What a positive experience with the best plumbing service.  Plumber came when I called the next morning to fixed the water leak and I recommend to anyone if you need plumbing service!

LOOK NO FURTHER - this company is truly the best there is in the area. They worked so fast, and you can tell truly cared and wanted to get what we needed done ASAP. They went out of their way to make sure we were 100% satisfied and did everything with accuracy and quality. I could not recommend them more.

Found out that main drain was clogged late Thursday night.  Called DP Pluming after 11 pm, David answered the call and provided an estimate. Came out very early next day morning, unclogged the drain and fixed multiple issues we have in the house.   Super professional ! And the price was very reasonable. !   A+++

After having appointment cancellations and our plumbing issue not being fixed with a prior plumbing company, I am so grateful a friend referred my husband and I to DP plumbing. I looked on yelp as I always do and I read the reviews and decided to give them a call. David, the owner, and Kendrick came out to assess our upstairs leakage. They were both very professional, described in detail what the problem was, and gave us an estimation on how much it would cost for repairs. Compared to the previous company I couldn't believe the fare prices they offered us. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer and I will be recommending this company to anyone who has plumbing issues.

Had to find a plumber to fix leaking shower valve late 6pm, the guy show up 15 mins later and started working on it immediately.  Very professional, polite, wear a face mask, and got the job done in about 1 hour 10 minutes. Charges fair price, with great patient, check and double check and recheck again to make sure water not leaking or dripping anymore. Highly recommended!!!  I will definitely use DP Plumbing service again in the future if needed.

I found DP Plumbing on Yelp after my toilet's fill valve is broken. My initial correspondence with David over the phone gave me a good impression of his professionalism and stellar customer service. David arrived on a timely manner along with one of his guys. In the end, all three of my toilets were worked on at a great price. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking to get some plumbing work done!

This was my first time using DP Plumbing but it will definitely not be my last! I contacted them to get a quote to clear a clogged laundry drain that was flooding my laundry room. Quick response time, competitive pricing, EXCELLENT service, knowledgeable, and even provided tips to help keep the drains clear. I also had drain issue in my kitchen sink that was annoying but manageable. I was talking to the technician about it and he was able to fix this as well. There was never any pressure or up-sale. An honest company with high standards and EXCELLENT service.

I needed two old faucets replaced. DP worked efficiently and even patiently waited for me to make a quick run to the hardware store to replace some equipment for the installation. Dp Plumbing is a great company to hire for your plumbing needs. David stands up behind his work. My toilet screws broke after 1 year of intallation, David sent his plumber bavk to take care of the issue.

I had major issues with my plumbing in both bathrooms...I called David and he was very friendly and informative with my issue and all my questions plus he gave me a great quote.  He and his coworker came out and fixed the problems I had in minimal timing.  I was extremely happy and grateful for there professional service and would highly recommend.

Excellent company. I called them on a Saturday and 30 minutes later they were at my home. Fixed my plumbing in about 30 minutes. I first called a different company that told me it would take 1 hour to arrive . Every hour after my initial call they called me to apologize and let me know that they hadn't forgot about me and that they would call me back to let me know when a tech was headed out. Avoid wasting your time and just call DP Plumbing the first time . Highly recommend them.

Kendrick came to fix a toilet leak. Very professional, curtious young man.  Educated me on toilet parts and made repair in a timely manner.  I would not hesitate to recommend DP Plumbing and I would call them again when needed.

Cheats, I advise you to stay clear if them. Typical bait-and-switch tactics. Not trustworthy at all.

Had a leaking toilet and David was great about scheduling for a time that I could get off from work. He replaced the wax seal quick and explained everything. I would definitely call him again for any plumbing issues!

I had a major leak in my front yard. I called them and they came that night and diagnosed the situation.  They minimized the leak so we could have water until the next morning.  They showed up on time and were extremely professional.  I highly recommend this company. I will use them again.

Had a leak for over a week. A lot of different places have been brushing me off and ignoring calls and not returning voicemails. Some places said they would come in a week or 2. Called these guys and they said someone would be here within 30 mins to an hour. And they came within the hour. And fixed everything in an hour and a half. Kendrick helped us with everything and saved us a lot of money. Found the leak right away and fixed everything and also gave us a warranty on the work. This place is highly recommended. DP Plumbing is excellent! We had a late night clog in our house and needed it fixed asap. After calling a few after hours plumbing services and not getting a response DP Plumbing pick up right away, gave a great quote over the phone and said they would be there soon.  10 mins after making the call they arrive and had everything fixed and working within the hour!  The gentleman was polite and worked fast!
The price was great even with the after hours  call. Definitely will use them again in the future if we have any more mishaps!

