Teodik is the most reliable, trustworthy and honest person I have ever met. He fixed my water filter that was leaking and  replaced the filters. I would highly recommend him!

Called B&B for a possible slab leak at my rental. B&B was able to get out there sooner than my regular plumber. They detected the leak and we decided to go with replumbing the entire house so as to avoid future leaks. Trying to work with the tenant, she asked for a Wednesday start day as her 3 kids went to the other parents house Wed-Friday . I spoke with Brian and I asked if it comes to Friday and the job isn't done, will the tenant have to wait until Monday for you to return ?  I have to incur extra expenses to put the tenants in a hotel or compensate them if they are out of the home. He replied I guarantee we will finish on Friday- I'll bring guys from other jobs if I have to. Well Friday at 2 I get a call, my tenant is pissed- workers just said sorry. We have to finish next week. I tried calling Brian, but he's not taking calls- he went on Vacation.  It just went worse from there- so long story short DON'T USE B&B. Use  any other plumber!

I was visiting my mother and her A/C was not working well. the cold air would blow intermittently. Summer just started and I didn't want her to be uncomfortable throughout. A friend who has used P.E. HVAC. Highly recommended them. I made the call and spoke with Robert. Surprisingly, he was able to diagnose my problem over the phone and give me a quote for the repair. He came over same day and took care of our problem. I asked if I can watch what he was doing as I am was curious to learn how the system worked; he explained everything to me as he was troubleshooting and sure enough it was the capacitor as he stated on our phone call. Not only was the trip educational but I now have the coolest mom in town . Thanks Roberto!

Had a positive experience today they do great work and are well mannered . The last plumbers I had out here were rude. Cal tech fixed my water heater and now I have hot water again yay! Very happy my issue was resolved.

Vary impressed with service, over the range microwave installed in 20 min. They were $50-$70 cheaper then other quotes and did it the same day I called. Definitely recommend!

Phillip left a comment but after meeting Chip myself, I wanted to leave one as well. Being a nurse, I work in a stressful environment and the last thing I need is someone trying to rip us off or not complete a job. Chip is very down to earth and very knowledge. Even though he showed my husband what he was going to do, he took the time to show me and explain in detail what was happening with our plumbing and pipes. He wasn't afraid to get down and dirty underneath our house. Very humble and made me feel comfortable knowing that the job was going to get done thoroughly. Reasonable prices and above exceptional customer service from beginning to end. Scheduling was super easy. This plumbing situation was such a nightmare but beyond happy that we found a company and Chip, that was able to help us out.

Mike and his crew did a wonderful job repairing our sewer line behind my garage. They came in at 8 am and were done by 11.30 am. Mike knew exactly what he is doing.  Although a different plumber marked the ground guided by a camera, as to where the damaged pipe was, Mike knew exactly how to center the whole in the ground to get the damaged pipe right in the middle. They removed the damaged pipe and connected a new pipe between the house line and the city sewer line.
Mike is a great guy to deal with and work with.  He treats his workers nicely and guides them through the process. His workers are professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
Bonnie was very professional and kind, worked very hard with me to set up a date for Mike to come by and take care of the repair.
Also, two years ago, Mike re-piped our house taking only two days to install the PEX pipes. Again, it was a job well done!

Amazing response time and amazing service.  I had a different plumber in last week for an issue and he wanted additional work done for $750.  Andrew's came out and validated there was no issue.  They also helped me in another area of the house.  Very honest, very easy to understand.   I will use them again without question.

I'm very shocked and disappointed at the same time for my recent experience with Complete Plumbing Heating and Air company.

I've been with this company for about a year now and never noticed anything out of ordinary until now... sigh...

I had called and spoke with Leyla to quote for a yearly A/C and Heater maintenance for the first time and they quoted me with $299 for both services.

Leyla said there is a 10% Yelp discount applied for every customer, so I thought I was getting a DEAL.. Until now...

I had Ron and another assistant came over on time and basically did the standard cleaning of the A/C condenser and the Heater up in the attic.

Both jobs took about hour and a half and was completed professionally.
I was given the total of $268 and I just paid $270 in cash without receiving any change because Ron did not carry any change.

I didn't mind because I knew they were trustworthy and I felt like as a customer, I was treated fairly with a very great competitive price on their services.

I had no idea what the cost of yearly maintenance of A/C and heater was, because I never shopped around. I trusted this company and BELIEVED they were treating customers fairly and provided excellent service with competitive pricing.

Instead they ridiculously overcharged for two services I requested for (standard heater and A/C clean up) for $268.. why do I say I was overcharged??

I had a feeling it was little expensive so I decided to ask around on Yelp for pricing from reliable and proven businesses that does the same job.

I contacted about 5 different companies that specializes in HVAC maintenance and repair in Orange County areas, and I was given a shocking total for 2 services.

The most expensive I was quoted was $129 for yearly maintenance of both A/C and Heating system... The cheapest was $120.. All of the 5 different quoted prices averaged around $125 total for both services that Complete Plumbing did..

I checked out during the maintenance of Ron and his assistant doing his work, and there was nothing special other than cleaning and tuning the system. It's just like any other company would do.

Instead I was overcharged and felt upset that a trustworthy company can overcharge a customer by over 100%... that is not 10%... OVER 100%...

Average yearly maintenance for A/C and Heater was quoted from multiple companies in the amount of $130 or less.. Complete Plumbing was $268...

Imagine yourself leasing a brand new BMW 528i series for $400 at Santa Monica BMW dealership and you go another BMW dealership and after you leased it, you find out next door BMW dealership could've given you $200 per month given same circumstances?! For the exact same car?! same model?!

Wouldn't that blow your mind how blasphemous that is?!

I'm sorry to post a 2 star review for Complete plumbing  but for us consumers, it is not fair and it's ridiculous how a same services can cost more than double.. Not acceptable and Not happening to my fellow Yelpers.

Please make sure you compare and shop around  via Yelp messages with the owners. Keep those messages as proof of record and do not delete them until it's fully paid just in case.

I have found another reliable company that charges $120 for same services.. I will using them going forward and I hope that everyone is aware now, how companies can decide to overcharge you without comparing what they are charging to customers with their rival companies... smh!

Mike was amazing! I originally thought I had one problem and Mike offered his expertise advice and the work was done impeccably. He is very responsive and professional. Is honest and offered tips not just about my garbage disposal and dishwasher issue but just drains and HVAC in general. My pool heater was having issues so I contacted Lorenzo.  He was able to come out and quickly identify the issue, found the replacement part and have it installed within a couple of days.  The heater has worked flawlessly since then and everything was done for a very reasonable price.

Its fair to say I was nervous about using a company with no reviews but after working with Lorenzo, I can highly recommend his service.   It was a great customer experience from start to finish.

This review is long overdue! Steven and his team did an amazing job helping us install a sewer liner in our sewer line that was cracked in two places. Not only was he extremely affordable, but they were prompt and able to complete all the work quickly and efficiently. So easy to talk to and very responsive to any questions we had.

So thankful to find an honest and trustworthy plumber that we can keep on hand for any future needs :)

We called County Wide on Wednesday and had our new furnace  by lunchtime on Friday. Their expert/installer, Brandon, was personable and very knowledgeable about the heater and the installation. Best for us, he also knows about performance and made some critical improvements to the ducts and vents to balance airflow and ensure our whole house is warm. He even moved the thermostat closer to the return for a more accurate temperature reading.
