellent service at a very reasonable price. We have rental units and they are the one company we can trust to provide service.

They just completed an install of a new AC unit at our house that is working perfectly and just in time for the heat wave :)