DP Plumbing went above and beyond for us .  Our main line backed up on us Thursday night at about 9pm and David and his brother didn't finish till 12pm. They responded quickly and did a great job at a fair price. Love that they are Family owned.  We recommend them to everyone!

I'm not going to put the whole story on Yelp. All I have to say is shame on you for leaving a potential customer hanging. All you had to do was COMMUNICATE and say you can't service me. But instead u don't call and don't show Twice! I was being GRACEFUL and giving u a second chance. I had to call you to find out whether U were going to show up or not. Great experience with David at DP Plumbing. I had been running a daisy chained garden hose for a few years from one side of the warehouse to another, a 200ft run because I knew it'd be expensive to run a copper pipe 30ft high, thru roofing truss, etc. Which is why I chose to use $100 of garden hose instead of potentially thousands to plumb it over.

One day my fedex guy dragged a pallet jack over the garden hose, punctured it and gave himself a good shower. So instead of buying another garden hose I decided to call a local plumber to see what it might cost to get rid of my mickey mouse situstion.

I called up the nearest plumber I can find on yelp, reached David, and he happened to be nearby. So he showed up 15 minutes after I called, found an EXISTING but unused copper pipe that could be utilized and gave a super good price. Within 48 hours, the job was done and no more running garden hose to the CNC machine. Best day of my life, lol.

And since I'm relatively new to the Chino area, I've been using plumbers from Amazon which are a real hit and miss. Not anymore because I have a go-to plumbing company for Chino lol.

Let's start off by saying I called With a plumping problem That I attempted to explain but I'm 90%  sure I sounded like Charlie Browns teacher (in other words i said a bunch of non sense) Dave still understood came out right away fixed multiple plumping issues fast and efficiently ! Thank you DP plumbing  I now know who to call with any plumbing issues!

When we have plumbing issue (sink drain clog & pipe leaking), got price quote and  appointment scheduling within 10 mins. The next day, have 2 good manner experienced professional plumbers come to solve the problem. Within an hour, all things are done. And the most concerns to everyone, the service price is just like the quote and even cheaper. Unlike some other business we used before, upcharge after service. Highly recommend this one. QUICK, FAIR PRICE, GOOD SERVICE!

I have had DP plumbing out a couple times and they do great work. They came within the time frame they gave which is the shortest I've ever been quoted by any type of business like this. They are clean and easy to talk to! Really recommend using them if you don't want to be sitting at home waiting between the typical 4 hour window!

This is my first time using DP Plumbing because my neighbor recommended them. I wish I've know about them long time ago bec they did a great job removing and putting in our water heater. And, most important they do not over charge!!!! Highyly recommend them.

Last saturday, I tried to fix a minor plumbing issue in my house by myself but I messed up! I needed help, bad. And being that it was late saturday afternoon already, first couple of plumbers I found in yelp were either done for the day or can only come in monday. It's a good thing I found DP Plumbing, and made an appointment right away! David came on scheduled time and was very professional, honest and upfront with the work that needs to be done. Quality work and reasonable prices, and they are available 24/7! I found my go to guys for plumbing, will use them again in the future.

Reached out for a same day appointment and received great service at a very reasonable price. Dave and his brother are a great team. I would use them again without any hesitation in the future for any plumbing needs.

Needed a water softener removed and pipes to be reconnected. Called and they came by the same day. They were thorough and made sure there were no leaks. Very responsive and was the most reasonably priced.

Called in for water heater replacement. David showed and gave an estimate.  So far so good.  However on the very first appointment scheduled at 2pm on a Friday, no one showed.  I called later that evening but no one answered and I left a message demanding why no one showed. I called two more times and there was no one available and no one returned my call.  A simple apology that they can't make it or some thing came up would restore the trust.  But no, there is no response. There is no courtesy, no professionalism and no reliability.

Dp plumbing did an exceptional job repiping the entire house. David presented himself in a professional manner. He responded quickly and gave me a reasonable quote.
They did copper piping for the interior and pex piping for the outside.  They used quality materials. It took them about a week to complete the entire job, which included breaking the walls, patching them back, with paint included. Most plumbers I contacted did not include patching up the walls, which I highly recommend.  David's team were efficient and polite. Also, when all work was completed David had two housekeepers clean and mop the house.  I highly recommend them, My mom and I were completely satisfied.
